It was very easy to order through the kiosks. Selection was clear and prices were all there. I picked a new iced coffee - cloud after having a heavy breakfast. It was fresh and the cloud on top making it more delicious and less bitter. I paid by cash and the cashier was very quick to serve all customers before she helped get order ready behind the counter. Many customers seemed happy there, sitting around enjoying their drinks. The ambiance was fairly pleasant with light music playing in the background. read more

Older themed location in the middle of New Westminster. Looks like they haven't upgraded to the McCafe theme yet. Parking is available on the side streets. The interior is somewhat smaller than some other locations, but is decent sized. Staff are friendly. The Quarter Pounder I had was decent. I wish it was a bit bigger though. read more

I had the best filet o fish burger here. Now I know why some people like the filet o fish burger bun. It is perfectly steamed. Soft and fluffy. Not moist and gummy and sticky like all the filet o fish burgers I had in the past (also why I hardly order it). This version felt like it was made to order. I don't usually eat at your restaraunts unless I'm starving. The last time before tonight was when I was travelling Norway and found out you have actually good veggie burgers there. So tonight while searching door dash I saw you had a no meat burger and I was kind of expecting a veggie burger with your own quirky name, as you like to do with literally everything. Not the case. Not even close. You replaced a meat, or even veggie, patty with a centre slice of bun, tons of lettuce, a cold slice of processed cheese, and your usual vinegar dressing with a soggy pickle. Yet another joke of a McDonalds location. My order came with fries. Sat down to eat. WAY too much salt on the fries. And, you cannot put ketchup on oversalted fries. Ketchup HAS a lot of salt in it. Brought the fries back (minus like 3). Sat down again. Had a few bites of my burger. Guy brought me new fries. He said they were "no salt". So I immediately put on ketchup. Then tried some. Ive posted here already, yet my frustration wants me to post here again. I ordered double quarter without cheese with BLT on ubereats and It comes with cheese.. as someone that cant have cheese this is important. The lack of quality control and the fact you'll be responsible to pickup at store (bec drivers wont make money on fixing mcdonalds fault) I will refuse to order here again. This has become a real bummer of phoning in. I dont want to feel that im limited to non cheese beef chicken burgers because the lack of review on each order before uber picks up. No, just NO... there were huge signs advertising the special edition caramilk mcflurry. the cashier said they ran out so we didnt get what we wanted. yet, no signs anywhere saying they ran out of it! (great..) ordered 3 coffees. it took way too long for the coffee to be served. yet, they didnt apologize for taking too long. even when the order was ready they didnt call our order so it just sat there. we got it ourselves. (he-lloo!) at least take names or a give number like the other places, please. it's more disorderly when it's packed full. the lines were a mess and it was hard to tell who was next. worst of all, while my friend ate mcflurry, they found a strand of hair lurking at the bottom inside the cup. (what the bleep!?!?) to the staff's credit, they immediately apologized for it and offered a replacement. that's why im giving 2 stars for at least fixing that problem. when we sat down to eat, there was funky washroom-like odors floating around in the restaurant that came and went. not sure if it was a reaction from the other customers or something else! it was unappetizing to say the least. avoid this one, folks. read more

It's McDonald's. Due to being in this area of New West there is usually a good number of seats taken by retired folks and moms that want to hang out. I've sometimes been unable to find a seat entirely. They keep papers for the morning and the staff seem motivated enough, but the lack of attention of to-go orders drops this a point. I came here for their latte with a shot of sugar free syrup. I wanted to cash in my stamp card before meeting my girlfriend who was staying in the area from out of town. I know that some people are going to turn their nose at me that I like their coffee, however, I truly do love their lattes. Sometimes hot, sometimes not. Gotten occasional egg shell in my McMuffin on more than one occasion. One time noticed a Sausage McMuffin with Egg I ordered didn't contain the egg. Maybe my cardiologist is in kahoots with these folks. It's OK'esque if Timmy Ho's across the street has a lineup that more resembles the border inspection line at YVR. It's McDonald's, so the food is what it is. Almost everyone has eaten at McDonald's at some point, so you know what I mean. This location is super busy, can be hard to get a seat, especially at peak times. My objection to this location is how dirty their dining room is. The last time I was there every unoccupied table had discarded wrapper and napkins on it, little bits of diced onion and spillage from soft drinks. After I cleaned a table so that I could sit there and eat, I noticed crusty dried-on little ketchupy child fingerprints on the wall and on the framed poster hanging near the table. As I said, this location is very busy, so the staff may not have enough time to clean. That said, the dining area seemed grimy and unkempt. I took my food elsewhere in the adjacent mall and ate it there. read more
