The "kid" that took my money had an awesome haircut and looked happy to be at work. The woman at the drive through even gave me information on how to apply for a job! A few weeks ago, my mom, son and I had lunch there and it was great. My son and I go in there regularly, and he loves it. It's always the first place he requests, that and Happy Joe's Pizza!! Anyways, I love it too as a mom because it's super safe, he can go to the bathroom by himself and I don't have to worry. The team members at the counter give him their attention and listen while he orders, which he loves to do by himself. It's a great chance for us to have teachable moments. And, he's usually on his best behavior because the place is packed with elders. So -There is a reason that my son always requests McDonald's on our mother/son dates.
