I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and it came out as a sausage, egg and cheese. I then the employees about it and they said they would remake it as a bacon egg and cheese. Then it came out and it was another sausage, egg and cheese. Overall terrible never coming back. read more

This is the worst McDonalds, no, the worst restaurant I've ever been to. 4 times I've been there and not once have they gotten the order correct. obviously management there is a joke, the workers don't know what they're doing and everything takes forever, one time it was 40 minutes when I ordered in store and they got the order wrong and had to wait another ten minutes. this place should be shut down. it is the worst place ever. How hard is it to understand no pickles and extra onions?! I either always get just onions and nothing else on it like this last time, no onions and nothing else pickles and nothing else, extra pickles and no onions?!?! It's not hard!!! Then when they "fix" it, ITS STILL WRONG!!!! And that's just one issue. There have been more but it would require a novel to explain all the problems with this place. It's pathetic. This McDonald's consistently fails to get our order right. Every single visit ends in frustration. One of their most irritating habits is asking customers to park and wait, even when there's no line at the drive-thru. We were the only car there, and they still asked us to park after handing us drinks at the second window. After waiting in the parking spot for 5-10 minutes, they finally brought out our food--without the dipping sauce we specifically requested. I had to walk inside to ask for it, only to find two employees smooching in the corner booth. Three people were behind the counter, yet not one of them acknowledged me. The employee from the booth reluctantly got up and handed me one honey mustard. I had to ask for more since we had multiple meals, and he seemed annoyed by the request. If basic customer service and accuracy are too much to ask for, this location needs some serious attention. I wouldn't recommend stopping here unless you enjoy waiting, incorrect orders, and unprofessional behavior from the staff. read more

I go here frequently as i live next door but had to write this review due to the disrespect i recieved today. I ordered 2 mcdoubles only mustard only onion. The screen read only mustard only onion, the reciept said only mustard only onion, and even the grill slip on the sandwich says only onion only mustard, but whats on the patty you ask? Only ketchup only pickle! Thats intentional. To add to this disrespect i go inside and show them how they messed up politely(manager was great and polite) but i hear the staff who messed up the burger complaining about how they have to fix my order and accuse me of trying to get free food. Such a shame. Hope they are able to find better and more respectful staff soon. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. My family has lived in the area for 20 some years and go to this McDonald's every now and then. Every single time they have missed something in our order and now we started to double check before leaving the drive through. I think at this point we're just going to make the extra drive to the Doylestown McDonald's because they missed our order once again. This time they missed an entire order of hotcakes and one of the orders of hotcakes had 2 instead of 3. I feel like the employees just don't give two shi**. We even called them when we got home and told them and they asked to come back with the receipt. I guess they don't believe us? I guess to them the customer isn't right. Hope this McDonald's manager sees all these 1 star reviews and decides to finally make a change to the staff and standards. read more

The employee on break taking up an entire booth to play world of war craft on his lunch break instead of sitting at a one person table informed us we weren't allowed to sit in a booth because the table was closed. But we would be allowed to sit at a table a group just got up from without being cleaned or sanitized at all because covid. Then it took 30 minutes to make nuggets while homeboy was on lunch and homegirl ran to the dollar store real quick. Does this place even have management? The staff at this particular McDonald's can not for the life of them get any order correct. Is it that difficult to pack a to go bag with a hamburger or chicken nuggets? I would give this location no stars if I could. Stopped in this morning, 10/29/22 9:15, first time since they remodeled. No cars at all for drive through and only 1 family eating in the restaurant, employees standing around and no one to take my order. There was a sign on the cash registers "use kiosk to order". All I wanted was a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown but since I did not have my reading glasses with me I could not read the kiosk. What happened to greeting customers with a "hello, welcome to McDonald's, can I take your order?" Here the employees watch you walk in and watch you walk out without even acknowledging you! They stood around behind the counter doing absolutely nothing and not caring. The owner of this location should be ashamed, but judging by other reviews I read they probably don't care. read more

