This store is a complete mess. McDonald's should pull their franchise. Thankfully tonight was my last experience with these clowns as I will NEVER order from or step foot in this hell hole ever again. Let's rewind a couple years. My pregnant wife ordered through the ap. When she got to the drive thru, they couldn't understand her when she gave them her order code. So, we pull around and give it to then face to face. They get it and we pull up. Well the next window had no clue what was going on. Only handed her half the order and when she questioned it, some guy in a high vis vest starts yelling at her. My poppa bear kicked in and I told the jerk that they better get order right and ask him who he thinks he is yelling at a pregnant woman. He then theatens physical violence. My wife just drove off, with me opening the door. Fast forward a couple years to present time. This evening I went to the drive thru and ordered a happy meal for our now 2 and my a half year old and a meal for myself. I place the order, pay, pull around and the guy hands me my drink and a happy meal and turns like he's done. I sit there, he comes back and asks if there is anything else and I said, yeah. They rest of my order. Then then asks ME what I ordered. What? Really? So they pull their head out of their behind and give me my food and I leave. I get ALL THE WAY HOME, sit down to eat, I open my kids happy meal box and they're are no nuggets. Now I have to load up not only my 2 and a half year old, by my 7 month only infant and go BACK to the store. I go inside and said I got all the way home and opened the happy meal and there are no nuggets. I said I want you to make the order right and and give me a refund. Seems only fair given the hassle this has turned into. The manager starts giving me attitude, but give me my refund and walks away. I stand to their waiting for the nuggets and after a couple minutes she looks at me and asks if there was anything else. I said yeah, I want you to make the order right. She snaps back at me saying, well I gave you your money back. WHAT? your screw up was a MAJOR inconvenience and you give ME attitude? I'm done. I hope this store goes out of business. It's TERRIBLE! This review is my experience through the drive thru. For quality of food it is good. The food was hot which is nice. Nobody wants to get the old soggy fries lol. The drive thru wasn't very good. They do not seem to have any concept of what order the cars come into the drive thru. It has a duel drive thru so that after one order they switch to the other drive thru and the next car orders. That way they can keep everyone moving an in order. This is not the case for this McDonald's. They skipped the car in front of me 3 times then skip me twice. Finally when i got to the first window the woman ignored me so I drove to the 2nd window to pick up. The manager at the second window got upset with me because he didnt know which order was mine and said i need to stop at the first one. I know that it's McDonalds and everyone's gonna be like what do you expect but everyone also knows that McDonald's fries are meant to served hot and fresh. This has not been my experience here and I've gone back a handful of times to see if they were just having a bad day or was it habitual. Every single time that I've gone and ordered a large fries, they've always tasted like it was fried in OLD oil. Like no joke, I truly question how hard they attempt to cut corners to maximize profits and as a result that don't even change their oil. Due to this, I'm never able to finish my food because it leaves such a bad taste in my mouth and I'm totally thrown off. On top of their badly tasting fries, I'm never able to successfully use my reward points with them. Every time I give them the code, I'm told that it's been redeemed already. Lol. What a joke. I've waited to open the app at the first drive thru window where we pay and still told the same thing. Overall, I know that most McDonald franchises are greasy but this one has a lil' too much grease for my liking. Except for their overly salted hamburger and Salted burger, I liked their Fish burger and ice cream . Quick service for a busy location. They re decorated in 2019. They have chocolate cones now: yummy. It gets dirty by they clean it relatively fast. read more

Most of the time the fries are stale and hamburgers are sloppy. Customer service is lacking with employees ignoring the Table numbers and not bringing the food out to you. I've also had this place forget items such as fries with my meal...how they managed that is beyond me. Also this McDonald's doesnt have a ice tea machine out with the soda and I always have to ask for them to get it and they usually treat it as a pain. read more

This McDonalds use to be great. The past few months they have been majorly screwing up. All lunch time drive-thru complaints. Incident 1: not sealing the cover on my pop, thrusting it forward into my car, spilling pop on me, the dashboard, and shifter. Still finding sticky spots in my car months later. Incident 2: chick who walks up to your car to take orders got it wrong. Not a huge deal, but annoying. Incident 3: chick who walks up to take orders moved too far back in the line causing a gap at the front of the line, which allowed other drivers to cut in line and order at the speaker. Went inside due to the list e for the drive thru, waited a few minutes to place order, 1 employee making coffee, others all scrambling around, finally ordered, waited 10 minutes food. Listen, I understand that it's just a McDonalds, but if they're going to repeat my order and have it STILL come out wrong might as well throw the whole PM crew away. I simply ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin without the muffin. They proceeded to repeat my order. I came up to the first window and they verified with another employee my order. I repeated my order AGAIN at the first window, you know to make sure my order came out correct and they had just gave me the SAUSAGE AND CHEESE. WHEN I EMPHASIZED SAUSAGE AND EGG. Granted I should've checked before leaving. The day crew a couple hours beforehand got my order correct so I left. I got home and it was just the sausage and cheese. So I had to drive back through the drive thru to tell them they got my order wrong and they had the audacity to just give me the four eggs they forgot. By the time I got the eggs my sausages were cold. I couldn't even enjoy my dinner. Very irritated and dissatisfied. read more

We just went through the drive thru at this McDonalds and I swear to God the 20 seconds we spent with the young man working the food service window was the best part of our entire day. I have been to a lot of drive thrus in a lot of places and this young man is a superstar. He was so fun and positive and his attitude was so infectious that my daughter wanted to know when we could go back through again to see him and our whole family talked about him the whole way home. 20 seconds and I think we'll remember him for years to come. As another poster mentioned, Dominique, the manager created a hostile and unwelcoming environment. My wife and I wound up waiting 40 minutes total to get our food due to a mistake. She was unwilling to help or understand the situation. The staff was actually friendly, but she made the experience terrible. McDonald's at this location is by far the most frustrating location. They are 24/7 but constantly closed overnight for so called scheduled maintenance. Seriously I would avoid evening bothering with this location. I can't tell you how many times I have wasted a trip for nothing. I've been eating at this McDonald's quite often over the past few months due to its close proximity to my job. Most McDonald's I have been to usually have few problems, but they are never very consistent. However, after frequenting this establishment often over the past few months, I can honestly say that I have had next to no problems with this location. They are fast in getting the food out, their place is always clean, the workers are quite nice and helpful, and the food is usually pretty good. This location has a 20 minute drive-thru. I've gone a few times because it's so close to me and there's not another nearby but it's no exaggeration to say that it often takes as long to get your food as it would at a sit-down restaurant. From the time you pull into the line with only 2 cars ahead of you to the time you're actually given your food you will be calling in late to work. They have a narrow curbed lane that's hard to maneuver out of once you're in line but I've still seen multiple people on multiple days give up and squeeze themselves out after waiting and waiting. Today the lady behind me actually left after paying and before getting her order. I don't know what the problem is - whether they're under-staffed, under-trained, or under-equipped - but it's not a functioning fast food drive-thru. At this point I've accepted the wait time as their standard operation and not a fluke. Go to any other McDonald's or drive-thru if you want to seriously save yourself some time. I give this McDonalds 5 stars because of one manager named Heidi. I know that if she is running the shift, that my order is going to be right, hot and delicious. She treats her coworkers with respect and they know how to enjoy their jobs and work hard when she is in charge.
