The food is quick BUT the staff is rude. I ordered with my mom in the drive thru and we waited about 20 minutes. When we asked again about our food my mom said "we have been waiting for 20 minutes" so the drive thru worker said "waiting for what?". She REALLY had the audacity to say that. They also committed a war crime by closing the playplace there and the stools, seats, and tables are dirty. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, It's been over 30 Minutes and i've still havent gotten a single apple pie!!! Then i look over the counter to see a fucking tank devouring my apple pie!!! absolutely distasteful!!! If i could put 0 stars i would!!! read more

Place is an absolute joke. Nobody there but you'll wait 15 minutes for your food in a pull-in spot, so you have to guess whether or not they forgot about you the entire time. Which has happened. It's not a drive-thru, they should call it something else. Food is always messy garbage. Crazy to think this is a better location than the Columbus Blvd one but it somehow is. Whoever runs this joint should be ashamed and I should be ashamed for going so many times. Follow up: couldn't even get the food right, 4 burgers and a 10 piece nugget. Forgot the nuggets read more

Absolutely disgusting men's room...toilet paper and urine all over the floor around the toilet. Seat covered with urine, never seen such a disgusting public restroom at McDonald's or any other restaurant. Ordered two cheeseburgers at the drivethru. One burger patty was halfway folded under the bottom bun, the other burger patty was barely on the bun, ketchup all over....total mess..these people DO NOT care. I've been cross country 6 times, eaten at 1,000+ McDonald's and never seen one this bad. Owner/management need to open their eyes!!!! read more

I don't expect much from Philly at this point... no juice, no shakes... par for the course.

Good food and price. A nice place to stop and eat. Helpful workers. Relaxing atmosphere.

[596] Today was my first visit and I was very impressed. This location is on busy Oregon Avenue in Philly. There are two drive up windows. Inside had a kids playarea which my son loved. There are tables and counters to sit at which is nice to have a choice. Looks like it was renovated recently. The drinks are self serve. First time experiencing....... kiosk for ordering McDonalds food. Dave was very nice and helpful. The cashier was very nice. All around great experience. I'll definitely be back. read more

Ordered through uber eats waited an hr, food came cold and nasty...it seem like the food was just sitting on the counter for the whole hr. I will never order from there again! read more

It's sad and embarrassing to if you are saying you're short of employees at late nights ,McDonald's, you'd rather not do business to a loyal paying customer of 20 years, but would rather sell to Uber eats, doordash and etc. What kind of F-ING excuse is that?! I was the only person physically at the drive thru.. and you denied my order saying you're only doing ubereats/doordash, how busy could yall be at 11:35 PM. You lost me as a customer, I hope your happy. It doesn't make sense for a business to turn down business to only lose cents. read more

The slowest and worst fast food ever they never get your order right and they take forever horrible

The drive through 17 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous!! That's a gallon of gas wasted. The inside is closed and no bathroom access. The worst. read more

Absolutely the worst Place to visit!!!! The waiting through the driveway was bad UNTIL I notice the employees giving away free food to their friends at the drive thru window WHILE customers are trying to get their orders out the window...Are you Kidding me. We asked for the Manager and a young Caucasian girl got mouthy and said "let me walk away before I say something" Classless.. I will make a formal complaint to corporate!!! read more

I don't even live here in Philly, but we ordered some drinks (we didn't even get any food), ordered 3 large frozen drinks. couldn't be any easier, right? no. we got no straws, we got all the drinks in medium when we paid for large, and one of them we ordered ( a mango flavor ) came as a sprite!!!! this actually happened multiple times within a week. unbelievable. don't order from here. read more

This place has gotten really bad over the last few months. The employees are rude and careless. They take forever to make food. And I've gotten sick from eating here, twice in the past couple weeks. read more

If I could give this McDonald's a negative star rating I would. Worst ever do not go here unless you're getting coffee. Couldn't even eat the chicken nuggets they must have been sitting under a heat lamp all day fry's were soggy. Horrible read more

I have ordered GrubHub from this McDonald's, twice, recently..and both times it came through hot, quick, and perfect. The order arrived well before it was promised, the driver (please send the driver a thank you) was polite and everything was is order. I'm pretty sure the people here don't read this but y'all do a great job. read more

