Fish sandwich was very very very good, fresh. actually perfect! ... fries were very good, coffee delicious. Price excellent on the coffee and fish was 2 for $5 an excellent deal. The only complaint, manager who made ice cream cone was not wearing gloves. Cone was a little pricy also .... but cheaper than a hot fudge sunday so that was ok....didnt get to eat it anyways. Line was backed up, maybe it slipped the managers mind to wear gloves. So, the cone was ditched. Otherwise would have got a 5 star. Last review was 3 months ago ...... fish sandwich now with better review! Expecting a higher degree of infection control, especially from a manager, as a role model, and for compliance with the corona virus in full effect. Sorry pal, you blew it. read more

This morning I started out in the drive thru, all I wanted was two simple value meals, (a number 5 and a number 6), she kept putting in the order over and over adding and deleting stuff on the screen. I just wanted an ice coffee on one and ice coffee on the second one. She said all set and I pulled up to pay and the drinks were wrong so she corrected it again. next I pulled up to the next window for my two meals. got home and hashbrowns and sandwiches have been sitting out like they were not even n the warmer and sandwiches weren't even wrapped just all of it thrown in the bag. This kind of service and preparation of food seems to happen quite often. so I stopped going to that location for along time. Then I decided to try today and realized it was a dumb decision on my part. So this tells me the same management doesn't care neither does the employees. I would give a zero for rating if I could. Expensive trash food I bought just to throw it all in the garbage. I'm not asking for a credit but someone should look into this and watch over product and employees better if the managers care about their store and customers. read more

Let me just say today is my SECOND time dealing with this lady at the drive thru. Mc Donald's employees are paid pretty well yet they can't figure out how to do their job EVER. I don't go to Mc Donald's often so I didn't know when they stopped serving breakfast and moved on to lunch... I went there and ordered a number nine. It was just a hamburger or something and then I got a Carmel frappe. I came up paid for my food, then the next window. This same lady I got into an altercation with before. She goes "Your bagel will be right out" I said I didn't order a bagel. She goes "Well what did you order?" I said a number nine. She goes "Oh okay, pull up it will be out in a minute" I said okay. Then here comes another lady saying "Here's your steak bagel" I said no. I didn't order the steak bagel. So she gets the same lady from before. I see her walking over rolling her eyes and she goes "I just asked you if you ordered a steak bagel and you said yes" I said no. I told you I didn't order that I ordered the hamburger. She tells me they aren't serving lunch. I said okay, So the lady who took my order should have told me that and this could have all been avoided. Coming from someone who's worked fast food and worked in the drive thru. ALWAYS READ THE ORDER BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. Don't just say "A number nine and a frappe" if she would have said a steak bagel because they were only serving breakfast I would have said never mind and went to Burger King or something.... That lady at the second window has a real attitude problem and this is now the second time she's gotten my order wrong. She needs to be fired rolling her eyes at customers. I felt so embarrassed leaving here today... Like I said. I've worked the window as well so I always try not to be that annoying customer. But when I tell you five times this isn't what I ordered, listen to me instead of getting an attitude. I got my refund and went to Dunkin' doughnuts. Then I find this in my frappe... Thought it was chocolate for a minute but there's none in this and it has a jello like texture. No clue what it is and I'm pretty sure I don't want to know. If they gave me a receipt I'm definitely going to speak with the manager. Never have I ever been this customer but never have I ever been treated this way at a freaking Mc Donald's. read more

This restaurant doesn't seem to follow the franchise standard for what should be included in oatmeal. Not only does this restaurant charge more than most of McDonald's, it is very clear they cut corners to make as much profit as they can. The oatmeal is supposed to come with apples and the berry medley but this restaurant does not give the apples. They also do not give napkins unless you ask for them. On Top of all this, they got the order wrong and you get an attitude for mentioning it's the wrong order. Owning a McDonald's is not all about maximizing your profits by cutting corners and not following franchise protocols. I would like to give a shout out to the McDonald's in Saugus MA in route 1. They are incredibly efficient, polite and include the apples with the oatmeal. They also charge less money for same items this mcdonalds sells. read more

I ordered doordash from this McDonald's. I ordered a 6 piece spicy nugget and some other things. I got my food and I tried to eat the spicy nugget but when I did it was dry and hard as if it was sitting there for hours all day. I am very upset over this experience. The rest of my food was ok besides the nuggets. Do not order spicy nuggets from here if you dont want to break a tooth. read more

This McDonalds apparently refuses to train their employees on anything on the menu. Tried to order an McCafe Caramel Mocha Espresso and they said "we don't sell that" as I'm reading it off their menu. She then said its the coffee beans that are made with espresso and gave us a mint flavored coffee. These employees apparently don't have cable either because they advertise this drink every 5 minutes. read more

We were refused service. The employees will not take your order in person inside of this McDonald's but want you to order from a computerized kiosk. If I wanted to touch a machine that everyone else with dirty hands or kids did prior to eating then it wouldn't be a problem. This is a great way to spread viruses, bacterial and diseases. read more
