They are not utilizing this line correctly, because I waited over 20 minutes in line before I arrived at the window. (Chick fil a is busy no matter what location you visit, but it has never taken this long in my experience.) Then, once there, I waited another 10 minutes while multiple employees came by asking me what the name on my order was. Eventually, I was asked to proceed to one of the marked parking spots to continue waiting, with the promise of receiving hot/fresh food....(2 sandwich meals). The food I received was supremely subpar. My sandwich was soggy and looked as though it sat in the warmer all day and the fries were nothing but crumbs that shouldn't have been served. I'm disappointed & will not be returning to this location. I gave it 2 stars for service. Otherwise I wouldn't give any.
