This place always gets my orders wrong. The food is not the best, but not the worst....

Service is absolutely horrible, you can do a mobile app and still end up waiting 15minutes for your food.

I have tried this location a few times when visiting student. Each time I say...it has to be better this time and it never is. Food over or undercooked, not at all like usual McDonalds. Forget stuff on order and just horrible. Just threw more food away. The franchise should revoke their license. read more

I went through the drive through and told the guy I'm using the mobile app and he just said what would you like to order? So I repeated it and he got the number wrong. Could have been the mic. I pull forwards and when they go to hand me my food they give me the completely wrong order. I get the right food and my Big Mac just fell apart and it was pretty cold. this used to be one of the better mcdonalds, but their food quality is going even farther downhill (hard to beleive LOL). i only ordered a 6 pc chicken nugget & a small diet coke. they were $4.99, the drink was $1.49. The nuggets were so SMALL. I Wish i took a pic. they were only like an inch & a half long, and thin. maybe they shrunk in the fryer because they were overcooked. they were bland and almost tasteless too. I guess theyre "shrinkflationing" the nuggets too. What a ripoff. I dont expect Mcdonalds to be 'gourmet' food (LMAO) but for $6 it should be an appropriate amount of food and have some flavor. We came here for breakfast. The menu was extremely limited. No bagel sandwiches. No snack wraps. The sausage McMuffin, which is the unhealthiest option out there, was over $2. Standard Egg McMuffin was nearly twice the price. The restaurant was filthy. We could not find a clean table not could we find any napkins to try to wipe the tables down Using the kiosk is the most cumbersome hassle of all. No counter service. Ugh. I literally only ordered two things. The first was a coffee and they didn't even put any coffee in it so I ordered another plain black coffee so I could put one in the other and they couldn't even bring me that. I honestly don't understand... we order our food when we pull up to the window and get it so many things are wrong we are missing a spicy mc chicken and for some reason gained a 10 pc nugget ? We tell them that there is no mc chicken they take the bag back and keep coming back to the window asking numerous times what we are missing I finally just handed them the receipt. 5 more minutes pass and then finally they said it was in the bag when we pulled into a spot it was a spicy chicken sandwich and not the mc chicken I ordered. These people cannot even read a receipt and want 17$ an hour? If they did the job well it would be different but come on a first grader can read. This McDonald's is on S. College Avenue northbound. Access from the north is a bit tricky because you have to remember to turn left onto the road before for back alley access to this block of stores. However, they do seem to have an adequate parking lot once you get in there. The food is standard for this fast food chain and the service is decent, but they do have to maintain their AT&T wi-fi, which wasn't working on the evening when I was there. read more

A staple on my morning commute. Sometimes it's easy to keep going when you see a long drive-thru line but DON"T. This location's staff has figured out what needs to be done behind the scenes to keep the cars moving ahead. Multiple times I have parked and went in and the drive thru line always was quicker. Why go to McDonald's especially for breakfast? A cheap but delicious coffee and breakfast selection. At the very least, try their coffee. It's just a buck. read more

What has happened here?! This place used to run like clockwork. Not anymore. The renovations that included two drive-they lanes outside and self order kiosks inside seems to have tripled the wait time for any order. Is the order right? Maybe, maybe not. Is there soda or milkshake all over the outside of the cup - absolutely. This is the most convenient fast food location for me, but it's gonna be a hard pass for me for quite a while. Stop at this location at least once a month (drive-through). Wait time is typically not bad, however yesterday (after dinner rush) went through drive-through and was asked to pull up into a parking space to wait on our double cheeseburger. We pulled up and parked next to a gentleman who had also just been asked to park and wait for his order. After 15 mins, the gentleman next to us got out of his vehicle as it was obvious his patience was wearing thin. Just then his order was brought out to him. Meanwhile, another car was asked to pull up (next to us) and wait for their order. That's 3 customers asked to park and wait for orders. We then waited another 5 mins in hopes to see our order coming out, but nothing. My husband then went in and the manager (who was working at the counter) asked if he needed help. After inquiring about our order, it was finally handed to my husband. The coke we had ordered had no ice in it whatsoever, and we didn't receive as much as an "sorry for the wait" or "thanks for waiting". Management...what has happened to this McDonald's?? read more

I waited 30 minutes for 2 sausage McMuffins with egg meals, was shortened a hash brown, my sandwich wasn't cooked all the way, and there were pieces of shell in the egg.
