It is McDonald's not sure what people expect. This one is near a Wal-Mart in a town that barely has anything else except the McDonald's,, a few gas stations, Wal-Mart and a Dollar Store. Food was as ordered, drive thru was efficient. Parking lot was clean. Staff was outside smoking which was odd to me to see people still smoking. The employees were yelling at each other and throwing/slamming things; whoever the managers are, were rude and "it's so hard to work here" but they couldn't just make the food right the first time... Me and my best friend were very hungry after work and put in an order through the mobile app. As soon as we got there it turned 11:00, and the lady over the intercom refused to give us a refund or our food. She said "we close at 11, we aren't making any food mobile or not" and so we tried to ask how to get a refund and she says "you're not charged if I don't press this button" so we said ok and went home. I have been a long time customer and now tried the mobile app. I normally get big mac sauce on my quarter pounders - with no charge at the drive-up window. I ordered the quarter pounders on the app and called the store to get the big mac sauce and the guy was so rude and then said he would do it for thirty cents. In the summer, I will stop by McDonalds for a Ice Creme Cone. I went to the McDonalds in Bella Visa. The most I have paid for a cone is 1.50. Today, I was charged $1.89. Well OK- prices are going up. Just tried to get some sausage egg and cheese biscuits for my family, missing cheese so I roll back thru the drive thru - 2 orders taken before mine in the parallel ordering lane even though I pulled up first. No big deal, im not even irritated yet. When I finally get to the window I tell them the issue again and the lady who took my order is in the background and says "what does she want, me to hand her a piece of cheese?" In the rudest punkiest little tone I've ever heard in my life. Which she's 6 ft away, why not just talk to me directly ? Then makes a new sweet girl actually ask me "so do you want new sandwiches or just cheese?" I look past her to the PUNK who's giving attitude over her own mistakes and say "you know that's not how this works, what are you just gonna put melted cheese in my hand?! Are you out of your mind? I want the sandwiches I ordered, why is this even a question? What is even happening right now?" And then she demands I hand back the already touched mistaken food BACK through the window which is a HEALTHCODE VIOLATION. I hand it to the sweet girl to make sure it ends up in the trash and not going to some other innocent person. The rude girl was a brunette and had glasses on and a pack of Marlboro reds in her front pocket. I'll be driving to a different location from now on, I've never had someone so rude to me in a McDonald's in my whole life. And that's saying something. If my kid weren't with me, I don't know what I would've done, I've never wanted to fight a person in my whole life over anything until encountering this absolute demon of a person. Located right next to the Wal-Mart Supercenter on Highway 71, just across the state line. This is a full, free-standing McDonalds. Because of the topology, getting into the parking lot for this store requires some thought. You enter from the service road, after making the turn from the intersection. Free wi-fi works great. This McDonald's is my favorite one to come to. They have friendly staff, Cleaner inside and plus they get their orders right almost 98% of the time, if they did get a order wrong they will fix it asap, plus the lobby is one of the more cleaner ones in my experience, they also do a good job in the drive thru, the only reason why I think most people in the drive thru get upset is the fact that they feel everything has to be 100%, food is correct, fast af and if their not serviced right then and there their whole day is ruined. But other than that it's a great place to eat at or get food from. Granted it may not be as organized as most other store but they still do the best job they can. Yall need to get over your stuck up way and start paying attention. read more

Date: August 23, 2018. Time: 11:15 The food (I am told, as I do not eat McDonalds) was fine. I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese and an order of french fries through the drive through. My only complaint is that the person at window #1 (the register window), while friendly enough, had a disgustingly filthy neck. Literally, she was caucasian, but her neck appeared that it hadn't been washed since she had been born. I pointed this out to the person that planned on eating the food. They stated that since it was the money window, they would keep the food. If it were me, I wouldn't have taken the food. If she can't wash her neck, she can't wash her hands. I love McDonalds so we decided to stop and get some chicken nuggets and fries at this location. The wait was about 30 mins and so we started getting annoyed. My chicken nuggets disgusted me when i got them, didn't know if they were undercooked or just soggy but if you squished them the chicken would almost come out in a paste. My wife and I stopped by after church for a quick lunch as we were in a hurry to our next location (normally do not eat fast food). What an experience! Walked in to many people standing in line to order, (tables were mostly empty), very slow at taking orders and in getting orders from the kitchen to the serving line. My observation was that very little training has taken place at this location as personnel had to "hunt" for everything from salt to forks. During our waiting period we searched around for a clean table to sit.....no such luck so we had to clean our table (as best we could) to begin our substantial wait. This also gave me ample time to just look around, this restaurant is dirty, floors, walls, glass, chair legs, self-serve beverage all need a good scrubbing (makes you wonder what lurks underneath). Also observed an employee come out from the back twice to I guess "check" the dining area......this employee never picked up trash or cleaned a table or even worse make eye contact or speak. Finally our food arrived and after sitting down noticed no eating utensils were provided so I got back in line to obtain a couple of forks which an employee had to look for, sat down and noticed I was given spoons so off I went again. We both had ordered salads, my wife ordered a Southwest salad however when opened it was just lettuce and a chicken breast, so she went back to the counter for the "fixings" (beans, corn, tortilla strips),and was given some in a bowl which would not fill a teaspoon. My salad was a bacon/ranch chicken salad and the greens were not fresh as they were limp and chewy. So all you Big Mac lovers out there should use a little caution at this restaurant......My lowest score possible. read more

I have enjoyed McDonald's for many years. Like most people, I've experienced locations that are subpar. None of these subpar locations have provided the motivation to write a review, however, the Jane, MO location deserves a negative review. The drive thru is always too slow and I have fallen ill once after having breakfast at this location. Almost always, a request is made at the second window, to pull over to the side parking reserved spaces and wait for your order. Usually this wait will take over 20 minutes. Twice, this location has forgotten or lost the order. Due to it's close proximity to Bella Vista, I have given this location several "second chances" but this second time of losing a order, will be my last visit to this McDonald's. Employees in food service have a challenging job and do the best they can. This location has constantly has issues, since it's opening, with their service. This constant poor service is obviously the result of poor ownership. This location has shown the poor service often provided, will never improve. If you want McDonald's in Bella Vista, any of the Bentonville McDonald's provides better service. This McDonald's does not deserve your business. read more

This place is convenient but after years of ineptitude I won't be returning to this particular location. Whomever is managing the place should be replaced immediately. Worst McDonald's EVER!! The straw that broke the camels back was when I ordered a big mac meal. Pulled up to the 1st window, the girl repeated my order and I paid. Drove forward to 2nd window, girl repeated my order and asked me to pull over and they'd bring it out. Ok, no big deal. 3rd girl walks up to my window w/my food. Says "you ordered a big mac meal?". I said yes. She hands me my food I said thank you and I drove away. Clearly I should have looked in the bag. I got all the way home and pulled out my food and there's a 20 pack of chicken nuggets (WHICH I HATE but the dogs enjoyed). I'm sick of paying for screwed up orders and cold french fries.
