They instead gave her a blended slushee with ice cream. We paid, then we got our food. My friend realized what she ordered was not what she was given. We told the worker and she ignored us. When we drove away we realized we didn't have spoons so we tried to go back inside but it was a minute after they had closed so they would not let us in. We went back around the drive though to try to ask for spoons and the girl inside made eye contact with us and did nothing to help. We are now spoonless and hungry.

When we arrived at the restaurant, they couldn't find the order and when they finally did, they told me it would be another 10 they had to cook the chicken that would've made a of a half hour which was too long so I told them just to cancel the order and I wanted a refund, but they said that had to be done online. I've made multiple phone calls to who owns this franchise and had several online conversations and still have not received my refund or a call back from anyone at corporate. never again.
