Everyone who works here needs to quit. You do not belong in food service or customer service. I messed up by trusting McDonald's again and by not looking at my entire order before requesting a refund on door dash. Look at the photos. You can see my order and compare it to what I received. Ordered hot cakes big breakfast with bacon, got sausage. Ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese McMuffin and got a sausage and egg biscuit. I've been burned too many times by the worst fast food chain in the history of fast food (CrapDonald's). I promise you I will never eat McDonald's again. If your the type who likes to order what you want just to get your food and pull away and have nothing of what you ordered in your bag then this is the place to go. I ordered a double cheeseburger 20 piece chicken nuggets 4 spicy mchickens and a large fry. I got home with my order only to find out that they gave me 66 piece chicken nuggets, no double cheeseburger no large fry but I did get my 4 spicy mchickens. This isn't the first time having my order completely wrong from this McDonald's. Plus a fast food restaurant is meant to be fast food. I've never been to a McDonald's that refuses to put extra cheese on burritos before. And then I get a coffee with Splenda because I'm a diabetic, and I clarified, "I can't have sugar because I'm diabetic" and they put Splenda AND sugar in my coffee. Whoever LD is deserves a Promotion ! We have amazing people working at the navy blvd location...Everytime I come, I never have any issues! Yes and I know things as small as getting a free coffee can be taken as a nice gesture but more than once has this young man reached into his OWN pockets to pay for my drink and food! I've currently been unemployed for five months and thought I had a lil change for a coffee but I didn't! I've been to this McDonalds at least 10 times, I live on Corry Station and usually drive over to get a quick breakfast before class. They've never failed to forget half my food and mess my order up no matter how clearly I talk or how long I wait... disappointing. It's simply to remember the two sandwiches I ordered and not forget my hash brown but every time they seem to mess it up. I don't normally review fast food joints, because what else can you expect? This is by far the slowest mcdonald service I've ever experienced, and not just because of one occasion but multiple. They take forever to take your order through the drive thru, you can read the whole menu twice before they ask you what you want. So today I just wanted a large coke, so I'm expecting, oh since it's just a coke maybe I'll pay at the pay window and they'll hand me my soda! We went through the drive thru with my sick child. We had to wait at the speaker for about 10 minutes and had to ask if anyone was there. No one greeted us. The service was rude. My friend and I saw a promotion for their new Buttermilk Chicken Tenders, which came with an assortment of special sauces just for the tenders, one of them being the elusive Szechuan Sauce. I have used this McDonald location a few times but the last 3 visits gave me a very negative impression... 1st we were in a drive thru and my daughter wanted a 6 pc McNugget but when we got home there were only 5, my daughter said she got robbed, a funny comment.. 2nd was in the drive thru again and my Daughter ordered 6 pc McNuggets again and my Son cheeseburger but when we got home they were both McNuggets and my Son said he got robbed.. a few days ago we ate inside and when we got our orders, I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and the guy said I have to pay for it?????!!!!!!! Wow really!!?? Maybe this branch managers or franchise owner should visit other locations and see how it is done! This McDonald's seems to have issues. Anything from cold watery oatmeal to them not giving you all of your order at the drive-thru. They fill up your coffee cup while it is still pouring from making the coffee then your coffee is strong and bitter. They just don't care about anything other than getting you down the road. Morning lunch or dinner, it doesn't matter what time. I wouldn't even come here, if Burger King was on my way to work, because they now have oatmeal. I don't come here any other times now. read more

Have to say out of all the McDonald's this one has to be the worst. I've been to some where customer service was terrible but you got you food in a decent time, this one failed at both. I went in only 2 customers inside eating no one in line, placed my other with cashier( which she did her job) it took no lie 20 minutes to get three cheese burgers, nuggets and fries. Observing the other staff including management they had to no care in the world of even trying to get your food in a fast process. All them walk around slow as hell like they didn't give a damn.
