I ordered a bacon biscuit and got crumbs. I really can't believe they would serve this.. yes I can

This has to be the worst McDonalds in the entire chain. Only came over here because it was directly across the street from my hotel. First of all, no cars in the parking lot should have been my first "red flag". I enter through the dining area and it was dirty like nobody had checked it in a few hours. The second "red flag" was the manager (Abby), as I walked in she made it known to everyone of her workers along with myself and the three other people in line that "she had just given her number to the young guy that just ordered his food". I am all for someone getting some digits, but did I really need to know that he wouldn't give her his number, so she decided to give hers to him? Probably not when the dining room is a mess and two of us hadn't ordered yet. Looking over the counter into the bowels of where the food is made, I will just say that it looks as clean as the dining room and that's being facetious. Some of the workers were trying to do their jobs, but we're just as frustrated as the five of us now in line. Ok, I don't want this to sound bad, because I am a fan of all able bodied Americans having a job, especially now that we are paying for the minimum wage increase in this country. But I have to say, if you are going to hire a mentally challenged person to work the cash register, you might want to supervise this person. (The cashier was not legally a mentally challenged person, at least as far as I know) I as a paying customer shouldn't be his shift leader. Giving this person a $20 bill was the worst thing I could have done. I completely confused him to the point that he didn't know how to give me back $13.65. Instead he handed my $6.35 which was the price of my meal. Really??! Now as I am writing this I just watched one of the male employees throw an empty cup at his fellow employee. This caused them both to run to the back of the store in a grab ass fashion. Now the "monopoly banker" a.k.a the cashier yells out to Abby that she should probably break them up because they are in the back making out. All while the dining room and kitchen are still a mess and the damn drive thru bell keeps ringing because nobody is there to take the order. The cash man is now trying to make a McFlurry and again is doing this without supervision. The customer is so frustrated that he said just give me the McFlurry and I will mix it by hand. No lie, he said that! Almost simultaneously as the one employee that is now in the dinning room, without broom, but with cell phone dropping the "f" bomb with his friend on the other end. If you couldn't guess he is on break sitting in the lounge with his McDonalds uniform on cursing like a Sailor during his normal conversation. So now two people have left the store because they haven't been waited on. This store isn't busy and they are allowing people to leave. Went to get Ketchup in the self dispenser and of course, no ketchup and it splattered all over me as the air bubbles came through the pump. Do I dare ask Mr Banker for some packets? Well for shits and giggles I did and he quickly pointed to the dispenser and told me that was for dining in customers. So now I'm asking for Abby to help get this place cleaned up, but she is busy with Mr McCusser because he is apparently off shift and his mom isn't answering the phone to come pick him up. By now my dinner is done and I am just sitting here watching the comedic scene because I have nothing better to do. Whomever owns this McDonalds you can not be making money and it's sad to see how this company is being run without the right leadership present. Every single time I come here the wait in the drive thru is at least 15 minutes, then I ALWAYS get asked to pull up and wait even longer even though I ALWAYS order only for myself, so it's not like it's a huge order with 20 items, it's always 3-4 only, and usually a numbered meal, and they STILL get it wrong almost every single time. This morning, I went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon, egg & cheese bagel meal with a large coke, and one extra hash brown. Get up to the pick up window after 10 minutes, just to get asked to pull up to the wait window and wait even longer! Why?!? It's ONE MEAL, what's the problem?!? How can you not have it ready in 10 minutes?!? Then to top it all off, I get all the way home and was shorted the extra hash brown that was clearly on the ticket that I PAID for! It is HANDS DOWN, THE WORST McDonalds in a 70 mile radius! I'll never go back, it's nothing but a disappointment every single time. And I will recommend that no one else go there as well. read more

I woke up feeling very hungry wondering what I should eat today. When I thought of McDonalds pancakes, I thought it was a genius idea. I drive over there happy as can be, buy some pancakes, come home, pull the pancakes out of the bag, get comfy on the couch, reach for the syrup, and there's none in the bag... are you kidding? That is literally the best part and now I gotta eat some dry ass fucking pancakes. I'm pissed. read more

MOBIlE ORDER FAIL. Food was great sadly today I decided to use the new mobile app curb side pick up. Sadly it was not that way. You would place your order on the app, still have to wait online or go inside. I decided to go inside and it took even longer then it would if I went though drive throw. SLOWEST McDonald's EVER!!!!! Took 30 mins for me to get my daughters happy meal! Drive through makes you pull up and they forget about you and have to redo your order that was only a burger and fries. Don't waste your time coming here. read more

