90% of the time they get my order correct and the staff is usually very polite. The restaurant seems very clean compared to other fast food joints in Patterson. If you want even better prices download the app on your phone and you'll find tons of good deals read more

Didnt even get my drink correctly, PLUS no straw. Found a hair in my big breakfast. DO BETTER! Syrup smelt funny.

If you want to be treated like a criminal and lied to, then by all mean, come here. I came to get some breakfast sandwiches before hitting the road back to LA. I used the mobile order station. I picked up my to go back and went to find napkins and pepper and ketchup. Lo and Behold, none of those are out. I asked the employee why there are no condiments out. She said " Because people steal them". huh? Thats just the cost of doing business. I go back to my car, then go back in to bring my dogs water bowl to fill up. Same employee says to me " I asked the owner why we don't keep the condiments out and he said because customers put substances in them". I said " Thats not true. Why do you keep the iced tea out if thats the case". I told her I believed her first answer more. This is super shady and I don't think McDonald's corp would approve. read more

I've honestly gotten attitude from employees here without even saying anything lol. It is true, Even when they mess up your order and you kindly inform them, you get nothing but pure attitude and they make it seem like it's your fault lol. Their service sucks in general, and they seriously make you feel so uncomfortable. Sucks this is the only spot in town. read more

We live in Patterson so we have seen this McDonald's go up and down in service. After all these years and all McDonald's we been too, this is the worst one around . Their customer service is so poor and disrespectful , they always get the order wrong. They charge you for something you didn't order which is crazy I don't know how it changes when it's repeated back to you and you ok it but yet your recipet is different. When you call them out on it they always say sorry we can't fix it we charged you for 4 piece and not a 6 piece even thou they put us down foe a six 6 on the screen. The best part is they always make it feel like it's our fault , it's obvious they hate their job, but the lobby not open still a year later. So the only have to worry about drive threw and yet when you get your food their so rude about it. I get fast food job sucks but don't take it out on the customers. Every time we go either we get bad service or our order is wrong . And going back into a 20 minute drive threw line isn't worth it. This is also the only McDonald's won't sell you a toy by itself if you want a extra toy you have to pay full price of a happy meal adds up to 5 bucks. read more

Can't wait for Burger King to open!!! Possibly the worst Fast Food establishment in Patterson. Wrong Orders are consistently handed out in the Drive-Thru. When addressed to Management there is always a lack of concern for the mistakes. Owner ( Patterson Resident) needs to get off his Pile of Money and make some well needed and overdue changes. First- probably train staff and supervisors correctly. Second- Relocation of Drive- Thru. Currently a traffic nightmare. read more

Went to mcdonalds yesterday @ noon. Paid for two cheeseburgers and a coke. What I got was two flat/pressed cheeseburgers with NO flavor and tea. Yes TEA! Buy the time I found out I was several miles away heading north on hiway 5. Won't be going back although I live in Patterson. However the servers were very nice. read more

Had to return all my kids food this morning because this McDonald's doesn't give the same amount if food as every other McDonald's does that I've been to. This came straight from Michele (the manager on duty). Needless to say this is no longer an establishment I will frequent. read more

I am a regular here at McDonald's. Although I don't always eat their food, I do enjoy going in there to see the staff and managers. Everyone is so friendly and have a great way to talk to you. The food is great, and the service is fast. Just like how a fast food restaurant should be. read more

Place is always nasty in the inside and pretty much always mess up you order through the drive through!!!

Get asked to pull over and wait, not a big deal at all because I don't mind waiting for a few minutes. I would like hot/mildlywarm/not cold fries with seasoning, especially after waiting. Cold McDonald's fries are nearly inedible. They had to have been sitting for at least 2 hours. read more

Always packed and drive thru is always ridiculous,i always use the mobile order it's faster and useless but at this location customers always park there before, employees are always rude and they don't care if they mess up they look at you like it's our fault!!!! read more

This place is so horrible at customer service. They are slow workers, who always mess up orders!! They even forget to put in some food items that you paid for so you have to go back and show the receipt which is a waste of your time, all because they don't know how to pay attention! The workers there are so rude and don't know anything about customer satisfaction and manners. read more

They have a ton of workers inside but there's no inside service. So all staff should be working on drive-thru orders. The last three times I've gone through the drive-thru I've been sent to park in the front even though there was only one car behind me. And every time they bring my order out they forget something. Yes they only put two barbecue sauces in for the chicken McNuggets. But I paid for two extra. That's 50 Cent that you didn't earn. Another time they forgot one cheeseburger. It's always something, they forget to give you stuff but they don't forget to charge you. And nobody wants to go park out front. We have to wait and when you finally bring our food give us cold french fries McDonald's French fries suck cold! I know you're the only game in town but don't act like it! Strive for better service , it's a shame! read more

I often go to this mcdonald's before i go to work to get my iced coffee and to my surprised they have a nice girl who i always see every morning at their drive thru. I believe her name is Daniela i think she is new cause i have never seen her before. she would always greet you very politely and she is very welcoming. Unlike before whenever i go to their drive thru you see these youngsters who work there wont even smile at you they don't seem to care to their customers! Now I am glad they have someone who works there that gives a good customer service. I also want to give credit to Ana because she would always made sure you get your orders right and to their manager Carlos he seems really nice to his employees. I gave it 3 stars because i know some of their employees there are really nice though going inside getting your food takes really long time. btw they also need to train their order takers at the drive thru to make sure to turn off their headset after they take orders cause you could hear them complaining after they get your orders and if you want to add something on your order. If you dont like working at mcdonald's taking orders then leave find yourself a different job that fits you! read more

