Mrs. K said she wanted a Filet O'Fish for dinner and that was easy enough to procure as McDonald's is nearly everywhere. We were passing through on I-22 when I spotted the sign. The Sprinter doesn't fit through the drive through so I parked in a "Pick Up" spot, ordered it on the app and waited. And waited. And waited some more. It was close to 20 minutes and I can't say I really noticed it much as I was distracted playing games on my phone. But wow. As for the sandwich itself, it looked to be assembled properly. It was hot. And the fries were pronounced "okay" though they looked underdone to me. I think if you're needing to be somewhere, pick someplace else. If you have patience, this might work. Affordable food choices. Friendly employees. Clean. Food is delicious. Love McDonald's.

The food is just ok and don't know what it is that gives it a C. The service is a C also. It seems the workers are just going through the motions. The dining area was clean but you have to walk through the greasy area on the sidewalk to come in. It is filthy. I don't like to say anything bad but this can be corrected. Hope it is. read more

Food is typical ok McDonalds food. Service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Weather you do drive through or order inside be prepared to wait. Staff if not very friendly. Took 20 minutes to get a Fish Filet meal. Then the order was wrong. This franchise owner definitely needs to hit the reset button. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in the entire country, first of all ordering only if you're eat in on in the kiosk no table flags in the kiosk, no receipt paper in any of the kiosks so you place your order and you have no idea if it's in the system. if you actually get an order into the system and you're not standing right by counter , you'll never get your order unless you ask for a straw or ketchup they won't give it to you, salt pepper everything the music is so loud even if you were sitting at a table, you couldn't hear your name being called again. I am a senior white man. I ordered a basic big Mac combo Diet Coke when I was on my table. It was ice cold. The only reason why I gave it a one is because there's not a minus one. read more

We arrived at noon on a Monday. 5 employees were sitting at the back near the restrooms, maybe on a break??? I am not sure why anyone should be on break at peak dining time! There was 1 person working the counter and getting drinks for the drive through. We ordered on the kiosk, but there were no numbers to enter. We ended up backtracking and ordering for take out. We received our order in a timely manner. However there were no large cups. We were informed that we could return for a refill. There were also no ketchup packets. We ended ip leaving most of our fries uneaten due to this. I will NOT be returning to this McDonald's. read more

I wouldn't answer the phone either. The McDonald's in New Albany Ms is about the sorriest excuse for a fast food place I've ever seen. They can't ever get your order right and if they do the food is so old and hard you could knock someone out with it. So take my advise. Stay home and eat a bologna sandwich. You will b more satisfied I assure you. Shame on them for selling crap like that to customers I give them a fat zero stars read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, horrible place to come! Food was wrong all of it. You can cancel this McDonald's tear it down and build any other restaurant that's open 24 -for real 24 hours a day. They should fire the management because no one there higher up wants to work. They advertise hours they don't keep. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Arbys is open at pilot 24 hrs and the manager isn't a Karen like at NEW ALBANY McDonald's. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and even we got to the window the man was cussing

Ppl in store refused to take our order in store saying use the kiosk but that is limited to what can do and my daughter food can not be made the way she eats it on there . The lady's where rude to wife and me it only takes 2min to take an order. When I asked for the upper manager info they said they don't know it or who there owner is or store number . New Albany McDonald's use to be our favorite all around but now it's the worse . Last night was our last time going, they are so unconcerned. We waited for about 18 minutes for our food and I have no idea why because it was warm but not hot. They were pulling everybody over. We went there for my grandson birthday earlier this month and the service was pass terrible , ppl waiting at the counter and nobody would even come out to ask what anybody got or what was we waiting on. One man came in to pick up door dash order and it was sitting on the shelf and still took them a while to give it to them. The service sucks. I heard the manger tell one of the workers when we got to the window that it was slow and that it was slower the night before, that's why because of the workers and it's going to get slower. Something need to be done there. Would have put a zero star rating if I could. read more

They said there were napkins in the bag but there were none. They discriminate against seniors. Avoid this place like the plague.

