Me and my boyfriend eats bojangles all the time.. we love the chicken. But every single time we come here they always mess up our order doesn't matter what it is they always mess up the order. We got a French Vanilla coffee and it didn't have any French Vanilla in it literally only the syrup to make it sweet. They made us pull up and they said they will bring our order out and I tasted the coffee the woman comes out with our food and says "is there something wrong with the coffee?" I said "yes there's no French Vanilla in it." She said "oh okk French Vanilla right I'll bring you some in a cup." Another woman comes out with the cup and the cup didn't have French Vanilla in it, it was the sugar syrup. Do not order a French Vanilla coffee from here they will mess it up every time like they have for us. And don't come here if you don't want to sit in the line for 35 minutes and then get told to pull up and wait another 15 minutes for your food. Bojangles need better management this is awful. And for the workers y'all need to do better and stop being so lazy.. y'all are going to work just to not do your jobs and it's sad. read more

The sign says open at 5:00am they don't start serving til 5:45 most mornings. They need to change the hours on their website so people want waste their time traveling there in the mornings. read more

Breakfast is always good. I wish we had Bojangles Northeast. Anyway, I was in and out and everything was hot. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese breakfast combo. I have no complaints. I'll always stop at bojangles when I come across it. read more

If zero stars were possible, this place would get MINUS that. - The drive thru line is ALWAYS backed up! Forget coming here to grab something quick to eat because if quick is what you want, THIS ain't the place. I have sat in this drive thru line for literally 30 minutes at a time. That is beyond unacceptable and it's been this way for YEARS now. - Maybe going INSIDE will be a better bet you say...nope. I just got out my car to go inside to order and the line of people was so long, it was basically reaching the door. All the people in line looked just as disgruntled and pissed as the people in the drive thru. - Last, but certainly not least, this store is out of BASIC Bojangles items WAY too frequently. Yesterday I came here and was told that there were no legs, so I would have to order all thighs. Ok, fine. That was much better than 2 weeks ago when my hubby tried to order chicken and the girl on the intercom said that they were OUT OF CHICKEN because they BURNED ALL THE COOKING GREASE. *face palm* It is very obvious that the Bojangles powers-who-be care nothing about people's time and money here in Rockingham. This is the absolute worst place of business that I have ever witnessed and as much as I love Bojangles food, I would be just as happy to see this place shut down altogether. read more

This location is definitely lacking. I have tried on three different occasions and something is always missing or wrong. Today's visit I was shocked to see only one car in drive thru. When I pulled up they had over a twenty minute wait. There was literally four cars in parking lot. Right before lunch time? Sunday before out of grilled chicken, out of Bo berry biscuit. All around same time. Sounds like management needs to reassess manpower and peak customer times. Please do better read more

This place has the worst employees, it takes forever for the food to be prepared, and half the time it's wrong. I've watched them talk about patrons after they left and could not believe how they act. This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been too!!! My wife and I ordered a large seasoned fry, and 2 cinnamon biscuits. It took 20 minutes after ordering our food and being asked could we pull up and it would be brought out to us. You would think they were busy or that they had a lot of other customers but I only saw 5 including the inside dining room and the drive-through. If this was Something that happens or happened periodically I would not complain. But being that my wife frequents here regularly and it's the same thing over and over again. It seems like the norm. I will follow up with a corporate complaint as well. Being that there are only limited choices for the type of menu they serve most would expect service to better but it's not. Oh and the most sad thing was that even if they had to bake the biscuits or prepare them because they were out, they were still cold when they delivered them to us. read more

Oh well, I use to love going to Bojangles. Since they moved into the new building their service and food has gone down. I have been there three to four times and every time my food has been cold or barely warm. The biscuits are to thick in the middle. They use to have the best biscuits in the county. Their steak on the steak biscuits are over cooked. I don't know what happened to them. I wish they would make an effort to improve. read more

I was at the Rockingham, NC 28379 location. I chose to go inside because the drive thru line was very long. Inside, the normal counter with the glass shield didn't have any food in it. All food was served from the back. It was nasty looking as well. The person I assume was "in charge" was a younger African American lady. She did not have a mask on. Nor did one of the cooks. Pretty much everyone else had a mask on, but it was not covering their nose. The entire place was run like a circus. It was unbelievable to set back and watch. The people waiting in front of me, 2 out of the 3, their order was wrong. 2 visitors came in while I was waiting, one I assume was a previous employee who now worked for the postal service, the other what looked to be a previous employee turning in uniforms. Several staff stopped what they were doing to chat with these 2 visitors. This further delayed me & others from getting their order in a timely manner. Unlike some other places that are understaffed, this place was NOT. Yet they couldn't get it together & deliver food in a timely manner. 25 minutes later I finally got my order. Got home and there were no breast in my box & the rice was disgusting. read more

I haven't had any problems with orders or waiting an extra long time, maybe management read the bad reviews or I was just lucky. I had not even tried Bo's until this year, because I had always heard that the chicken was very hot & spicy. I decided to give it a shot when our local KFC kept messing up our orders time after time. Wow, I was amazed & now I can truly say that I am addicted to Bo's chicken. KFC .... Who??? Haven't been back to KFC yet & I don't plan on it ever. The orders have always been correct, the employees friendly, etc. In fact, my Daughter is picking some Bo's up on the way home now. If things are different, I'll let ya know. read more

Actually I had a very good experience when I visited for the first since they renewed their building. but I had completely different, negative experience when I went there a little after 2pm on Saturday early this year. It was not particularly busy time. I ordered 8 piece family combo but they were ran out of some sides that I wanted. OK. well... understandable. The floor was a bit messy with napkins and disposable forks laying around. They could clean those up promptly because as I said there were no other customers except for the drive-thru. Anyways, I waited about 5 minutes.. and then another about 10 minutes.. the box was in front of me and I thought they were still preparing biscuits or something. but I was wrong. The employee went in and out of the kitchen a couple of times. and came out and looking at the box, she said something like "oh.. why is it still here?".. and told me "it's ready". with no apology. well I am not asking for smile on face or friendly service because I know they were probably busy and tired during lunch hours. But she could at least say "i'm sorry for the long wait". So I ended up canceling the order and took the receipt and did survey thing on the Bojangle's web site. Hopefully now their customer service is a bit better. read more