I've gone a couple times to McDonald's here and they always happen to say they have parfait and once I pay them they come back and say oh I'm sorry we ran out. The worker there said the guy in front took the last one when in reality he didn't even stop at the second window because it was all gone. The simple fact that they lie is what makes me mad they should just be honest and check if they have some or not. read more

Handled a very large order with short notice in a timely manner in the morning no less, outstanding customer service, thank you

They care about your money of course, but they don't care about you as a human being. Wouldn't let me in to use the restroom real quick when it was 20 minutes to closing. We remember these things and will never come back read more

i had never seen an employee work so efficient like Adriana, she goes above and beyond. i go through the drive thru every morning for my coffee and she is very polite and makes sure my order is always right before i leave. ive only been seeing her a couple weeks and she does an outstanding job like if she has been there a long time. that great customer service early in the morning for me makes my day. she is the kind of people this restaurant needs to always hire to always offer awesome service. props to you Adriana! read more

The Patterson location, is simply awful. Service lack in every way, management is a joke. They have difficulty getting simple orders correct. Ordered a double quarter pounder got a single. Can not ask for no salt on fries or any thing that might take a brain cell, because they can not understand it. If it is not on a picture on the cash register, they have no clue what to do. McDonald Corporation should remove this franchise or have them change the name at this pathetic location. read more

Would not recommend this place to anybody, the lines are slow and would not dare wish anybody to be served by the girl Natalia. She's extremely rude, obviously doesn't care about her job, and mugged me for simply asking for extra ketchup when I asked kindly and respectfully. Her attitude shows that she clearly belongs in elementary school since she's such a brat, wouldn't even come back here to ask for a ketchup packet or use to the bathroom just because of the fact that she might be there waisting a poor souls precious time. read more

It's wonderful when you are headed out of town for a vacation and wander into a great food was very fresh and the employees were efficient and friendly at the same time. Good job y'all:) read more

Extremely rude staff. They will argue with you on your order, then tell you that you didn't order stuff when you clearly said you did, it even was on the screen. Then the girl at the window wants to give you attitude. You think you deserve $15/hr?? NO! read more

I dont usually go to a mcdonalds anymore because i got tired of it, but yesterday i wanted an iced coffee before heading to work. I ordered one of their jalapeño double burger meal, an extra Jalapeño double burger and a medium iced coffee in the drive thru. The cashier substituted my iced coffee for the drink that goes with my meal without me asking them to, but good thing the employee at the window gave us a large drink anyway and that's why they get 2 stars instead of a . I would have to say there was nothing spectacular about the jalapeño burger, typical mcdonald food which was a reminder to myself not to eat Mcdonald food. read more

Y'all want the service if your going to a luxury restaurant. after all it is Mcdonalds a fast food restaurant. Everyone there tries their best to get a customer happy! It is the only Mcdonalds in town so is always full of customers! Is always clean read more

One star is too much for this location, the service is ok but when u get your order you are always missing something or something was made wrong. Short hispanic female manager super unprofessional! I question myslef how the hell do they become managers?! Manager Carlos and Cecilia really nice people i honestly think they should start a new team with them two as managers to build a good hard working team read more

The service was very bad. Then a couple of teenage girls started "playing" at the coke machine. They were pretending to "fill up" their cups but were really trying to get the next customer in line all wet. He was an older man with a cane who was not the same race as they were and they were abusing him for fun. When he went back to his table he said that they were just a couple of stupid kids. They went out and got their mom who came in and started shouting that he had called the girls C-nts. He did not. They wanted Mc D's to call the cops on him. The mom was the only one using the C word. I think that the mother and the girls were asked to leave but as they were leaving the girls were laughing and being very smug. In the parking lot there was what appeared a homeless man asking for money. The staff greeted him as he came and went. It looked like he might live there. Do you want your kids there? I do not! read more

The workers are friendly, my order is always right, the fries aren't burnt, what more could you ask for?

This place is disappointing, the drive they thru takes forever and when you get your food it's never all in the bag , the drive thru employees can't seem to multi task so u have to wait forever for her to take the next order before she collects your money and the second window is waiting with your bag of food wondering why your not pulling up . O ya and for some reason they always run out of tea ,even though it's a high demand item since not everyone drinks soda you would think they would always have it . read more

This place is so Gross! The burger I ordered was really greasy and smelled really bad like Arm pit I swear to God it was disgusting. I can't eat at mcdonalds anymore because of this place. read more

This place is clean, well run, and has an excellent staff. One star deduction because they'll goof an order up every once in a while -- such as putting a slice of cheese on something when I didn't want it -- but no big deal. Since I get off my ass and actually, you know, WALK INTO the restaurant instead of sitting in my car in the drive thru like some lazy sack of dung -- they can fix it in a couple of minutes. read more

This place is ridiculous. They are making people enter their own orders in a machine rather then ringing them up. While 3 emoloyees stand behind the counter. My kids got Happy meals so I asked for BBQ sauce. The manger was rude and said that sauce doesn't come with the meals even though I entered it into my order. Now I know why everyone uses the drive tru. read more

Awesome customer service and they invest time in workers who otherwise would not have a skill to get a job anywhere else. Loved the atmosphere, restaurant was clean and managers were attentive. If anything, I'd ask them to keep the focus on the friendliness but I see the manager here today doing that and still focusing on getting me my food quickly and keeping the premises clean. read more
