Didn't even come at a rush and still manage to get my order wrong. Lol but what did I expect.

Unfortunately, Doordashing from McDonald's this morning, expecting a filling breakfast turned into a rather big issue that wasn't expected. Our order came in a timely manner but it was when we got our food that I realized that about half or more of our order was missing. Not only that but our pancakes came without any syrup, no knife . I ordered from here mostly for the chocolate shake which was missing, as well as a strawberry shortcake McFlurry. I must say that no place has ever made me this upset, I would understand one item but more then half order ?? I'm very disturbed by McDonald's service but I am thankful for Mansi with DoorDash, who gave us a full refund and helped us with our issue because McDonald's employees weren't able to help me at all. read more

They literally charged my card for $12 for no reason. When I asked why they tried making up a mobile order that I didn't have but was similar to mine despite me showing them my order my phone. They told me my card wouldn't be charged but lo and behold it was! These people are dumb. read more

***ZERO STARS! Horrible. Every. Single. Time. They will manage to mess up your order even as simple as one item. Be prepared to wait in line at the drive thru for at least 20-30 minutes. Always ask for fresh fries w/ no salt & ask for salt packets on the side at the window. DOUBLE CHECK your own order before pulling away from the window. Open the wrappers even if it has a sticker on it detailing the item. The customer service is non existent at this location. Find another nearby McDonald's to go to if you can. read more

In the early AM (around 4:30) the girls are always on point, foods fast (usually by the time I'm done paying) hot, and correct. If I come in at my later shift (around 8:30am) it's always slow moving through the drive through, and it's 50/50 on if it's correct. If I go inside it's usually faster than going through the drive thru. read more

It's the typical fast-food joint, but what I will say that is I have never encountered any pan handlers in the parking lot nor have I found drug pipes in the bathroom which means they probably do a good job at keeping the riff raff away. Lots of people behind the counter, one yammering on the phone with her shoulder while sweeping the floor, no one would take my order until a very charming but patronizing voice chimes in behind me, "I can take your order over here at the kiosk." Ordering was fast and easy. Frys were hard and brownish. Definitely over cooked in the fryer and still served them... quarter pounder was full of grease which I worked at mcds at one point and not sure how you could leave that much grease in a QP. Today, we ordered 1 decaf McCafe hot coffee and 1 McCafe hot coffee. Once I gave her the coupon, the Cashier told me "we don't have decaf" so I had to get two regular coffees for my client and nothing for myself. At the next window, we were told they didn't have coffee available and we'd have to pull up to wait 2 minutes. When the coffees arrived the immense heat from the cups shocked my colleague. FYI_McDonald's no longer offer cardboard sleeve protectors, per the person who delivered the coffees. In addition, last month I ordered a decaf coffee. Once I paid, the Cashier did not give me a receipt then at last window I was told that I'd have to wait in a parking spot. No one ever told me they had to brew it. I waited 15 minutes then had to call the store and speak with the Manager; they forgot about me and that's when they told me they had to brew it! In the Arizona heat, decaf is best for the body to avoid heat stroke yet McDonald's can't supply it. It's beyond frustrating to say the least especially to my clients and employees. No wonder Starbucks and Burger King have several locations near this McDonald's. How is it possible to say you offer breakfast all day, yet can't supply coffee (even before noon time)!! read more

We waited in line for a good 20 minutes. We ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals with extra fries and chocolate milk, a large number 3 with a Coke, a large Diet, and a large pink lemonade slushee. The lady who took the order kept repeating it as a number 5 and a 6 piece happy meal, etc. we told her no and fixed. Went to the front window and confirmed what we had with the manager. He left and the guy said "$11.77" we were like uhh no, we ordered 2 happy meals, he goes yeah, we go and the number 3 large, he goes yeah, we said a large diet and a large slushee, and he goes yeah $11.77. He prints the receipt and it's for 2 happy meals and a cheeseburger ‍ we go to the second window to explain and she gets that same manager who goes "that's the food!" And walks off. We tell her we need the drinks and she's like what drink? She asks the manager who basically shoos her and so we had to tell her what drinks so we could get it. We still left without a chocolate milk and straw for the large sodas but we left cause that was like an hour of nothing lol only positive is that we got our actual order for $11.77 cause the idiot at the first window lol never returning and I hate McDonald's now lol read more

4 years ago I decided to go to McDonald's to eat the burger there. I ate it with nothing happening on that day. Although the next day I felt like an elephant stomped on my stomach and sat on it. HOW THIS LOCATION SAVED MY WAISTLINE! Okay, first let me get this one straight, I like fast food burgers - a lot. But, that day finally came (and it comes to us all) when I thought "Hey these jeans are too tight, I suppose I should put on my fat pants instead" Only to realize "OMG! These ARE my fat pants! aaargh". That was it, the moment had finally arrived when in-between sorrowful sniffs the road forked in two directions. My lovely wife asks what's wrong and all I could say was "nothing, sniff, sniff" and when she asked if I'd like to go out to dinner to cheer up I heard the voices on my shoulder talking to me. I had to make a choice. Did I? A) Embrace the devil on my left shoulder and go for it whilst casually mentioning that all my clothes were so last season and we should go shopping together tonight too! B) Listen to that long forgotten voice on my right shoulder saying "HAR, HAR, You just got reality checked! Now do something about it." Well, after another 5 minutes of futilely looking in the closet for clothes that fit, then seriously considering if the credit card could take the beating of a of new wardrobe of clothes I let the top button on my jeans stay open and finally decided that enough was enough, it's time to take the second choice...but I was damned if I was going to give up burgers while doing it. So, here's what I did. After a year of eating out too much, and a new baby in the house I knew it would have to be cheap, so I cast aside thoughts of Subway and went to my old Favorite - McDonalds! The very next day I started myself on what I came to call "The McDonalds Dollar Menu Diet". I posted it to my Facebook page and at first my friends thought I was kidding until they saw the weight continue to come off, week after week. For lunch 4-5 days a week at this location (and a couple of dinners a week) I would have a McDouble, a Side Salad with Paul Newman's low fat Balsamic Vinaigrette or low fat Italian salad dressing and either water or a large Diet Coke or large unsweetened Ice Tea. It cost me just $3.27 per meal including tax! I was filled up, had energy and a balanced diet. If I skipped the drink it was only $2.18 per meal. This diet I chose and stuck to has put me from borderline obese back to the lean healthy figure I last had 10 years ago. Thanks McDonalds! 30 lbs later I swear that I never want to go back to what I was, but I still eat my "McDonalds Dollar Menu Diet" at least twice a week because it tastes so good. Ok, where do I even start? This is probably most disorganized McDonald's that I have ever been to. I ordered 2 happy meals and was told to wait in the parking lot for my food. During this time, I see a car, that was about six cars back from me in line, receive two happy meals. And after about 5-10 minutes of waiting I decided to go in to see what was taking so long. I spoke to the manager and they gave me an excuse that they were waiting for the fries. As it turned out, they messed up and gave my happy meals to the other car, the one I previously mentioned. I've never truly experienced bad customer service at a McDonald's until I started getting food from this one, and it is a shame. And it's never from the Day crew, it's always the night crew.
