There is no indoor seating, but there are picnic tables outside where you can sit and enjoy your food. Restrooms are available in the building across the parking lot. The food is what you'd expect from a summertime drive-in type of place--fried favorites, ice cream, and other treats. Nothing overly fancy, but it hits the spot, especially when you're craving some fried food and ice cream on a warm evening. Some of the items can be a little more expensive than I'd personally like, but overall the prices aren't bad. Service is most generally great. At the beginning of the season, give them grace as they're still training the new employees and they are young. Be kind. The riverfront setting is really what makes The Jug special. Grab some food or ice cream, find a picnic table, and enjoy the sunset. It's a great little summer tradition!

Flavors were on-point, the bread could have been a little less-firm, but maybe it's because I took a couple minutes to step to my burger and it firmed up like drier toast. Kind of wished I got the chili dog, but was completely stuffed before the end of the meal, so wasn't able to further gorge. Will be stopping here again when we make a dedicated trip to Parkersburg later in the summer.
