I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from the app! The bathrooms had no soap, toilet paper or water to wash hands. Customer service is non existent and they totally ignore you. On my list of worst McDonald's ever. The restrooms are filthy and were out of soap. The entire floor inside was extremely slippery, like they mopped it with a greasy mop. Why did I just try to walk in to this McDonalds and the first door I came to was LOCKED, so I went to the other two doors and they were both LOCKED as well!!! I looked on the door and it says Open at 06:00 but right now it's 07:30 so what does that mean?!?! Ordered curbside...took forever and no hash browns. Caramel macchiato not available due to milk machine not working. Went inside for refund and was told they could now make one. If I could take away stars, I would. This location is awful. For one, The workers are very disrespectful and rude. Definitely were not raised properly. Nobody acts like they want to be there. There even was no one at the window for us to pay. Two, the food. Absolutely disgusting. I got Chicken Nuggets and Fries. The chicken was so tough I could barely bite into it. I placed my Mobile order to go through the drive through. I got there and no one would come to the speaker. After about 10 mins of waiting I drove to the second window. The person behind the glass refused to come to the window. He made a hand gesture that they were not open . This took place roughly around 10:30 am. After a few minutes he came to the window and I informed him of my mobile order. He told me they were not open and his colleague said she did not have a mobile order on her window. I then showed them my order on the phone that was already paid for as well as the details of the order. She continued to aggressively say she did not have an order on her screen. I spoke to the first worker again and asked for either my money back or the order. He just proceeded to look at me. After this back and forward I requested to speak to a manger, who happened to be standing there the entire time. The manger was on the phone the entire time, pulled the phone away from her face and asked me what's the problem. After updating her she just walked away. No acknowledgment, just walked away. The first worker I spoke to then said he would check their screens and informed me that he saw the order. He told me they would go ahead and make it. I was informed they were out of coke and he would use sprite instead. I apologized to the first worker if he thought I was being rude. I didn't know how to proceed having paid for an order and not being acknowledged for pick up and being ignored by the manager. read more

I have been here many times with hopes of a good meal. Ive been disappointed for the last time and hope corperate sees this. Ive been a Mcdonalds fan for 60 years but nowdays its just not worth the hassle or money. The food is pathetic burgers the size of a sausage patty, fries are thin and tasteless, buns are rather dry! The people here are slow and couldnt care less if you order or not, stood for 12 minutes to order. Floors n tables dirty while employees talk and play, bathroom floors wet n smelly. My wife and I came in at 5:16am on Monday Sept 24, 2018 for coffee and breakfast. 3 customers were in line, there was a "manager" doing something to the doors, and 2 visible employees behind the counter, but not coming to the counter to take orders. The restaurant was otherwise empty and no cars at the drive thru. After a few minutes the "manager" walked behind us and said "someone will be with you soon" and walked away. A minute later a female employee came over and we thought she was going to take an order and she walked away. My wife and I turned to leave and go somewhere else. As we were walking out the "manager" was walking thru the dining area and I stated to him "sir do you know that your review scores on Google maps and other sites is very slow" and he stated "I'm sure it is"...not in a smart-aleck way but just kind of like "oh well". Okay this is the 3rd and absolute final time going into this "restaurant" and I use that term loosely. Every time I've been into this restaurant the staff have been ridiculously unprofessional. Imagine a bunch of high school kids with minimal training thrown behind a counter. On this last go visit today The customer in front of me had mold on his burger I then asked for my money back for my sandwiches The employee said the manager had just quit and the money could not be refunded I would have to come back another day. There was also a gentleman selling purses in the lobby and the other side of the lobby had food and trash all over the place. Add to this none of the kiosks worked and looked like kids with dirty fingers were playing all over them. I gave the sandwich I got from the restaurant to a coworker and they went home early with possible food poisoning. Avoid this restaurant like the plague! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We pulled to the drive thru to order. As we were waiting, three cars went through and had their order taken. Waited for another 5 minutes in case they were just busy (even though the parking lot was almost empty). So we pulled around to the window to see if they could just take our order at the window. The man came to the window with an attitude right off the bat. He kept repeating himself saying that we had to go back around the drive through (even though there weren't any cars in the drive thru behind us). We asked to speak to a manager and we were told that they did not have one. We proceeded to ask for a number to call and complain due to the horrible service (mind you this isn't the first time this has happened at this location) and he told us there wasn't a number to call. This man was very rude, so we pulled down to the next window to see if we could get someone else to help since he did not want to help us. The young lady just stood there and ignored us as we calmly asked her for assistance. I believe that this McDonalds location needs to be shut down or taken over by new owners. The inside is outright disgusting, there is no way they have as high of a sanitation rating as they do. I stopped at this McDonald's about 5-6 times at the end of last year. On two occasions, I swore I would never go back. Well, I was stupid enough to give them one more try today (almost a year later) and after setting at the speaker for over 10 minutes with only a "hold on a second", I drove away for the final time. There were no other cars in line when I pulled up, when I drove away, there was one car at the window. In the past I have sat for up to 30 minutes to complete the transaction and drive away. This store ( restaurant ) has been getting poor ratings but my visit was pretty darn good. I went at 840 on a Saturday night and it was fairly busy. It was cold and raining so I just went through the drive thru. There seems to be a lot of parking available. They do have a double drive thru. I was able to order right away. Pulled to the first window and the employee was very nice and quick. By the time I got to the next window my order was ready. I ordered nuggets and bbq sauce. The nuggets were very fresh and they provided the correct sauce. Napkins in the bag. That's all I can ask for right ? I would try this location again. read more

I would highly suggest skipping this McDonald's. They refused to take our order directly saying that it is kiosk only even though one of the registers read open. Then my order was wrong. I ordered 3 Happy Meals with extra fries. I got apple slices. When I brought them to the counter, the employee told me "we don't do extra fries anymore." I explained that I ordered it that way from the kiosk and it is on my receipt. She said that she understood but they still don't do it like that anymore but she would give me the fries this time.
