Fuckers straight up scammed me. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish fries and side of Mac sauce. They charged me for the extra sauce then gave me less the a quarter of a sqwert. This is not almost 50 cents worth of sauce what they gave me was mabie 5 cents worth. And that's being generous. This type of shit is unacceptable if you charge someone for extra sauce you give them a reasonable Amount of it. There's practically nothing in the container they gave me. Mabie enough for 1 fry. This is sickening, it may sound Petty to say someone should lose there job over this but they should. It's not about the money it's about the principal. This type of service is straight up unacceptable read more

Supposed to open at 6:00 from 6:20 before she opens. Very rude. No explanation. His manager never opens on time ever.

The workers are not as nice as the McDonald's workers in Riverdale I use my manners and what did I get in return? A hot and spicy WITH lettuce and I asked for no lettuce and it even said on the screen no lettuce and the fries aren't even salty. I just wanted to eat a good meal on a budget and can't even do that. that's why I understand i can take the lettuce off on my own, but I don't want to do that. Got the order wrong. Sure I ordered something strange by asking for no meat on a burger but as someone with a very picky kids it's something I have to do from time to time. Instead of giving me no meat that's all they gave me. No bun. No condiments. Just a meat patty. Also they were so slow when it wasn't busy. At all. We were the only ones in line but it was a 15 minute wait. read more

I placed a mobile order and went to the drive-thru to pick it up, as my confirmation clearly stated. I gave the cashier my pickup code, only to be told I needed to go inside to the counter. I explained that the order was marked for drive-thru pickup and even showed the code, which she acknowledged looked odd and went to ask a manager. The manager simply repeated that I had to go inside, offering no explanation--even though the code clearly indicated drive-thru pickup. After parking and going inside, I showed the same code again. By the time I received my order, the food was cold. What made the situation worse was that the food wasn't even at the counter--it was behind the kitchen area, close to the drive-thru window. The whole situation could have been resolved easily if they had just handed me the food through the window as originally intended. I'm very disappointed. This was clearly a service error that led to an avoidable inconvenience and a poor experience overall. I will no longer be going to this location and will be sharing this experience with my colleagues, friends, and community so they're aware of the lack of customer care here. read more

I might just be salty because I'm pregnant, but I take my breakfast very seriously as of rn. And at this location I've been to 3 times and they mess up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I always ask for a sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle add bacon and take off the egg. I've gotten one with just the sausage patty. One with just bacon. One with cheese and egg. Idk if they are playing jokes on me when I come but they also charge me for he bacon every time when sometimes it's not even put on the sandwich! This last time they f'ed up my order I had them fix it and they charged me an extra 4$ for THEIR mistake. I'm sick of it. Trash location. And their staff isn't nice. read more

How do I begin. I have had no orders come good from this location. I have had raw meat, pranked or revengeful drinks, not my order, or even today, when i asked for extra salt, they took that to heart and poured half of the salt container onto my fries as well as my wifes, who didn't ask for extra. Been a while since I have went to the location inside, but the last time I was there it was okay at best. It feels you are only allowed to sit and wait for food since most of the workers are out there and sitting. read more

My husband and I walked over to this location. There were people inside the lobby at tables talking. When we got to the counter the manager, a Hispanic fellow, rudely said"We're closed, go to the drive- thru ". My husband said that we're on foot we brought four blocks to come here and eat. The manager said it doesn't matter, the lobby is closed. And all the doors were unlocked, people were eating, and he would not for the life of him let us order. Being a general manager myself, any customer is a good customer. I would not turn somebody away when they walked into my Lobby. McDonald's - a close up of the back of a bag of bacon - Fast Food Near Me - Ogden, Utah

Every time lately we have gone to McDonalds just north of 12th Street on Washington Blvd they have messed up our order. I ordered a double quarter pounder and got a double cheeseburger for example. The last several times the ice cream machine is down. I ask the person taking my order if it is down more than it is up and they said yes. Why don't you get it fixed or buy a new one. Truly you can do better. Complaining doesn't help since no one seems to take responsibility for managing the place. It is sad that they can't get something so simple right. read more

Says open 24 hours and there drive throughs are also open and multiple times they have just ignored the car.

firstly, I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese, and received a regular quarter pounder with cheese. No big deal right? I go to the counter and let the crew member know very respectfully, that there was a mistake, and I just needed some bacon. They take the sandwich back and then the manager comes up front and snaps at me asking what I wanted on the sandwich, so I said that I just wanted ketchup and mustard. she got mad at me and snapped back saying that that was what they had made, and I reminded her that there was no bacon on it, and I paid for a bacon double quarter pounder. when she finally came back with the burger, it was falling apart in the box, and it looked like they had simply thrown everything into the box and sprayed the ketchup all over. terrible service, terrible quality, and the meat tasted like it was dipped in grease. if I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered two mcdoubles with Mac sauce. They gave me two mcdoubles no Mac sauce. When I came back through the long drive through line I get to the window and mind you the manager never shows her cowardly face and has her employee hand me a cup of Mac sauce and says " my manager said here is a cup of Mac sauce for your burgers!" Like wtf now all of sudden I work there and I have to put my own food together. This is the rudest thing I've ever had to deal with at fast food restaurant!! I am not usually one to write reviews but I have had too many bad experiences here. I go to this McDonald's because it is on my way to work and is the closest to my house. For the first few weeks, it was fine, but there were two instances in the last couple of weeks alone that were awful. The first one was when I was going on a two-hour drive and wanted something to hold me over. It was exactly 10:59 when I pulled up to the window. I get that breakfast ends at 11, but one minute? Really? I asked if I could get a mcchicken and they said absolutely not and that we couldn't wait in the drive-through either. They said we would have to circle around and get back in line. The line at this point was like 20 cars long. We ended up just going inside to order one, which was a mistake because we waited for 20 minutes with no one helping us. The second one was that I ordered and when I went up to get my food both of the drinks I ordered were wrong and the food was ice cold like it had been sitting forever. I pulled around to go inside to have them correct it since I was on my way to work and was going to be late. I walked in and had multiple workers just stare at me and not help me at all. I wanted to make them aware of the situation but after 10 minutes of no help and getting stared at while all the employees were gossiping and screwing around in the back, I just dumped the drinks out and refilled them myself. DONT GO HERE. If I could give it negative stars, I would. read more

