This McDonald's is located at the main food court at Orlando International Airport (MCO), so it is before you go through security. It is one of many choices for enjoying some food before heading off on your trip or saying goodbye to someone else who is travelling. We were seeing someone off. Everyone took off for their restaurant of choice, I headed to McDonald's, and we met up in the common seating area. My Mickey D's experience was thumbs up, a friendly initial interaction, placed my order for a Quarter Pounder w/cheese meal, got my food in just a couple of minutes, and went looking for an available table. The burger was warm and good, the fries great. This was exactly what I want when I visit a McDonald's. The McDonald's website shows they are open 24hrs, which if true is a real convenience when faced with delayed flights. read more

Hot, fresh, tasty sandwiches as well as friendly workers.. but MY GOSH the cost for four breakfast sandwiches was $21.26. That price for four sandwiches is absolutely nuts- hence 4 stars. We got three bacon eggs and cheese biscuits and one sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. My two bacon eggs cheese biscuits were good for a 6am post red eye flight. Just cannot believe how expensive McDs has gotten- airport prices or just always this much? When did small amounts of fast food get soooo pricey?!! read more

Expected to encounter grumpy unfriendly employees since it was so early in the morning but I received the opposite of that. I placed my order through the app and it was ready within a few minutes. I went up to the counter and the lady there was so friendly! She handed me my food, nicely asked me if I needed any condiments, and even thanked me for stopping by. I sat down and ate and the food was hot and and fresh. There was another McDonalds employee walking around the area checking up on people nd she was kind as well. Thank you ladies for the great customer service and for making my early morning visit a great one! read more

Service was horrible.so disrespectful. sighed when i wanted to correct my order. WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT on missing my medium fries and drink. never coming back. they even tried correcting me when i told them they forgot my fries. fast food doesn't mean fast disrespectful attitude. shouldn't even be open or working here. read more

I have found it harder and harder to find a McDonald's at any particular airport. They seemed to be disappearing and replaced with "healthier" restaurants where you're guaranteed to spend at least $20 for a meal. I'd rather have my McDonald's. My usual order has always been either a Quarter Pounder with cheese or a Big Mac, french fries, and 10 piece chicken McNuggets. Sometimes I will vary the order depending on the availability of any menu specials (e.g. McRib sandwich). Service was extremely quick which was to be expected by a fast food restaurant located inside an airport. People had places to go and food to inhale before their flights! My food was ready just as I was leaving the counter after I had placed my order and paid. The shared dining area was a mess, crowded, and pretty chaotic during lunch time. You'll have to hunt down an open table. The first table I found had soda spilled on the floor along with a bunch of french fries. The only thing that I could complain about was that the cashier never asked me what sauce I wanted for my McNuggets. That turned out to be fine since I'm okay with eating them plain. Although I still liked to be asked. Keep in mind that this McDonald's was located before you go through TSA screening. You'll need to budget for the time necessary to get through security. read more

Quick and simple, McDonald's here - picked up a kid's meal, and well, no images or any marketing on the side of the kid's meal box - it's simply a plain red box. The staff had a little trouble understanding my order (apparently I spoke too fast), but everything otherwise went without a hitch. The service was amazing! Our cashier was sweet and helpful great after a long flight. A little overpriced but expected in the airport.

(11/5/2017) they're pretty used to the morning rush at the airport in the busiest tourist destination in the U. S. Service was brusque, lightning fast, but inaccurate. I did have to go back and get the egg and cheese put on my McGriddle. The took my pre-opened sandwich to the back and slapped the cheese slice and egg patty on it, wrapped it back and have it back to me, no fuss, but certainly no charm. I know giving a McDonald's five stars seems odd, but I have to commend this location on their quick service. I have never ordered so quickly or been given my food so quickly. What was also awesome about this experience was that the special requests in my ordered were all fulfilled correctly. I will definitely be keeping this McDonald's in mind any time I am catching a flight out of Orlando International Airport. They respect your time and I was so impressed. read more
