Steer clear of the location, they sux. Went grab an ice coffee and bagel @ 0930 and they were out of bagels and the machine for coffee was, you guessed it, broke. read more

Every time I come to this particular McDonald's, the system is always down and you have to pay with cash

All service is slow and oil is black and food is all old and nasty as hell this restaurant needs to be shut down asap and they pay health inspectors to stay open read more

I had an amazing experience here. Leigh was so kind and she NEEDS a raise! That girl was just awesome. very helpful and kind!

Everyone who works here needs to quit. You do not belong in food service or customer service. I messed up by trusting McDonald's again and by not looking at my entire order before requesting a refund on door dash. Look at the photos. You can see my order and compare it to what I received. Ordered hot cakes big breakfast with bacon, got sausage. Ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese McMuffin and got a sausage and egg biscuit. I've been burned too many times by the worst fast food chain in the history of fast food (CrapDonald's). I promise you I will never eat McDonald's again. I will go without eating or buy sandwich ingredients from a grocery store and make a sandwich on the side of the road before I eat CrapDonald's again. I know that losing one customer may not have that big of an effect but I hope others read this and learn from my mistakes. Even if they don't at least I will never have to eat this trash again. read more

McDonald's - My order that was printed from CrapDonald's. - Fast Food Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

Horrible food is always wrong no matter what inside is nasty. And food is always cold

I placed a online order at 10:15am and They Breakfast time say they close at 11:00am the Manager told me that they couldn't Cook My Food And That it Takes 7 days to receive a refund..I Keep Having the worst Experience At This McDonalds In Warrington It's A Young Lady that's the Manager She Is TERRIBLE and doesn't know how to Run A Business !!!They Are Dirty And Very Nasty I 100% Don't Recommend Bringing you family to eat here it's a 0 out of 10 for me And all the food you get be Left out And cold When you receive It..it's never cooked Fresh Even If you Ask!!Me And My family Will Never Go To this Dirty Place Again read more

Rude employees and the bathrooms smelled like straight weed. The rung our food up incorrectly as well

This McDonalds is not good at all. I have been here a few times and they always get your order wrong or they don't give you the entire order! I am honestly not going to this Macdonald's ever again! read more

Sandwiches have reduced in size (about half the size of prior sandwiches) but the cost is more. I'll never frequent McDonalds again. It's basically robbery on a bun. Everyone should stop making purchases at McDonalds, then they just might deal more fairly. read more

Got coffee or should I say colored water. Not the first time. Happened before. Never again.

I typically wouldn't waist my time writing a review on McDonalds but this particular location has to Be put on blast for the consistent terribly slow service I've received here. This location has the most unorganized processes I've ever seen at a McDonald's. No one knows their roll or what job they need to be doing to make the service faster. "Who's on Hash browns"? "Did you get his coffee? For The simplest breakfast meal and a coffee you will be waiting there 10+ Mins with maybe 3 people in line. The morning manager does not know how to manage her team and the team doesn't know their roles. I had to stop coming to this particular McDonald's in the morning because I was late to work twice waiting in the drive thru and another time when I went inside to order. Fucking Ridiculous!!! read more

If your the type who likes to order what you want just to get your food and pull away and have nothing of what you ordered in your bag then this is the place to go. I ordered a double cheeseburger 20 piece chicken nuggets 4 spicy mchickens and a large fry. I got home with my order only to find out that they gave me 66 piece chicken nuggets, no double cheeseburger no large fry but I did get my 4 spicy mchickens. This isn't the first time having my order completely wrong from this McDonald's. Plus a fast food restaurant is meant to be fast food. Not a pull forward into a parking spot where 4 other cars are already waiting to get their orders as well. Horrible McDonald's unless you like to wait and get your order wrong! read more

Customer service was on point and the food was perfect! Really, great job to them. I hate some bad reviews have to ruin it for some people because every time we go here it's a good experience read more

Awful place. They did not get anything right. The whole order was wrong. I will never go back here. If they would have at least gotten 2 out of the 4 meals we ordered right it would have been a 50% accuracy. Nope! All 4 meals were wrong. Take the 10/15 minutes down the road to the other one. read more

Wish I could rate this 0 stars. Pack a tent a chairs for the drive thru nobody responds when there's no line to be seen. Drove around to go order inside and stood at the front desk while everyone working gave me looks. Finally ordered at the kiosk. These people have no concept of customer service whatsoever nor the determination or work ethic to do their basic ass job. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Very rude customer service. Wouldn't even let me finish drive through order before telling me to pull up. Tried calling to them with no answer. Didn't waste my time and drove away. read more

I've never been to a McDonald's that refuses to put extra cheese on burritos before. And then I get a coffee with Splenda because I'm a diabetic, and I clarified, "I can't have sugar because I'm diabetic" and they put Splenda AND sugar in my coffee. Lastly, when they charge for sauces, they should make sure they give them to you. Not thrilled with this McDonald's. It just seems lazy. read more

