The cafe footprint has changed a little since my last pre-covid visit but they still have tables and chairs (both indoor and outdoor) for one to enjoy coffee and pastries. Also, the in-store service that I received was friendly and fast! Couldn't ask for a better Starbucks experience. This location does have a busy drive through. read more

I took my very well behaved puppy to get a pup cup and get me and a friend coffee and we sat down and the cashier said we could not stay inside with our puppy because she was not a service dog so we left and will never go back also Dutch Brothers has never treated us like that so we have decided we will not be going to Starbucks anymore. read more

If you guys are going to charge almost $8 for a drink at least make it right and make sure it's not half empty. I got the gingerbread oatmilk chai, it's supposed to have whip cream but it didn't, even worse it wasn't even full and 1/4 of the drink was missing. This has happened 3 times at this location, before those 3 times the drink was really good but they keep messing it up. read more

Visiting from out of town and the hotel coffee just wouldn't do. We made a run for Starbucks and I thought I'd use my points to redeem and ordered a venti white chocolate mocha. We also ordered a grande WCM for my son. Got back to the hotel room and our drinks tasted like black coffee with cream. My husband returned and told them. They made the drinks right this time but my venti came up short. Love that I used my points on this. read more

Ordered a venti coffee and received it at the window.. grabbed it and realized it didn't feel as full as normal took the lid off when I got home and it had a good 2 inches of whipped cream.. thanks for ripping me off Starbucks.. I can go to the one in Riverdale and they do a better job filling it to the top.. read more

Went in on Sunday morning and this place is a complete mess. There were at least five visible employees. One spent the entire time flirting with a guy hanging over the counter, one paced around back and forth like he didn't know what he was supposed to be doing, and a third just kept wiping the same place of the counter and chatting. In the meantime, they were backed up on orders and not putting anything out. The one gal with the headset was rude. Honestly, this place is just not worth going to. The parking lot is too small, the drive through moves too slow, and the staff don't have any care in the world. Very poorly managed. read more

This is a newer Starbuck's location and they are still getting all the bugs out but overall the service is okay and the drinks taste the same as every other Starbucks I have ever been to. The layout inside is cool with it being larger and more open inside. Long tables and a few recliners to the side if you want to relax. The location is good, but getting in to the parking lot of this one can be a nightmare, especially in the morning when everyone rushing to work, trying to also get in the parking lot or jammed up in the super-busy intersection of 12th street and Washington Blvd. read more

I took a door dash delivery for these guys today (and yesterday and the day before and the day before and so on). They ARE ALWAYS busy af for breakfast. They are also always prompt, friendly, and professional. I`ll return to this location anytime as both a driver and a customer. read more

Brand new Starbucks! Let's hope they keep up the good work! They have a decent location, friendly staff, and tasty drinks. I've never seen the drive through backed up (not saying it doesn't happen though) but it seems like they're pretty efficient in filling orders fairly quickly. The interior is nicely laid out with some comfy-looking seats. They also have their usual merchandise (mugs, coffee beans, etc) available for purchase. read more

These guys were great! This was the first time I've been to this particular Starbuck's drive-thru. I ordered and paid on the online app with my prepaid card, spent about three minutes in the drive-thru, got up to the window and was greeted by two of the nicest drive-thru people I've encountered in a long time! And through this Covid-19 thing, when a lot of people are depressed, it was so refreshing to get to interact with two beaming individuals! You could tell they really enjoyed their work! I gave them my name, and our order was there waiting for us... the transaction took... well, about 9 seconds. We were handed our drinks and were given the most courteous and friendly "Have a great day" that we've received in forever. Thank you Starbucks on 12th and Washington in Ogden, Utah! read more

Most of the problems of this particular chain stem from the location. There isn't enough parking, the drive thru is always in traffic and it strikes me as a place that was not meant for such a large chain. The coffee is usually good. The servers are usually kind, but half the time I don't even bother coming because it's such a nightmare to get to, especially with current construction. read more

So I recently tried Starbucks for the first time since I was a teenager and I was a loyal hardback cafe person but Starbucks has got me by the throat and I say that happily they are so friendly my coffees are always great and I order myself 2 at a time ‍ I'm used to waiting 45+minutes for coffee never again these guys are quick great at what they do and clean while doing it. read more

