I stopped in to try the PB crunch McFlurry. I decided to go inside. I was happy to be greeted. Even happier to see folks working and cleaning the lobby. It was actually very clean. There were some cosmetic concerns but from a customers standpoint it was clean. I used the mobile pickup. Crew person had my order ready upon arrival. They weren't taking orders at the front counter, only via kiosk. The cashier was assisting customers by showing them how to use the kiosk. Overall, I sat and ate my McFlurry and enjoyed my snack. This is one of the worst places in the city of Rockingham!!! My family and I went through the drive thru and ordered our food. When we got to the window the young lady got our order wrong and she was pleasant and corrected it. Upon pulling up to the window to receive our food we were told that our food was not ready and could we pull up. That's the usual here when ordering anything! We observed the cars behind us being told the same or to park and their orders would be brought to them. Then for next 27 minutes we watched other cars receive their orders who were behind us and then customers have to walk into the restaurant because their orders were not correct. So I get out of my vehicle and walked inside to the counter and the usual aroma of marijuana coming from behind the counter is present as always at this location with a bunch employees trying not to make eye contact to ask how may help you? I have to literally ask for a manager and say I have been waiting for my food at the head of the line in the drive thru 30 minutes where is my food and she responds "oh it's right here!" I nicely told my family they should enjoy this cold food because we will never come to this location again. read more

They were too busy on the cellphones hanging with their friends on the other side of the counter, yelling and singing and dancing all over the place, not professional at all. We sat in the drive through for 45 plus minutes employees were walking past window on their phones when we got to the window 4 of the girls were sitting with the second window open just talking,laughing and dancing some employees were just standing in the front not doing anything and all of them are walking around with AirPods in their ears. read more

I hate this location with a passion. I haven't ate food from here in quite some time due to the horrible food and horrible service. It is a disgusting location. I went thru the drive thru, for my wife not me, on July 29th. They said they were out of quarter pounder meat. So I went elsewhere. Well my wife asked me to go there today and try again. So I did. I was able to order a "quarter pounder". When I got home we noticed the burger was in a fillet of fish carton. Wonder why? Then we noticed how small the burger was. It appears they sold me a regular cheese burger, which is smaller, and hoping we wouldn't notice by putting it in a smaller sandwich box. This is beyond SHADY AS FUCK. Had to repeat myself several times because the workers were having conversations un-related to work while I was ordering. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, which says a lot as the chain isn't exactly known for their excellence. It's the only one in town so I guess that's why they feel like they can hire people with a combined IQ in single digits. Every employee is either totally apathetic or outright disdainful. Getting the order right the first time is rare. Half the time I get someone else's order. Apparently it's a bit too much trouble to just ask the person at the window what their order was. This past time I ordered online intending to do curbside service. For some reason curbside service was not available at 7:15 PM. So I selected pick up inside since the drive thru line was considerably long. Get out my car only to discover the door was locked. I knock on the door trying to hold up my phone so they can see I have a pick up. One person looks at me and turns away never to acknowledge me again. No one else even picked up their eyes. At least they were busy. When I was working DoorDash I would see them ignore so many customers just standing around taking or playing on their phones. I would've left at this point but the order already was charged on the app so the only option left was to go through the drive thru and hope they'd have my order. Bad idea. Despite the person at the speaker recognizing my order and the cashier telling me to go ahead to the next window, the pick up window team must've not gotten the message. Anyway I got the wrong order yet again. Twice!!!! I finally was just like I'll take this McChicken instead of the Crispy Chicken I ordered. They asked me what I wanted to drink. Diet Coke no ice. Would've been a large. I got a medium coke with ice. No straw. My daughter got nuggets instead of a cheeseburger. No apples. I had to ask twice for her chocolate milk. Very obvious I got someone else's order a third time. I ordered through the app. They literally just had to read a screen. But I'm not sure anyone there actually can read. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I was on a trip and had a few guys come out and warn us about the bathroom, but we thought nothing of it because women's restrooms tend to be on the cleaner side. We were wrong. The first toilet was clogged with blood and had some smeared on the seat. The second stall had a large puddle of urine on the floor. The entire stall smelled like pee. There was also urine by the door to the restroom. The workers were just sitting there, listening to people complain about thhe state of the bathroom. The food was dry and disgusting. Worst Mc Donalds ever! Would give it 0 stars with sadly had it give it 1. I ordered 2 mc chickens and 2 med caramel frappes. I got my food but i had to pull up for the drinks.