Manager needs to be fired. I ordered 2 big macs the second for the $1 offer. Paid bill and drove to window where I was given 1 Big mac. I stated that I ordered 2 and they said ok. They went and got manager who said that I ordered only 1 and that was it. I said that i wanted the second one but she did not ring me up from mistake and just handed me back the original one and walked away, not to come back again ever. She send over two other employees to ask me what they could do to help me. Anyway I did finally get my second one and free of charge after about 10 mins. I had shut my car off in drive thru last window and would not move. Drive thru was still able to function. I do not deserve to be talked to that way and I do not want to ever have to beg to get a second burger and pay for it. I am not an inconvience. There are enough issues with problem customers paying customer should not need to fight to get food. read more

I'd give this place negative stars if I could. I've been to a lot of fast food restaurants with teenage employees but this has got to be the worst. I've gone here a few times and gotten unneeded attitude but my last visit will be my last. The girl at the first window was back talking to whoever's order she was taking while cashing me out, then I go to the second window and the two teenage boys there handed me my milkshake and the lid wasn't on and it spilled all over me and when I told them they LAUGHED.. I handed it to him and it still didn't fit, it was the wrong size and they said they didn't have one that fit and to deal with it. They could've at least put it in a new cup. I'm never coming back here and management needs to take control of its teenie bops that it let's run the place because there's obviously no one of maturity in control. read more

I pulled up to this location today and had a pretty nice experience. Being vegetarian, it's kind of difficult to find fast food restaurants that can provide a good variety of foods, but McDonald's all day breakfast usually comes through. I intended to order copious amounts of hash browns, however, the lady taking my order said they didn't have any at the hour that I arrived. I accepted this and decided to order some fries. After this, I was curious if they had milk, so I asked, they said yes and then I told them, "thank you for the information, but I would not like milk with my order today." When I got to the window to pay, i didn't know until after the fact that they had charged me for milk, instead of requesting a refund I ended up taking the milk and added it to my beans and brews coffee and it was actually very good. In sum, at the end of my order when I told the person taking my order that I loved them they responded with, "I love you too," this is the main reason for my final rating. read more

I wouldn't be adding this review but the treatment was horrible. I know it's a fast food place but seriously the ppl that took our order were so rude. We asked for fries with no salt and could clearly tell the fries were old and nasty. When they handed us our food the window was immediately shut so we had no time to ask for ketchup or sauce. We waited a bit so they could open the window and when we asked for ketchup they gave us 1 packet. We ordered a hot and spicey and 8 piece chicken nuggets as well. We didn't receive the nuggets and the hot and spicey had no chicken in it. Whoever is managing this place needs to step it up and look into their employees and how shitty and mindless they're being. We didn't ask for a receipt so there was no point in going back and arguing with the people working. I learned my lesson and will ask for a receipt every time in case they decide not to put chicken in my hot and spicey and not give me a complete order. read more

If I could rate them a 0 star for professionalism I would. Their professionalism from even the managers need serious retraining. Don't expect to get paid $15 an hour when you can't even be professional and courteous to your customers. I have never been treated the way I have at this McDonald's, anywhere else. The drive thru was split and I understood they were short staffed but when two cars ordered and drove up before I even got greeted. Once the second car pulled up and started ordering, I said hello into the speaker and a lady came on and said "yea we're short staffed right now and I'm busy. I'll be with you when I can" Whoa!! I told her I was waiting to be helped before the first car even pulled up and I was ready to order. She proceeded to tell me that if I continue to have an attitude that she doesn't have to help me. Wow!! I asked to speak to her manager. Keep in mind, by this time I still 1) haven't ordered 2) sitting in the drive thru 3) the third car has ordered and is about to drive up. The manager gets on and tells me that since they are short staffed I need to be patient. I explained that I have been waiting and two cars have ordered and drive up before I even got a hello. She said that is because the lanes split and if I "continue to have an attitude, no one will want to help me" WTF!! She kept going on about whatever and at this point my time is being wasted and I grew more upset at the whole situation. I interrupted her rant and simply asked if I could order. She then said (to whomever was standing next to her) "oh she wants to talk over me, now she's talking over me" I kept asking, "can I order my food please? Can I now order my food" she said "yea you can order" really snotty. I ordered a huge order and pulled up. Then pulled out of the drive thru and drove 10 minutes to the next McDonald's. I just want the store manager to ask their self who they have working for them. I strongly recommend some managerial training. I would NEVER treat a customer this way, even if I believed they had an attitude with me, and ESPECIALLY if I was the manager. Worst experience of my life from anywhere. read more

Service was good and the food was predictable. I like the new kiosks where I don't need to talk to a person who gets my order wrong. They also have a process where they bring the food to you. When I pulled up to the 3rd window a woman came and demanded the other food back which I had no problem doing but gave my son the cold chicken strips since we waited for 20 mins and he was throwing a fit because he was hungry. I said im sorry but you made me wait and gave me cold food, She kept yelling SO!!! to me and then handed me the bag. Shitty service, and rude employees. I will never go back again read more