Whoever LD is deserves a Promotion ! We have amazing people working at the navy blvd location...Everytime I come, I never have any issues! Yes and I know things as small as getting a free coffee can be taken as a nice gesture but more than once has this young man reached into his OWN pockets to pay for my drink and food! I've currently been unemployed for five months and thought I had a lil change for a coffee but I didn't! And he stepped in before I could drive away in tears of embarrassment and literally paid for it! And like I said LD has done it MORE THAN ONCE! God bless this young man! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! we need more people like him! read more

I've been to this McDonalds at least 10 times, I live on Corry Station and usually drive over to get a quick breakfast before class. They've never failed to forget half my food and mess my order up no matter how clearly I talk or how long I wait... disappointing. It's simply to remember the two sandwiches I ordered and not forget my hash brown but every time they seem to mess it up. I understand this isn't a high class restaurant but everyone working there should know how to count. read more

I don't normally review fast food joints, because what else can you expect? This is by far the slowest mcdonald service I've ever experienced, and not just because of one occasion but multiple. They take forever to take your order through the drive thru, you can read the whole menu twice before they ask you what you want. So today I just wanted a large coke, so I'm expecting, oh since it's just a coke maybe I'll pay at the pay window and they'll hand me my soda! Yeah right, I pay for my dollar soda and they close the window on me and I have to sit there and wait for 2 other cars before I can get to the second window just for what.. a soda. Good job McDonald's Pensacola! read more

We went through the drive thru with my sick child. We had to wait at the speaker for about 10 minutes and had to ask if anyone was there. No one greeted us. The service was rude. Then when we got home, I realized they forgot my daughter's milk and our sauces. Very terrible service and I won't be returning. read more

What is it with McDonald's in Pensacola? They all suck. Sorry but they do. Take forever to get food, it's not hot, and the order is usually f'd up. Time to look closer at other fast foods. read more

First off, is it possible to give a negative star review for this piece of shit organization? My friend and I saw a promotion for their new Buttermilk Chicken Tenders, which came with an assortment of special sauces just for the tenders, one of them being the elusive Szechuan Sauce. If you're a fan of the show Rick and Morty, you know what I'm talking about. So we got up at 7 am, waited till 11, went to our McDonald's, and waited in line. Now keep in mind THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE said that it would be there and that they were selling it JUST FOR THAT DAY AND THAT DAY ONLY. When we approached the cash register, we ordered the delicious tenders, with the szechuan sauce of course. AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT!!!! needless to say, my friend and I will never set foot on a McDonald's property again. Ronald McDonald can suck my micro peen. read more

Horrible food cold greasy nasty!!!! The people working there have no idea what good customer service is!! They will never be a chic fil a!!!

This McDonalds customer service is below average. The people here do not value that without customers they would not have a job. They are rude and unapproachable including the manager. I have received some of the worst service here and food. I have gotten everything from cold food to food that look like its been dropped. I refuse to ever go here again. I hope that a franchise such as McDonalds would have more professional people doing their job. Do not waste your time or money here. Go next door to Wendy's or Sonics. read more

Good, fast and clean store. Its McDonald's so there isnt much of a review to leave, but I do love their oatmeal!

This McDonald's seems to have issues. Anything from cold watery oatmeal to them not giving you all of your order at the drive-thru. They fill up your coffee cup while it is still pouring from making the coffee then your coffee is strong and bitter. They just don't care about anything other than getting you down the road. Morning lunch or dinner, it doesn't matter what time. I wouldn't even come here, if Burger King was on my way to work, because they now have oatmeal. I don't come here any other times now. read more

I have used this McDonald location a few times but the last 3 visits gave me a very negative impression... 1st we were in a drive thru and my daughter wanted a 6 pc McNugget but when we got home there were only 5, my daughter said she got robbed, a funny comment.. 2nd was in the drive thru again and my Daughter ordered 6 pc McNuggets again and my Son cheeseburger but when we got home they were both McNuggets and my Son said he got robbed.. a few days ago we ate inside and when we got our orders, I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and the guy said I have to pay for it?????!!!!!!! Wow really!!?? Maybe this branch managers or franchise owner should visit other locations and see how it is done! But I was fortunate that one very nice Lady at the counter agreed with me and gave me the condiments free. Again... WOW, REALLY!!?? read more

Just not worth the time they are slow and for the time you wait you expect to get your food fresh and without screw ups

Have to say out of all the McDonald's this one has to be the worst. I've been to some where customer service was terrible but you got you food in a decent time, this one failed at both. I went in only 2 customers inside eating no one in line, placed my other with cashier( which she did her job) it took no lie 20 minutes to get three cheese burgers, nuggets and fries. Observing the other staff including management they had to no care in the world of even trying to get your food in a fast process. All them walk around slow as hell like they didn't give a damn. So all the reviews on here with one star I have read best believe are accurate wish I would of read them before stopping by there. But that will be the first and last time read more
