What a dump!!! This place is the worst!!! Ordered a quarter pounder meal and a 2 cheese burger meal. Had to pull forward and wait as usual for meal to be brought out to us. As the employee brought bag of food out and lifted into the window I noticed the bottom of the bag was soaked, looked like grease leaked through the bag or something. Get home and put bag on table. Opened it up and took out quarter pounder. It was soaked which then leaked all over the first cheese burger I pulled out. This cheese burger looked like someone had held it under a faucet soaking it with grease. The bun inside was completely wet. When I picked the bag up off the table, there was a huge grease puddle that took several napkins a spray cleaner to get rid of. Again, this place just doesn't care about quality. And the prices suck just as bad. Really, $23.00 for 2 shitty meals!!!! DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!! read more

Tried to place an order over the phone and had a guy be so rude that he left me on hold for a while then just hung up the phone. I proceeded to call again but as soon as he heard my voice he'd hang up the call. If you don't like your job, do yourself and everyone else a favor, go out there and actually be useful. read more

Called about Doordash app being down, got hung up on twice !! The person that answered the phone said "Ummm... I don't know" and I asked to speak to a manger or someone that could help and he put me on hold and hung up. Called again and they sent me straight to voicemail. read more

It's a McDonald's, its clean and you get your food fairly fast. It was kind of busy on Saturday at 11:00 am, but there was no line. I had the #9 breakfast meal: bacon, egg, ans cheese McGriddle with hashbrown. It was fast and filling. The bathrooms were clean too. Overall a typical McDonald's. read more

McDonalds has done well with their drive-up operation! The Menu is clear, you can make changes and the is displayed for you to review! Northfield's McDonald's has one of the fastest drive throughs I've been through. They crank through some long lines in steady fashion! The food is the standard McDonald's fare...which I love...and is always hot and as good as it gets. I'm a fan of their menu...and sometimes I just have to have my breakfast/lunch fix! read more

This McDonald's wants rather badly to be a coffee shop, I think. There's a TV (always muted with sub-titles) with a couple of arm-chairs, and several tables and booths meant for larger groups. Due to its proximity to several apartment complexes, its usually jumping-busy with very elderly folks crammed in around said tables. Men on one side, women on the other, staring at the other customers and gossiping among themselves. (Makes me a little uncomfortable sometimes, to tell the truth, as none of them ever appear to be eating anything. I think they need a clubhouse!) The food is fast and always fresh, never too much sauce or too-smooshed of a bun. The bathrooms are odd, sporting a hand-drying and a hole where the paper towels are supposed to go. I was actually scolded by an employee once for asking about them (not to mention the spray bottle of chemicals someone had left on the sink-counter). Apparently they're being phased out, but no one has bothered to take the unit down. For those that have a Nintendo 3DS, this is a Spotpass hotspot during the college-semester times (given that this place is sandwiched between two busy colleges here in Northfield), sporting an average of 6 spot-passes per visit during the busier times, 2-3 during the summer months. I have scratched my head a few times at the un-attentive wait-staff. Usually there's supposed to be at least one person manning the register at all times-- I feel rude to bang on the counter and shout "service!" to the poor kitchen staff that are doing their jobs (rather well, I might add). During non-busy times you can be left standing there, on occassion. The drive-through service is fast, friendly, and everything you could ever ask for in a McDonald's. Though their no-doubt fierce rival, Culver's, is across the street, this place has no peers when it comes to speed and accuracy of service. I have never once had an order messed up or incorrect, thanks to their little LED thing by the speaker in the drive-through. TD:LR: It's a McDonald's. Average and clean inside, quick and correct drive-through outside. No complaints to speak of, and nothing to make it stand above the others. Perfectly fine place for a quick bite. :) read more

I swear everytime we go to McDonald's they always find a way 2 mess up our order. It's on the easiest request. Ask 4 two cheeseburgers with just cheese and I get them with ketchup,pickles and onion. Not an issue but when your child won't eat them that's when it is. This morning I go and order a mcmuffin with just cheese and sausage and then a sausage,cheese and egg biscuit. Guess what happened? Got totally the opposite of what I ordered. Biscuit had sausage and egg and mcmuffin had everything. I don't get how this place messes up orders everytime. Wow. Horrible service. I tried to order a large twist cone, along with 2 happy meals for my kids, and while they were making my ice cream, they said openly that it didn't matter to them to make it look good. Unbelievable! One openly said Jes*s Chr*st, which offended me as we are trying to teach our kids good morals, standards, and attempting to uphold our strong Christian values. And also, a dog came in! So unsanitary! (But I love dogs. Not the dogs fault). Other than that, it's a great restaurant!! read more

I tell em I have a bogo coupon for a quarter pounder with cheese and they tell me it's $6.17 I'm like what that can't b right and she tells me it is. I don't want it then. So I look it up online $3.79 plus tax equals $6.17 apparently there workers r incompetent. Anyway a lottzza mottza pizza at home instead was way better then their crappy food. I don't know why people eat McDonald's the Burger King app is so much more affordable and way better deals. read more
