    I would give zero stars for poor service from the manager. She was very rude. The long was a mess as well. The food they give looks like it was piles in the wrapper and thrown in a bag. I would not recommend this McDonald's.

    This McDonald's just pulled its last straw with me. Woke up at 3am STARVING and made the mistake of coming to this location. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and some fries. The fries were stale per usual but the sandwich?....... This location needs to burn.

    My advice would be to drive to another McDonald's. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house so I do have to stop here for my daughter often. I've been here many times and there has not been one time where I was pleased with the service or food. The fries are always old and cold. And when u ask for new ones, they are still old and cold. Ask for a hi-c orange, you'll get orange soda. I've told them that only soda would have bubbles and they will argue u down that it's a hi-c orange this has happened a few times. I end up having to park and go in and fill it myself. Ask for a sweet tea and it is never sweet. Burgers always thrown together. I've have to wait at the window for like 5 mins while the employees finish their conversation. And of course the food is cold by the time they're done talking. I'm just going to make the drive elsewhere. This place is horrendous.

    I hate to complain, but this was the absolute worst!!! Went to the self-serve kiosk and put in our order. After I put in the payment, the kiosk failed and it directed me to see the counter. It took at least five minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was there even though multiple employees looked over. Finally a woman came to the counter and when I explained what happened she asked if I did it right... so I just pointed over my shoulder so she could read the very large black and white notice on the kiosk. At that the woman very impatiently told me I had to redo my order. I even asked her if she could verify whether or not it went through because they did get to the point where the pin pad said. "payment accepted". She looked through me like she didn't understand what I said. So I rephrased "Do you think we should wait and see if the charge goes through my bank? Do you have a order like that already?" and she said "No it won't and if it does, I'll just refund you." She asked to take my order and I told her the first item was the bundle with two cheeseburgers, two drinks, two fries and a chicken nuggets.... However she just kept saying do you mean a #x or a #x? I apologized and told her I didn't know the menu by number, and repeated the contents. She was very put out that I didn't know the orders by number, and so I apologized again and pointed out that was no visible menu anywhere for me to reference to. I explained again I wanted the shareable bundle that had the two cheeseburgers, two drinks, two fries and the chicken nuggets. She very rudely told me which number it was that I should've been ordering, as if I should've known that by number. She started to close out my order and I said I have more items... to which she literally rolled her eyes. She seemed very put out that I had to sign to the little one with me (it is very obvious. This child is disabled, he's visually impaired, and where is very thick glasses, and communicates with ASL) to ask him which happy meal he had asked for. He wanted a burger, I signed to him with or without cheese and she seemed actually disgusted that I had to sign to this child. The employee then snarked at me and said "You don't know what he wants?" I was flabbergasted. I patiently explained I was asking him whether or not he wanted cheese, and that he was my nephew, and not my son and no, I didn't know what he usually orders but I'm asking him, obviously. Her posture was one of annoyance and impatiens. When I can head to ask him what flavor of soda pop he had asked for. When I relayed it she said "Is that it?" But this story doesn't end there! We get our order, and I feel like it's wrong. I am missing two drinks and a 10 piece chicken. Nugget. She tells me that's what you ordered; the bundle you got doesn't come with drinks. So then I have to pay extra for the drinks. I pointed out that we should've gotten 3 of the 10 piece nuggets. I asked for another sauce (we were given two sauces for 30 nuggets) and ask for a to-go bag, to which she throws up her hands in exasperation and turns to get it with this huffy attitude. I had said that we had placed a to-go order when we were forced to go up to the cash register and re-order when the kiosk failed and it gave the message, so it shouldn't have been a surprise for me to ask for a bag. Despite the fact that we got a double bundle plus extra chicken nuggets, she gave me the smallest to-go bag. Not everything would fit in it. At this point I'm not going to ask for another thing and cause a scene. We took our food and sat down so I could pack up. Just sat down when a second McDonald's charge comes through my bank account ... much higher than the first charge. I went to the register with my bank app open, showed her the second charge and I smiled and said "You were right, another charge came through. Can you refund that please?" She insisted on refunding the smaller charge, which I questioned and she immediately dismissed. I asked for a copy of the second itemized receipt, and she claimed it couldn't be printed (possible, but as they had already prepared the order it must at least existed electronically). At this point I have a very hungry special needs kid that has stood at the register for far too long, so I just go with it. All of this could've been avoided if she had just verified whether or not the first order went through before she placed the second order. Would have gone a long way if she'd just been professional in correcting the things that were wrong. Verifying which order we received before she took a second order or even when she refunded the wrong one, for example. It is ridiculous after everything we went through that she would not give me a cup when I had specifically asked for the shareable bundle meal that had two sodas. And I'm not sure if the great value cookies are a standard happy meal item... but that's what was given in our kids meal. The dining area play area were very clean.

    This is by far one of the most poorly ran fast food restaurants that I have ever been to. We will regularly drive to Riverdale to avoid going to this location. Customer service is slow. None of the employees are personable. Whoever the owner operator is of this location should take a long hard look at who their general manager is in fire them immediately. This is by far the worst managed store I have ever seen.

    Very slow. Employees ignore you. No one works hard or fast. Go to north Ogden McDonalds. This one is not a functional store.

    Stay away, I don't know what the issue is with this location. Even taking into consideration it is fast food, they just cant get it right.

Second, the buns they use for their burgers and sandwiches are what makes the Burger Bar! No question. They are soft, tasty, yet the perfect amount of substance and chewiness. It is the bun that makes the burger. After a couple of weeks, my mind still remembers and craves those buns! There is a lot of history behind those buns and now I understand what that is. Looking forward to a return trip.

I waited while SueAnn, the GM, was talking to her friends while they waited for their food. She never acknowledged me. A worker, Denali, came to the counter to say it would be a few minutes ...well i already waited about 5 minutes without being greeted. I tried to ask Denali a question but she quickly walked away. Denali came back to take my order and I was asking questions about the sandwiches. SueAnn comes over to explain the specials to me and told me that the specials I saw online are not available. I was trying to decide what to order. Then SueAnn's friends start telling me to mind my business and started dropping the "F" word to me. Actually they should mind their business and let me order even tho I had questions. I couldn't talk to either employee without the friends talking over me. I asked for a supervisor's name & number....but only got a name because they only have a personal phone and no business phone...strange. Again the friends were talking over our conversation and were very rude and talked with the "F" bomb. I just walked out without ordering since I was being treated so terribly. It was a terrible experience...sad to say that I drove home almost in tears from being treated so rudely. This review don't even deserve 1 star.
