I just had an experience that really grossed me out! I saw a mouse, on the ledge, at the window for the drive thru. I spoke with the supervisor and was told "we know, we will take care of it." Of course I am aware that mice will find trash and food outside of any restaurant. However, the passive "we know" came of as it is something they usually deal with. He wasn't all all worried that the mouse was just outside the drive thru window. When he opened the window, he had to hand me my food over the hands of the mouse- the mouse didn't run or pretend to be scared. It was as if he waiting on his order as well. read more

This is by FAR one of the worse McDonalds around! I have literally starved for the night when this was the only place open! Line is always coming out the parking lot, they never have all the items on the menu and of course the ice cream machine never works! One time I drove into the drive thru line and by the time I made it to the speaker to order, there was a hand written sign on the menu that said "Cash Only"...ITS 2019 people!! Most people in the line probably only has cards but yet they were now stuck in the line because these fools didn't put the sign in the beginning of the drive through. Smh! This McDonald's is pretty new. The building looks modern and the inside appeared pretty clean. They had the ordering machines so you don't have to wait in line to purchase the items you want. They took a little longer bringing us our food though. I didn't like that they didn't have much seating available. read more

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. Unfortunately, it is the closest one to me and I order breakfast there few times a week. Today I ordered on the mobile app and parked in a spot putting in the number where I was waiting. There was really no one in the drive-through line at all but I sat there for at least 4 minutes. I decided to just go into the drive-through line to pick it up. I told the person who came on the speaker that I have been waiting and he said oh, and repeated my order. I said yes thank you. I drove up to the pick up window And then sat there probably another five minutes while I was completely ignored. They were running around inside just not paying attention to anything else. I finally honked my horn and said can I please get my food I've been waiting for a long time then the guy handed me a bag that had been sitting right by the drive-through window the whole time, and I said, why couldn't you have just handed that to me I've been waiting quite a long time and he said well sometimes we get really busy at the drive-through and I said well you just ignored me everybody just sat there working and not paying any attention. I seriously felt like they were purposely ignoring me. I'm sure that wasn't the case, but this place needs to get their act together and not offer curbside pickup if they don't have the ability to actually deliver it to the person waiting. read more

One of the worst McDonald I have ever been to. At the drive thru we ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets and it came up as 10 chicken nuggets. At the pick up booth we said we ordered 20 nuggets but the receipt was 10 nuggets. Then they tried making us order another 10 piece for 5 bucks when we already payed 5 bucks for the chicken nuggets so we would be paying 10 dollars worth of chicken nuggets than 6 for 20 piece nuggets. The food was ridiculously cold and they kept charging 1.50 for 2 sauces. Do not recommend and will never come to this location again rather go to the Walmart one down the road. read more

They say it's open 24 hours, i work graveyard shift till 5am and it seems as if every time I go there to eat, the drive through is closed off for whatever reason. I always see a lot of drivers leave disappointed and irritated because they could not get a quick bite to eat either before or after work. It's so frustrating. I need to give this McDonald's a shout out. I will straight up pass other McDonald's that are closer, so that I can go to this one. The people are generally pretty nice, but don't really give a shit because I'm in my car having people hand me food I didn't have to make. So, if someone is a bit indifferent to my existence because they've been working since 3 AM, I'm cool with it. I can count on 1 hand how many times I have been given cold fries or hash browns and I hit this place up A LOT (sue me, I'm lazy and a fat shit). Pretty much every time I go here, regardless of time of day, I am getting fresh from the fryer goodness. The making of a burger changes on the day, but... it's a burger from McDonald's, it's going in my face and I do not care what it looks like.
