When I brought this to the waitress's attention, I was told there were no refunds, and she brought me a new plate--even though I clearly explained that I did not want another plate. After waiting over an hour, we needed to leave and simply wanted the meal removed from our bill. We were again told they would not refund the meal. It took raising our voices before they finally agreed to remove the charge. The long wait, poor food quality, and especially the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

To make things worse, our waitress was extremely rude and dismissive the entire time. Her attitude alone made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the service was disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Large menu but not a lot of healthy options, ended up with buffalo chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Sandwich was good but fries were a little underwhelming. They brought him some fries while he waited fir a chicken sandwich as it was going to take too long to get fried chicken. They did comp his meal but still he had to wait for another 10 minutes or so for food. Overall an average experience but at least they owned up to the mistake and treated him fairly.

A large restaurant with high ceilings and colorful art throughout the interior. Our server arrived moments after we were seated. She took our beverage requests and returned shortly with them. We had perused the menu briefly and started with a couple appetizers. Their Pretzels & Beer Cheese and the Smoke Pork Rangoon. Both were good choices. The pretzels were hot and just the right amount of course salt, a buttery dark golden brown crunchy exterior and warm soft bread interior. The smoked pork rangoon, a nice mixture of tender smoked pork with cream cheese filing. These are a nice twist on the traditional crab rangoon. Fried golden brown, with a flavorful filing. A good choice for an appetizer. For my lunch, I went with their Fish and Chips. Along with a side of the Gouda Mac. Two beer battered filets with slaw and fries. The fries and slaw were good, the filets were okay. They seemed like they were prepackaged though? The shape and texture did not match up with the house made fries and slaw. It was okay but nothing special. The Mac n Cheese was good, creamy rich gouda on warm shell macaroni. A nice serving with good flavor. 3.5 Stars All in all a decent lunch, not great, not bad it served its purpose. Rounded up for the staff. 01304

It was empty, I think there were maybe 6 people between dining and bar. Way more workers than customers. I was seated right away and asked if I wanted peanuts, I said yes. They give you two buckets, one with peanuts and one for shells. I was seated and immediately a waitress was here asking what I wanted to drink. I had a Yuengling. About 90 seconds later she asked for my order, I was ready so all good. Placed my order and she brought me out a basket of bread with butter. The bread was good, nice and warm, the butter was just regular butter no extra flavor, which is fine. My main course came out in 9 mins and 55 secs. It seemed quicker but I timed it. Sooooo I had ordered my steak medium. I tend to cut from the outside in, as I cut into it, it was a little rarer then I usually like my steaks. But it was ok, the odd thing was, as I kept cutting inward the more the steak was cooked. The middle was actually well done, never seen that. The flavor.... Not a fan, at first it was just very peppery, but the sauce got spicy, it was a weird combination. For a ribeye the steak was very thin. The sides were very good, the mashed potatoes I very much enjoyed. And the mac n cheese was actually my favorite thing I tried. It was very cheesy and full of flavor. Overall it was a decent meal. I may or may not go back the next time I'm in the area. I may try something else since I don't get out here often.
