I placed a mobile order and went to the drive-thru to pick it up, as my confirmation clearly stated. I gave the cashier my pickup code, only to be told I needed to go inside to the counter. I explained that the order was marked for drive-thru pickup and even showed the code, which she acknowledged looked odd and went to ask a manager. The manager simply repeated that I had to go inside, offering no explanation--even though the code clearly indicated drive-thru pickup. After parking and going inside, I showed the same code again. By the time I received my order, the food was cold. What made the situation worse was that the food wasn't even at the counter--it was behind the kitchen area, close to the drive-thru window. The whole situation could have been resolved easily if they had just handed me the food through the window as originally intended. I'm very disappointed. This was clearly a service error that led to an avoidable inconvenience and a poor experience overall. I have had raw meat, pranked or revengeful drinks, not my order, or even today, when i asked for extra salt, they took that to heart and poured half of the salt container onto my fries as well as my wifes, who didn't ask for extra. I am not usually one to write reviews but I have had too many bad experiences here. I go to this McDonald's because it is on my way to work and is the closest to my house. For the first few weeks, it was fine, but there were two instances in the last couple of weeks alone that were awful. The first one was when I was going on a two-hour drive and wanted something to hold me over. It was exactly 10:59 when I pulled up to the window. I get that breakfast ends at 11, but one minute? Really? I asked if I could get a mcchicken and they said absolutely not and that we couldn't wait in the drive-through either. They said we would have to circle around and get back in line. The line at this point was like 20 cars long. We ended up just going inside to order one, which was a mistake because we waited for 20 minutes with no one helping us. The second one was that I ordered and when I went up to get my food both of the drinks I ordered were wrong and the food was ice cold like it had been sitting forever. I pulled around to go inside to have them correct it since I was on my way to work and was going to be late. I walked in and had multiple workers just stare at me and not help me at all. I wanted to make them aware of the situation but after 10 minutes of no help and getting stared at while all the employees were gossiping and screwing around in the back, I just dumped the drinks out and refilled them myself. They went and got manager who said that I ordered only 1 and that was it. Every..single..time..since I've used the app to place orders my meal is missing something. This time I ordered the big breakfast and 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgridle. I was missing the silverware, syrup, and jelly. I got 2 sausage egg biscuits instead of the mcgridles **Follow Up** I made a complaint online in their feedback site. I requested that I be contacted. I received a voicemail I think it was the owner or management. I also received a letter. It was an apology and that they will make sure they go over their quality procedures so it doesn't happen again and I got coupons to replace my meals. I pulled up to this location today and had a pretty nice experience. Being vegetarian, it's kind of difficult to find fast food restaurants that can provide a good variety of foods, but McDonald's all day breakfast usually comes through. I intended to order copious amounts of hash browns, however, the lady taking my order said they didn't have any at the hour that I arrived. I accepted this and decided to order some fries. After this, I was curious if they had milk, so I asked, they said yes and then I told them, "thank you for the information, but I would not like milk with my order today." When I got to the window to pay, i didn't know until after the fact that they had charged me for milk, instead of requesting a refund I ended up taking the milk and added it to my beans and brews coffee and it was actually very good. In sum, at the end of my order when I told the person taking my order that I loved them they responded with, "I love you too," this is the main reason for my final rating. read more

We asked for fries with no salt and could clearly tell the fries were old and nasty. When they handed us our food the window was immediately shut so we had no time to ask for ketchup or sauce. We waited a bit so they could open the window and when we asked for ketchup they gave us 1 packet. We ordered a hot and spicey and 8 piece chicken nuggets as well. The manager gets on and tells me that since they are short staffed I need to be patient. I explained that I have been waiting and two cars have ordered and drive up before I even got a hello. She said that is because the lanes split and if I "continue to have an attitude, no one will want to help me" WTF!! She kept going on about whatever and at this point my time is being wasted and I grew more upset at the whole situation. I interrupted her rant and simply asked if I could order. She then said (to whomever was standing next to her) "oh she wants to talk over me, now she's talking over me" I kept asking, "can I order my food please?