Every time I come here the food smells bad or tastes horrible. I get sick every time I've tried eating from here. I've tried it a few times over the year to see if anything has changed. It hasn't. They need the health department called or something because I could smell the rotten food through the taped shut McDonald's bag and the box it was in. They claim to be 24 hours but will close at crazy times on random days. The place has bugs crawling around the counters and the inside is almost always closed now. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. From the start just ordering the person had an attitude. Then I drove up to pay the person had not idea what I ordered, then when I went to pick up they food they gave my food to the person in front of me. Honestly the most incompetent and rude staff ever. read more

They don't know how to make their breakfast stuff. I ordered a sausage McGriddle; sausage and the bread. Somehow I got egg and cheese on that. Don't answer the phone. Run by incompetent teens. read more

We have been coming to this location about once a week for the last four years. We always get three happy meals; two with a soda and one with an apple juice (box). Tonight after finishing his apple juice box, my 4 year old began coughing uncontrollably while running around and playing in the Playplace. I went to the counter to ask for some water. Because at this location, for some reason, there is no water available at the self serve soda fountain. I was told I would have to buy bottled water. I explained that my child was choking and we are paying customers (with other paid beverages) and we just needed some water. I again was told I would have to pay. My 4 year old refused to drink the soda that his older siblings had. And unfortunately, even if I dumped the soda out of the cups that I had paid for, I would not be able to fill it with water myself for my 4 year old. The most upsetting part was the lack of concern on the part of the "manager," who positioned herself between me and the employee I was talking to. After this brief exchange I politely told her that she lost us as regular customers and we would not be coming back; to which she replied "that's fine." All I wanted was some tap water for my coughing child. read more

Went in at 8pm. Workers were telling each other stories about their school experience, cursing and calling each other names. Asked for a courtesy cup of water. "We don't do courtesy cups no more." "That doesn't sound right. Is there someone I can speak to about this?" I ask them. "Yo. Can you tell him?" The teen call to her friend, who she was telling the story to. "You heard her. We don't do give out cups anymore." read more

Considerably better than the one on Columbus Blvd. The only thing I don't like is the set-up for the drive thru window. Oddly, there is a split lane and you can use both lanes to order, but then the lanes merge back together before you get to the window to pay. It's not smart. It needs to be two lanes all the way through the process, or just one. Fries are always hot and fresh with the right amount of salt. No complaints! read more

Watched a roach crawl across the counter while awaiting my order. Next time, hold the appetizer!

That McDonald's is an absolute dump. I went in with my wife, mother & grandpa for a quick bite after a day out. We got the food from the new computer menu. Which isn't a bad idea. Works great. The people on the other hand, not so much. The server that bought our food to the table just threw the food down in front of us. The employees that aren't working (which is 75% of them) were sitting on the tables, screaming and cursing all over the store. F this and F that. Two of them messing around and playing around and one almost fell into my grandfathers food. Not a single table was wiped down. We had to do that ourselves. Basically the place is a total dump. Employees and atmosphere both. Always has been. I promise I will never go back. read more

Why is it that all inner city McDonalds are disgusting shitholes? ..from the greasy hand prints all over the takeout window ,to the thick sweet sick stench of long dead fryer oil that probably (according to franchise rules) should have been changed weeks ago .food wrappers that have greasy hand prints on them ...all food tastes like skanky dirty oil /dirty flat tops...too much ketchup on the burgers always ...buns are usually stale..I could go on and on..Because of this we avoid fast food at all costs .. But ,,when on vacation we visit the McDonalds as a treat (in the Catskills )...its like night and day ..its clean.smells as it should ,fries and burgers are hot and are sinfully delicious as they should be ...what is the deal ? I've noticed this for years ..the inner city McDonalds management doesn't follow franchise rules and gets away with it? and have for years ..the rural management has integrity and the urban management doesn't ? is the urban management broken from the lack of good employees and just doesn't care ? I guess the company doesn't care as long as they meet a quota ..its a shame..what happened to that old school American integrity our classic "brands" used to have ... read more

Closest McDonald's to my house and for some reason their McRibs outdo other locations. No complaints whatsoever.

WORST McDonalds location ever! They consistently mix up the order, went in there one time and they were out of smoothies, another time the play place was closed for NO reason, and now they give me a salad with no croutons, no tomatoes, fatty chicken. Once again I have wasted my money. I eat there sparingly (wouldn't at all if it wasn't next to my job). Sure, the fries are good. But aren't they supposed to be? I would never give a 5 star rating somewhere because they serve what they are supposed to and other locations do just as good if not better. read more