This location really sucks at making Frappuccinos. Every time I order one it is very watery. Sometimes they make their refreshers to watery as well and it tastes more like water than the flavoring. Very often my chai tea tastes very milky instead of chai. I asked them to remake my Frappuccino because it was watery and they hand me one that is literally worse than the original. Nice staff, but some of them don't have a clue how to make drinks. read more

Was waiting in a super long line, wondering what was taking so long. But the cashier with gorgeous curly hair complimented my hot mess of hair, saying it looked so great. I know she was straight lying, but she was sweet. And so was the staff, who accidentally messed up my order. But it's no biggie. Ordering from Starbucks is either super fast or it takes some time, and I'm used to it. But today, my interaction with the 12th street Starbucks was just a little better, and they helped me get back on my way. read more

As a disturbingly dedicated Buck of the Stars fan I'm ashamed to admit I've been to so many establishments I've come to realize the only thing capable of swaying my reviews are the attitudes of the people serving the beverages. Had they have accidentally replaced my ice cubes with rocks I would have chalked it up to, "no one is perfect." Had they have blended chalk into my vanilla frappuccino I would have accepted the new flavor and consumed it all the same. Having... chalked... It up. The coffee here is great! I ordered a cake-pop for the first time and WOW! So moist and delicious! (Describing cake is the only socially acceptable time to use the word 'moist,' don't think about it too hard. I said don't!!!!) Regarding the staff. I felt extremely unwelcome here and couldn't shake the sensation I was simply an obstacle towards the end of their day. I've worked in service, so I understand your goal IS just to make it home after working hard and fighting extreme boredom... ...and then enjoy sitting and playing/watching/eating your favorite game/movie/meal while your boyfriend/girlfriend/hamster texts you about their day/week/wheel. I get it I do! But maybe pretend for 1 minute you don't want less than nothing to do with me while I'm ordering my venti iced coffee. I forgot what I was talking about. Four stars!!! This location needs more parking. The drive thru line goes out onto Washington BLVD. The cashier was super friendly. However did not ask for a name on the order. At the pick up counter they were not saying names or order items when they were putting them out. Orders were messed up because things were similar and not many people were picking items up without the staff letting the lobby know they were ready. There were a lot of flies also. The food items did taste great. Just need to fine tune the process. read more

Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee wherever you go. I give this one 5 stars because I needed a place to hang out and work. I didn't have to compete with anyone for outlets, I had a nice comfy chair in the corner with a side table all to myself. Wifi was great. I worked there for FOUR HOURS and not once did I get the feeling that anyone was needing me to move on. Thanks guys. :) read more

Went there this morning ordered a venti iced Carmel cloud coffee and a venti peppermint mocha with 2 extra shots. The lady there tried to add another bento iced cloud coffee and totally got my order messed up. Didn't add the extra shots after asking me and I repeating myself 3 different times. Still messed up all the order. Do not go here they always mess my order up. read more

Finally a Starbucks close to home amazing staff, products and yummy drinks! The now are open at 4:30 am on weekdays and Saturday!! Also if you order from the secret menu make sure you have the recipe pulled up on your phone. They don't have those recipes on hand Love this place! read more

Staff are rude and not very knowledgable. They put hot espresso shots in to my frappachino which pretty much melted the whole thing, then told me that I ordered it wrong and should have specified whether I wanted a hot shot or cold shot. After talking to a friend who currently works at Starbucks, he let me know that there is no such thing! No knowledge, no common sense, no customer service. Most undoubtedly the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. read more

I went to the drive-thru today and ordered a Venti Gingerbread Latte. When I got to the window the Starbucks employee handed me a grande and I said that I ordered a venti. She said, "I heard grande". Then she told me my new higher total. They re-made it which is good, then I asked her if the original drink on the counter was going to be thrown away if I could please have it (if it was going to be thrown away or wasted anyway). Oh Lordy, at the first sip the boba was warm with a smooth taste of caramel! So delicious!! What am I experiencing here...pure party in my mouth. Now I am curious about the magic jelly one. Well, I guess my husband and I will just have to come back.
