The kiosks in this location did not work well at all. It took me a very long time to order trying to switch kiosks but they were all very slow and didn't work well with the mobile ordering app. After 20 minutes of trying to use the kiosks, I went to the counter to pay but it was very busy so I had to ask a couple of people to check me out at the counter before it would get done. When I asked for ketchup for my fries I was completely ignored but the lady made eye contact with me so I know she heard me, someone else was kind enough to bring it. Not only did an employee deny a chronically Ill patient with IBD bathroom access stating " it's not there problem" when they have a medical card granting use of the bathroom in an emergency. They kept on humiliating them until they finally allowed then use of the bathroom but kept on verbally amusing then while in the bathroom. I am very disappointed with the way management runs there business at the Roosevelt Macdonalds after 9pm. First off let me say that I am a local resident and I have been going to our local McDonalds since it first opened in 2000-2001. This particular week I've been going to McDonalds at night because of my work schedule. It's fast, it's cheap, it's convenient. That's good enough for me. But I've noticed ever time I order a meal, they always charge me for a large. At first I thought nothing of it. I thought, " well I'm hungry anyway, no big deal". But by the third night I began to notice a pattern. So tonight I decided to express my concerns to management. The manager told me that the "system" was set up that way. (LMAO!!!!! ) I told him so why is it that whenever I order a meal I'm always charged for a medium in the morning or the afternoon? He stuck to his story and told me it was the "system". Now besides being a consumer, I manage a store myself. And I know a manager's job is to promote sales and service, and I respect that. But you shouldn't mislead customers to gain revenue. I expressed this to manager and he replied that, " every McDonalds is different, they are a franchise". When I mentioned that I've been coming to the same McDonalds for years, he offered me a medium meal and refund me the difference. Filthy establishment with ZERO management supervisory!! I live in the immediate area and have frequented this McDonalds in Roosevelt over 30 times while I have been here. My last order was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. COFFEE GRINDS WERE PURPOSELY PUT INTO ALL OF THE SODAS I ORDERED!! I placed 3 orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries about 2 days ago around 9 PM, I was not answered at the ordering promoter for 3 minutes, then when I paid for the food, it took 12 minutes to receive the order! The staff is eagerly disrespectful and gives attitude to many customers that I have observed directly over my visits to this McDonalds as well as this particular visit. When I returned home with over $20 worth of food for 3 people, we all began to drink our sodas. Everyone began to complain that their throats hurt and I felt a soreness and almost closing of my throat as well. I opened up the soda cup to investigate and saw a plentiful amount of coffee grinds all over the surface ice and top of the cup. The same was true for all the sodas. To estimate how much coffee grinds were in the drinks, I would say about 1 cup worth. This immediately grossed everyone out and we had to throw out the entire meal for fear of our health. With the attitude that was displayed by the staff during this visit, I feel that this was done intentionally to be spiteful. I have been handed incorrect orders and waited excessively long at least 50% of the visits I have had here. Every time I visit this McDonalds during the day and dine in, there are always flies all over the cookies because the covering flaps are old and out of alignment. DISGUSTING PLACE!
