I've never experienced this level of disrespect over such a simple question. I asked something that literally required a basic yes or no something anyone with common sense could answer and instead got attitude and zero help. Would leave zero stars if I could. It somehow got even worse at the window. As I was driving off, a young employee actually flipped me and my wife off. Completely unprofessional and honestly shocking behavior from someone representing a business. If this is how customers are treated for asking simple questions, I won't be coming back and I'd strongly suggest others think twice before going here. when i say pretty much all of my food was out of stock, i mean it. out of an order of nacho fries, a grilled cheese burrito, and the chicken fajita chalupas, and a cantina chicken bowl, nearly none of it was right. they were out of chicken. so i got a vegetable cantina bowl and a steak chalupa. they were completely out of nacho fries. i had to get refunded. not to mention the service was not up to par. we ordered, and the first time a worker had spoken to us was to tell us the slushy machine was down. they then waited until our food was almost out to tell us that they didnt have chicken or nacho fries. Not only this, but they forgot our drinks. once we had gotten our cups, they had given us (and im not kidding) four pieces of ice. the ice immediately melted and made our drinks flat. the baja blast was completely out in the machine. 0/5 if i could. read more

Took a while to get someone's attention in drive-through and was told the close in 15 minutes when we asked if we could order food. Then, asked for a double beef burrito supreme and was told they don't have that, but could get a cheesy burrito. I asked if I could get it supreme and thought I was getting that since he asked if I wanted anything else. We tried ordering several other items that we were told we couldn't get. We ended up ordering 2 burritos supreme (supposedly, but not) and 2 taco supreme. I asked for 15 mild because I love, and have always ate, one suce per bite. I was told he can only give 1 sauce per every 3 items. So, I ended up with some kind of cheesy burrito that definitely didn't have double beef or and items on a supreme that I didn't like to begin with and couldn't even drown it with my favorite sauce to help it out. Terrible experience I am traveling and was hungry with little options or I would have canceled my order and left. The guy working could quite possibly be tired abd ready to go home, but I pay the same price whether it's 5pm or 12:30am and expect better service. read more

Love the Baja blast, but they can't be a little rude and aggressive sometimes and I saw a lot of review saying that they are rude and aggressive and I'm not gonna stand for that so that's why I gave it two stars but the Baja blast's are great read more

Taco Bell is my 2nd favorite fast food place (Chick Fil A is number 1). This Taco Bell is one those combination restaurants with KFC. Usually the combo places aren't as good as a stand alone Taco Bell but this one is okay. Friendly service with food prices within reason. read more

This is by far the worst service and worst food, by far. I have repeatedly had horrible wait times, horrible service and horribly made food. This time, my husband and I waited in the drive-thru line for 20min. Once we got to the window they were rude, didn't apologize for the wait time AND there were no sauces put on my 5 layer burrito or the 2 spicy potato burritos that we had ordered. Again, we have repeatedly tried to go here, thinking maybe it was just a bad day. No, it's a bad restaurant that needs to just be shut down. Completely worthless. read more

This place is so bad went there today to get some tacos or like Taco Bell shut down get any tacos all we had to get was chicken and they were sold out of chicken strips. When I opened it uptown ount of food would have fit on a tablespoon and barely covered it. 4$ for a bite of food in a burrito shell. I came to visit my parents and the last time it was the same.
