Literally 10 minutes ago , I went through the drive through and ordered McChickens with extra lettuce and 2 large fries . Get to pickup window out comes my "order", get home open it up and wouldnt you know only 2 damn McChickens. The lables even said extra lettuce but once again low and behold no extra lettuce to be seen. I've noticed that the service and order accuracy has gone waaaay down hill in the last year or two. Kids inside seem to not know what they are doing or just dont give a flip about anything. read more

This is your typical McDonald's however with a Dutch flair. The building is newer and the inside is clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly I'll be at somewhat on the slower side when it comes to the time from ordering to receiving your food. That is really my only complaint that when you're in a rush and would like fast food you can sometimes wait 10 to 15 minutes in the drive-through and even longer inside waiting for your food to arrive. I don't believe I've ever had an incorrect order however which is certainly different from most McDonald's. read more

Took forever and messed up several pieces of our order. My friends and I were the only ones in the Mcdonalds at the time.

I cannot believe those other reviews were so negative! This is the best McDonald's on the planet. I drove through and was greeted with eye contact and smiles by all the employees. The "kid" that took my money had an awesome haircut and looked happy to be at work. The woman at the drive through even gave me information on how to apply for a job! A few weeks ago, my mom, son and I had lunch there and it was great. My son and I go in there regularly, and he loves it. It's always the first place he requests, that and Happy Joe's Pizza!! Anyways, I love it too as a mom because it's super safe, he can go to the bathroom by himself and I don't have to worry. The team members at the counter give him their attention and listen while he orders, which he loves to do by himself. It's a great chance for us to have teachable moments. And, he's usually on his best behavior because the place is packed with elders. So -There is a reason that my son always requests McDonald's on our mother/son dates. And I say yes because it's still a classic in my book. PS - thank you for the all day mochas and egg and cheese biscuits. They freaking rock! I need the energy while I'm busy "mommin". And thanks a million for having a trash can at the drive through. My mini van gets SUPER messy. And I like things clean :) Oh - if you are taking requests - if I could just request that you maybe bring back the Caesar salad? It was my favorite :) read more

Came here after the Pella Marching Dutch Invitational. Came in to get food for the road trip back home. There was a teen boy, teen girl, and an older gal working. One of us ordered an ice cream cone, and we waited 10 minutes for it. An ice cream cone. I heard the boy laugh and say he didn't wanna make it, then ignored the order. He was poking around at the teen girl working, and then I looked over and some other girl that came in was behind the counter who didn't even work there!! I was beyond furious. I had to shout to that boy multiple times to make the ice cream cone. This store is run so sloppy. I've never ever been a manager for a store, but if I were one there, I'd cut them all. read more

The fries suck, the employees have no idea what they're doing, and the wait is ridiculous.

Horrible service. Stay far away. They seem to think the drive through lane is more important than counter guests. Took 10 minutes to take my order, 20 minutes to get food. Order was wrong but they wouldn't even acknowledge me when I returned to the counter. Wish to God my kids didn't like happy meals. Btw, they overprice those here too. read more

I didn't know a McDonalds burger could be undercooked until I ate here. It shouldn't really be possible, everything is on a timer (as anyone whos worked in fast food knows) so it should honestly never happen, but it happened on 2/3 of our double quarter pounders. There wasn't a rush, it was still an hour before closing, and there were plenty of people staffed. No excuses, don't eat here. read more

Last couple of mochas I've had have been less than hot. Used coupons on their app, and I either get an eye roll or employees have to wait for management help. If your business is going to put out an app, employees need to be trained on how to use their coupons. Irritating.... read more

Staff is extremely rude. Nobody smiles at you, they seldom look at you when they're talking to you. Apparently they're too "busy" for that. I used to go every morning on my way to work for drive-thru breakfast, but no longer do. I just got tired of a very rude "can I help you.." its like they're mad at you for giving them your business. Too bad there isn't a hardees on that side of Pella. read more
