There are loads of variants to choose from, including the Border 'Dawg (hot peppers, onions, crushed tortillas, and melted queso), or the Mondo cheeseteak (a traditional with added sweet peppers and mushrooms). We were hungry, and ended up ordering two "loaded" dogs, a chicken quesadilla, two-pack of beef tacos, and a footlong specialty cheesesteak. Portions for all were generous (especially the cheesesteak!) and prices were very reasonable; $3 for the dogs, $8 for the cheesesteak, and $3.50 for two loaded soft-shell beef tacos. Although we didn't patronize the other booths, they ranged from fruit smoothies to pizzas, to falafel offerings, and I could imagine they'd be priced similarly.
