I've never had bad service at a Culver's until my visit here. When we were ordering there was a gentleman who stayed he had been waiting forever and no one brought his ice cream. It ended up being made and stuck in a freezer. We waited 15 minutes past ordering and went to check on our food. It was under the warming lamps and they said they would bring it out shortly. We asked to just grab it then and they seemed annoyed. It was later in the evening an no one else was ordering food at the time. Very slow! read more

First of all my friend asked for ketchup on his burger. No ketchup. They then had the audacity to tell my friend to get up and get his own ketchup. Workers are sassy and are more occupied talking with their boyfriend instead of working. The food taste good but I expect total dog crap (family friendly) when I eat fast food. No rooms for bikes. The table were abnormally clean. Again I expect them to be sticky. In the end pretty terrible review. read more

Why would anyone review a Culver's one might ask. You have been to one, been to all. Well not only is this brand the best of the best of the "Fast" food genre in our part of the wothis particular store is so well run it must be called out. Last night we went to Culver's for a quick bite. The food was OK but the restaurant has some real issues. Make sure you get a receipt for your meal when you pay for it. The table next to us did not receive what they ordered and the waitress told him to go back thru the line and reorder his meal! Without a receipt I'm not sure he could prove what he ordered. They do not offer you a receipt. He refused and the very young waitress tried to calm him down. Eventually the very upset customer threw his tray of food on the floor! WHERE WAS THE MANAGER???? It was upsetting and somewhat scary, we left the restaurant a bit unravelled and spattered with his dinner. Food prep was slower than expected and the restaurant was not very busy. Also in their condiment bar there was ketchup and pepper, but no salt and no malt vinegar. Sorry we will not go back! read more

Messed up order 4+ times. Were very disrespectful when trying to get order fixed. Staff was snappy and got order wrong repeatedly. They didn't care and acted put out when we tried to get what we ordered. They said "its just a burger" read more

The staff is attentive, friendly and professional, the wait is very acceptable considering the quality of food you get, the food that is supposed to be hot is and the cold items are cold indeed, I have never had a wrong order or bad food there. The atmosphere is fine, clean and often the staff will ask if everything is okay, it's just a great all around fast food eatery, probably the best in Pella! read more

The nice thing about Culver's is it is consistently good. My friends and family love dining here! Friendly and helpful staff! We have had a few minor mistakes with our orders but the staff is quick to correct it. We often see the owner working here which makes a huge difference! Great guy, great staff, great food! An absolutely amazing establishment! The team here has a heart of gold and a compassion for their customers! Most people who have allergies wouldn't think to go to this place for a safe place but it is! They are so great about being informative and making sure nothing is cross contaminated! Being a "custard shop" is a scary place to take a dairy allergic child but we do and we have never ever had an issue!!! LOVE it!! read more

Culvers is a great fast food place. It's the ice cream that sets it apart from other joints. I always stop here when in town.

If you've been to a Culver's, you know exactly what you are going to get. All the same food options, all prepared as well as usual, etc. (If you are new to Culver's, think fast food that is better than your run of the mill fast food like McD's etc with some different options (pork tenderloins, chili, cheese curds, etc). Basically, Culver's is pretty good fast food. The staff is always friendly, the prices perfectly reasonable. Basically a 4 star fast food experience as a baseline. My review though is 3 stars... I had two pretty minor issues while there that made me drop this a little below other Culver's I've been to. First up, it was the longest wait I'd ever had to get my food. It wasn't like we were left starving for 15-20 minutes but it was certainly 5-10 which is more than usual. I got to the point that I was starting to eye tables around us of people I knew sat down after us to make sure they didn't get theirs first to make sure we weren't somehow forgotten. So we weren't left starving but the length of time was noticeable. My other issue was that the guy taking our order forgot to ask one of the people in our group what she wanted on her pork tenderloin and someone had to come to the table to ask. And then when our food arrived two of our orders were slightly mixed up. My cheese curds were in another basket and I had their fries. (Or they messed up two orders and it just so worked out that we could swap...). all in all the food was what I expected and was filling and good.
