02/17/26: Due to remodeling in our kitchen I took my wife to Culver's resturant in Farmington, Mo. The restaurant is very nice, always clean and well organized, staff is very nice, friendlyans smiles. You can tell they enjoy what their doing and cleanness is a reflection of the crow of people in and the conditions are reflected because of the staff and the owners, gret job. Now the food, there is no wrong choice off their .enue and very diversified choices on the menu and top it off with the frozen custard, it's great and always hS been. Decor is of the company's colors, very nice with booths and tiles and chairs,pricing, we find the meal pricing is very fair for the quality are very good, the quality is outstanding and so many choices it set up for many return trips, and for us it works well, every trip is something different. They also have a drive thru ordering and pick up. Ery popular especially supper time / rush hour. To the Owners, you have and had a classy, devoted staff GREAT JOB. Please keep up whatever your doing it is appreciated by all, especially the senior resident. This is by far the best fast food place I've ever been to! The staff are A++, very nice, and they never screw up orders! Food is perfect, especially their ButterBurgers and shakes. I'm not a fan of the redesign, but it's not a big deal. Overall excellent and I recommend Culver's to everyone! read more

The food is still pretty good. The inside of the restaurant is clean and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great prices and good value. They got to work on the drive thru part. I don't mind waiting for a good meal, but when I'm sitting there watching you take orders and the one item I ordered is sitting on the shelf why wouldn't you open the window and let me pay and give it to me. Instead you started working on the drinks for the order a few cars behind me. I waited a few more seconds and just drove off. Long wait for a ice cream I don't know if you wanted me to wait till it melted some more or if the drinks order for the cars behind me were that pressing. Idk. It took 20 minutes the food was cold we didn't get straws or napkins our burgers were messed up and it wasn't that's good

One thing i cannot stand is when you ask for a sauce they never put it in the bag. and maybe get your speaker fixed? I had to repeat myself multiple times. Culver's in festus is better and i'll just stick with that one. read more

I was waiting for my ice cream in the front by the cashier for ten minutes holding number 22 while the employees ignored me as they walked by me. After about 15 minutes of waiting I walked out without my ice cream and my daughter was nailed in the knee in the parking lot by a red SUV backing out, the driver didn't even stop to see if my daughter was alright, she just kept going! read more

Culver's is a step up from most fast food restaurants. Food is quite good. We ate inside the restaurant and enjoyed it. The inside was clean and the staff was friendly. Recommended. read more

They messed up my oeder, i repeatedly asked for a chocolate milkshake kept getting chocolate milk, then when they finally brought it out it was banana chocolate. then when we ordered a banana smoothie it didn't taste like banana at all, there was also a weird lady talking to people and making everyone uncomfortable. never coming back here. read more

Terrible experience working there. I was a dedicated employee that came in for every shift, worked my hardest, and tried different positions to be of best of service to them and they fired me today for absolutley no logical reason that I can truly come up with. It is a rude, judgemental work environment filled with bullying and people that truly don't care about other human beings. Disgusting. read more

Today was my birthday, I even showed my licence to the cashier. I told the cashier about my birthday when I ordered our food. She mentioned that culvers gives customers free ice cream on their birthday. After our meal was over my daughters and my wife received their ice cream but the employees at this culvers forgot about me. I assumed that they simply made a mistake so I walked back to the cashier and mentioned my birthday to her again. She simply looked at me in bewilderment but said nothing to me. stubbled upon this on our way out of a funeral home. S n S or Culver's? Why yes!, we'll have Culver's I haven't beent there in years. I had the double cheese burger. Before we got our dinner, a lady came around with free scoops of ice cream. We were not prepared for this and had not eaten dinner yet so we kindly asked if she could come back after dinner. She said she would make someone stay because they were clocking out soon. Someone stayed and we all (5 of us) had a delicious scoop if ice cream our way. When we were leaving, we noticed the usual plaques on the wall. While observing one of them, we noticed that the first lady who brought the ice cream around was the owner. I was at Culver's on Thorneydale last week. First I have to say I love Culver's - always, but this trip wasn't worth the trip. The food I got was just so so, and I ordered a flavor of the day one scoop and seriously got a tablespoon of melted ice cream with some awful brownie pieces on top. I won't order ice cream from this one again. I've experienced so much better at Culvers. read more

This is our go-to for fast food burgers in Farmington. Always hot and fresh and quality ingredients and service. Lots of coupons available as well and the snack pack is the perfect serving size. read more

I typically go to the culvers around St. Louis, but we go to the farmington culvers often on our way to our cabin. I'm usually happy with it until my last visit with my family. The kids went up to get their free scoops. My oldest didn't realize that my youngest wanted a cone, so I sent her back up there with money to buy an empty waffle cone. In St. Louis, the charge is typically 75 cents to get an empty cone. My daughter came back with a cone and told me they charged her 2.80 for an empty cone. I was outraged. I would have returned the cone, but it would have broken her heart. I spoke with the manager, who sold her the cone, and she said she had to charge her that because they don't have a button for an empty cone. at least they could have given me the ice cream that went inside for that price. I feel like they took advantage of children. read more

Great fresh made burgers and Fries! I had the Culver's Double Deluxe basket with Fries. The drive thru was about as quick as you could get from a Culver's (considering they make all their food fresh). Everything about my order was correct and delicious. I'd like to see a bigger fountain drink in the baskets though. It is rather small. read more

I live in Farmington and lately when I visit they aren't up to par. I rather go to the one in Fenton. I had my husband go thru the drive thru when I was sick so I could have some chicken and it was greasy and not crispy. I called and let them know and they said the would have the GM give me a call the next day; they didn't offer me anything at this time. A couple of weeks went by - I thought they might call me after the holidays, but no. I called back and let them know that I never received a call. They said they would call her at home and let her know that there was a message on her desk so she would call me the next day; that was last week. Every time someone suggests to go to Culvers now, I don't care to go if this is their customer service. I will try to call them again. I called after posting this and they told me she had been sick and will leave another message. The GM called me the next day and let me know that she has been sick and was waiting for her voice to come back. She apologized and offered to replace my meal for me. read more

Culver's is the top of the fast food chains. They have quality food. Some of the best burgers in fast food and some of the best onion rings I have ever had. This particular location is good. I will say Culver's is a little over priced for the quantity of what you receive. read more

I absolutely love Culver's food. Usually have the double deluxe and it's always great. For a quick lunch I also like their snack pack meals; around $5 and you get a sandwich, fries and a drink. read more