This location is inefficient. Drive they and order in take about 30 minutes at any given time. I don't know why they have such consistently poor service times but do not go here for a quick bite. read more

This the sorryest mcdonalds i have ever been two the owner is wiorthless on replacing my order had a very large order screwed up called back as soon got home waited for a very long time for call go threw they take phone off hook during lunch hr finaly answered i told him i did not get a receipt i explained how much my bill was explained didnt get about 40 % of meal i told hom after almost two hrs waiting on call to go thru everyone was pissed off manager finaly agreed make it rite i explained to him family was going to vegas for vacation would have to be after they get back he advised ok i assumed he wrote our names down in his book so let it go under the impression could get my order replaced so go get would not give us anything over which is bullshit owner advised i needed my receipt i explained to him i did not get one which there fault my fault is i cant remember managers name thought he writing it all down in tablet they keep behind the counter i explained to the owner girl name working drive thru that day told him if he could look at his schedule for june 1st between 12 1215 girl name barbie he didnt care about that part said i want to help u if i had receipt r managers name so i said look at his work schedule see what manager on duty that day if he remembered me he told me to much trouble sorry *** i hope he finaly goes broke he is the sorryest excuse for a buisness man suprised mcdonalds sells people like that franchises i wont use them no more read more

I do not eat at McDonalds, but I went there to pick up coffee. For a simple cup of coffee, I waited 10 minutes when it was not really busy. I asked several times why they are not getting it. I understand people are served in order, but no one can get a cup ready in 10 sec? I worked at restaurants before, small orders like that are easily taken care of in seconds right away. Must have been new or incompetent staff at the time. McDonalds has the worst food. I haven't been to one in years to actually eat so I would give myself a one star for even steeping in there for any reason. This place makes the Arby's next door's service look like 5 star quality. read more

I watched as a member used a mop/broom and then went back and made my sandwich when no other member was making it and also my sandwichs were made wrong. I called and spoke with one manager, and first response is to throw food at me I dont want that so I called the number on the receipt along with the number on the bag received a call from the franchise rep and was satisfied after i got off the call, my purpose of the call was to inform them of the problem. I then received a call from sheila mott and OMG the arrogance and holier than thou attitude from this woman, first she could not understand why i called two numbers, second could not understand why what she called a training issue i was calling a health dept violation, she admitted the man used a sanitized rag to clean his hands not washing them. She also brought up that I do call when there is a problem. I only call on valid complaints and she could not dispute that. I do not ask for free food in fact i pointed out the last time I called I still had not picked up the free food they threw at me. She finally told me not to come into her restaurant because I make valid complaints and called the health dept, and then hung up on me. I also must assume, yes assume, that you as a company do not want feedback from anyone with half a brain or that notices problems. So if you have a problem at this restaurant, do not expect to have Ms. Mott take you seriously she will probably hang up on you after treating you with disrespect. I dont care how many complaints a single person makes if they are valid why wouldnt a owner care. read more

this mcdonald's did not get anything right!! we ordered a fish sandwich and they did not put anything on it when ask specifically for certain things we also ordered chicken tenders and they were very cold we also ordered the snack wraps but instead of getting the snack wraps we got nuggets i would've at them but they were very cold as well as the tender and we got two fries and they were ice cold. overall it was nasty! read more

NEVER AGAIN. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Get it together, McDonald's. I was there 30 minutes from ordering on that ridiculous machine to talking to the newbie guy on a SATURDAY morning hunting and pecking and not paying attention. Then after 20 mins hearing the lady bringing half orders out and apologizing to people I wanted my order because I have places to be and isn't this supposed to be fast food?!! She took my receipt and went to the back....came out with the wrong order and proceeded to argue with me. No. That is not our order. Then she tells another guest the frappe machine is down. WHAT. why would you allow me to order one then?!!! Finally said I'm sick of this right now I want my money back. I was told "one second" but she then Immediately goes to bagging some food!!!! I'm quite literally late at this point for my appointment so finally after some yelling had to leave without my money. Husband spoke to the manager but all she did was send us a ten dollar gift card. Every time I have gone to this place I have had problems. Service is very slow, food either to cold or salted heavy. Have spent upwards of 30 min in drive through. Orders completely wrong and even shorted meals. I avoid this place as much as possible. read more