We had been driving an hour and a half through the beautiful New Jersey and Pennsylvania back roads when we decided we should get some lunch. The first order of business was to use the washrooms, where I discovered that the soap dispenser had no soap. Immediately after I came out, an employee used the same washroom, which made me wonder just how he was going to properly wash up. My wife told me that the ladies washroom had soap. Then we went to the counter to order, even though there were kiosks. There was nobody else on line or at the Kiosks and I prefer the human experienced. Nevertheless we were admonished to use the Kiosks because they were short-handed. I ordered for my wife and I, but the menus were very frustrating to use. They were not well designed as I have seen much better. As I was paying at the Kiosk, the system told me to take a "tent" and enter the number printed on it. There were no tents. So I entered zero. Nope, not acceptable. Then I entered the number one and that worked. Finishing up, the kiosk attempted to print the receipt. You could hear the printer making noise, but no paper came out. So I went to the counter and asked for a receipt but she said that she couldn't get the system to print one out from their register either. Then we were given our order. We had ordered a large French Fry for both of us and they gave us one packet of ketchup. So I went back to the counter and asked for three packets so we would have two for each of us. The counterperson gave them to me but explained that normally there's an extra charge for more ketchup but that she was giving them to me without charge. At the end of out meal I went back to the counter and asked if there was anything with their store number printed on it. "What do you want that for?", was her response. I replied that I wanted to write a review, and if she was able to give me a receipt, it would have had the store number on it and I wouldn't have to bother her. Both the McNuggets and the fries tasted tired, like they were sitting for too long. All in all, this was the worst experience I ever had at a McDonalds. This was the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. I doordashed this McDonald's to my home and they did not send half of the order.. after calling multiple times and them answering with silence and then hanging up, I finally spoke to someone who spoke 2 words to me and then got scared and hung up. After this I kept calling until someone finally answered and gave me half of a response. I was told that they could have someone send me the rest of my order, then right after was told they had no way of doing this and asked me to come in to pick it up (even though my original order was doordashed.) I decided to just save the trouble and go pick up the order. I was told I would be receiving extra items for the trouble. When I arrived no one knew what I was talking about and then I had to wait about 10 minutes to be given half burnt fries. Nothing "extra" was given to me. Instead of any easy meal delivered to my house I spent half of the evening on the phone dealing with people that had no idea how to do anything and received subpar food that I had to go pick up.. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

Never had a problem with any food food places until today. I went out to get a McFlurry and waited 7 minutes in line. I paid and got my Ice cream only to see it melty and in liquid form. This McDonalds USED to be ok. But, we went in here on a recent Friday night and it was a disaster. The cashier told us we could order breakfast biscuits, then discovered we couldn't. Had to get someone else to reverse the credit charge. The fries were ice cold. We had also ordered apple pies. They weren't in the bag. The cashier said she forgot to put them in. No, she had actually forgotten to even make them. About ten minutes later, she finally brought them up. 25 minutes to get two luke-warm burgers, two orders of fries, two apple pies and a coffee. I had the worst possible experience coming to this location. Rude workers, and the manager was rude, ignorant and mean towards customers. Sign claims they cater to ALL DAY breakfast, yet at 10 AM they had no mcgriddles left. After sitting at the drive through for 20 minutes I asked for a refund FIVE times with the manager ignoring me and after the fifth time asking the manager finally responded rudely telling me I should have said I wanted a refund earlier, which I did. I come to this store often in hopes that it will always be better, and never is. The only thing I order is ice tea half cut with no ice and extra lemons. The last 3 times I have gone which is over the span of a week they either never have lemons or ice tea. There is a grocery store right next to the McDonald's, no one can walk to the store and buy lemons? I feel like this store is poorly managed. Today my husband and I went to this McDonald's to get our lunch. When we got back to work I opened up my burger, there was a bite out of the burger. I took the burger back and all that was offered to me was a drink. I said no because I had a drink and the manager threw in an apple pie into my bag. I hate apple pies. I called the corporate office and they were much nicer to me then anyone there at that McDonalds. I hope to get my money refunded to me. I will never eat there again. read more

We have tried this McDonalds at least a half dozen times only because it is near where I work. It may be the worst McDonalds on the planet. Each visit involved a messed up order with either missing items or something inedible like burgers cooked until they were dry as dust in the center, fries tasting of old grease, and even the simple ice cream cone delivered with the cone mostly empty and a wacky looking small blob of ice cream hanging half off... with no offer of napkins. The employees seem as if thy do not want to be bothered by waiting on customers. Inside the store it is small, dirty, and noisy. Most of the noise seems to be coming from the kitchen equipment. I might roll the dice and try this McDonalds again, but only as a last resort. read more

This is a very small McDonald's. Not a lot of seating. But the staff is very friendly. Fries not good they will give you new ones. Really try to make customer happy. Has a small play area. Only negative is that the ice cream machine is frequently out of order. read more
