The hot honey chicken sandwich, everytime I've ordered this specific sandwich it has never came to me correctly before. its never had bacon on it when it specifically says it does. I've made sure I'm ordering the right thing over and over again but still it is never comes correct. It's just plain with sauce in it and a few Jalopeno chips. That's not what I paid for. This place has definitely gone down. This is the third time in a row visiting and probably the worst. No service, no ice, no napkins, no straws and a mess. The only thing going for it is the playground. Since the ownership changed it's been bad. Good luck! read more

Always slow service. They seem to complete tickets prior to having the ticket actually done to falsify serving times. Waited 25min for two McMuffins because it showed all of our orders "complete" but about 8 customers still waited. Management definitely needs to fix this. read more

I ordered a sugar-free iced coffee, meaning "sugar free syrup", but just received a coffee with no sweetener-I had to throw the entire drink out. This is my go to drink at McDonald's, and at all other locations they know that sugar free means "sugar free syrup" -and will make the drink correctly or tell me if they don't have sugar free syrup. Just an FYI for anyone planning on ordering a sugar free iced coffee here-you won't get what you ordered. read more

What sets this McDonald's apart from others in the area is the play area for the kids. They have a great underwater themed play area complete with iPad for the kids. The actual restaurant seemed to be shrunk in order to accommodate this area. Me and my family were forced sit at two separate tables because there were no tables large enough for us. This sometimes happens and is not a huge deal since my kids are older. I just mention it to prove how the main restaurant was probably shrunk for the play area. The food was typical McDonald's food. They did not have an ordering kiosk that I have seen in other restaurants. I hope that they add one. We had an older lady as our cashier. While she was perfectly sweet she seemed a tad concussed about our large order and had to call manager over to help her. read more

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because my burgers and fry order was good and correct. I was handed tea overflowing from my lid, had to ask for napkins to clean myself, my "chocolate" shake was a vanilla shake with a drizzle of chocolate on top and down the side of the cup like they forgot it was supposed to be a chocolate shake and that was their solution, and instead of cleaning it up I had to wrap the cup in the napkins I had left. My lid to the shake was also cracked to the point that it had a hole that the shake would come out of randomly. It was just disappointing. I usually don't bother reviewing fast food places because I feel like you get what you get, but...seriously?! If you really don't care about doing a decent job, why bother showing up? My family has always loved this McDonalds. The food is typically made with care. If you like sweet tea they have some that would satisfy a whole pile of sugar ants! The employees are always working hard and often times appear out of thin air to offer assistance. Most recently the whole joint was renovated and its like a miniature Disney for kids. Theres some super cool aquatic animations projected on the walls and tables that light up and change color when touched! Theres even more. If you need a place to affordably take kids under 12 years old for an hour or so this is it! read more

They have the most awesome play area I've seen but they continually close it at 7 or 8 at night. I am so tired of coming to McDonald's and having heartbroken kids. They would get a lot more business if they weren't too lazy to keep the play area open. Chic fil A gets it instead. read more

I am not one to leaves reviews. But I was so disappointed by the lack of sanitation of this place. The trash can was overflowing. All the tables had leftover crumbs. The soda machines looked like they have not been cleaned recently at all. It's a big bummer because the play area is cool. But I was too grossed out to be able to enjoy it. read more

Just remodeled, so the store is clean. This Mickey-D's is owned by a local businessman and he enjoys taking care of his employees. One of the managers was given a car a few years ago, so if that doesn't give you a stake in the company, nothing will. Because of this, the food and service at this store are really good. Just like any tourist area though, it goes thru some rough periods in the summer when we have way too many people coming thru and the store gets messy. read more

This is THE best McDonald's I have ever visited. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean, and the staff members were awesome. Ms Melba (I think that is her name) was so polite and had a winning attitude! She simply warmed my heart with her smile.