The line to the window was exceptionally quick. We ordered our McCafe latte with whole milk and an Americano. The drinks were warm and tasty. The small gentleman at the window called me a "celebrity in the making". He then invited me to his weekend after Halloween Party at his Crib. I forgot to add that I got a McChicken but only ate half and tossed the rest out the door! read more

Road trip. Late lunch / leg stretch stop. Ordinarily I would try to avoid a McDonalds but I saw they had a playground area so let's my daughter get some energy out before we get back on the road. The playground area is newer, nice and appears clean. Clean for a kids playground area anyway. The food is the same old.... fries were hot though. I stopped across the street at Popeyes and got me a couple pieces of chicken before stopping here. This McDonald's is A- ok for a McDonald's. They're severely lacking in the employee category. The lady that took my order seemed frazzled but was friendly. She offered at least one patron a job when we were there. Glad we stopped here. Lots of kids have come in since we arrived. We were alone initially. Looks like this is a popular spot right after school. read more

If I could give a negative stars I would. Poor management. Dirty tables. They wouldn't even come to the register. Everyone had to order at the kiosk. The kiosk did not print receipts and management didn't seem to care. Management yelled at the lady in front of me just because the lady asked if anyone was in the back because nobody was manning the register. I had ordered extra sauces and when they gave us our food there was no sauce in the food and so I asked her for my sauces and she threw them at me. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been into. Literally the worst!!!!! read more

Very rude and disrespectful in drive-thru. I have never ever been so disrespected in my life at a restaurant. They honestly don't even deserve a one star. I have never dealt with a more rude drive thru in my life. The lady was trying to rush us thru our order and was making smart remarks when we couldn't decide what we wanted in 1.5 seconds. Will never go back there again. Worst customer service ever read more

Honestly needs 0 stars!!! The past 3 times I've been the fries have been ICE cold and NO salt! Went tonight at 12:45 and there was 1 car in front of me pulled to side waiting on food waited at window for 15 minutes no on took money for order finally at 1:05 the lady came to the window with the food and the burgers was so dry like they had sat in warmer all day. Tried to feed to my dog and he wouldn't even eat it. Kids wanting ice cream and of course the machine was down as ALWAYS!! Looked to be only 2 ladies working and both had attitude understandable for the one working window she looked to be working window and making food while the other walked back and forth doing nothing. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I will drive 30 minutes away before I go back in this one!! read more

This McDonald's is filthy. Flies everywhere, gnats over by the ketchup & drink machine, and stuff all in the floors and crumbs on the tables. Not a single drink in the drink machine worked. Nastiest McDonald's I've been in. I have been here a couple of times and every time it's nasty. read more

Got in the drive thru line at about 8:20 PM for about 15 minutes and no one took my order. Pulled to the first window and sat there for about 5 more minutes and no one was there. Made a lap around and saw about 3 employees just hanging out in the dining room. Whoever manages this place couldn't manage a bowl of f****** Jello. I could understand if they were swamped, but I was only 1 of 2 cars in line. Do better. Y'all could take a few notes from chick fil a on customer service read more

Rude staff, horrible service, and out of most products. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Let me tell you about my most recent visit to the McDonald's located in New Albany, MS. My husband and I stopped by for lunch today. We placed our order, and went to get our drinks. The diet coke was out on both of the customer-facing soda machines. When we asked the person behind the counter if we could get Diet Coke, she informed us that they were completely out. We decided to get unsweetened tea instead, and sat down at a table. I went back up to the counter and asked for Splenda for my tea, twice, and was ignored by the person at the counter. Frustrated by this point, my husband and I decided to cancel our order and go elsewhere. When we requested our order to be cancelled, the girl at the counter told us she would have to get the manager. The manager ignored us as well, running around the kitchen, and didn't acknowledge us until I spoke up again directly to her several minutes later and asked why there was a hold up in cancelling our order. When she came to the counter to cancel our order, the manager was extremely rude to us, and not courteous at all. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this McDonald's location, and we would STRONGLY advise the owner to clean up shop here, or else they're going to lose a lot more business in New Albany. read more

I'd give a zero if allowed. This McDonald's restaurant is absolutely the worst experience we have ever had at a McDonalds, and we've eaten at many. The service was truly the rudest we've had in ALL of our dining out experiences. We were forced to order our food at the Kiosk (even though a girl was standing at the register), and when we had a question we asked the girl for help. She came over and pushed buttons without saying a word. We had to ask, "how do we pay." She then went to her register, without saying a word, so we assumed we had to pay her...so we did. No words. No thank you. No nothing. Then, when our food was ready, one of the ladies threw the bag on the counter and said nothing. We asked "is this ours?" (as there were a couple people waiting). She totally ignored us. We asked again. Again, we were totally ignored. We took the food and sure enough, it was ours. We had to ask for catsup and she threw it on the counter. The food was decent, but the "service" was pathetic. So pathetic it totally ruined our meal. Whatever happened to customer service. Or, service with a smile. Obviously, we were not valued customers! Unless you want to be disrespected, DO NOT go to this restaurant! read more

May have found one of the worst McDonald's on i-22 West! If you order a McFlurry, be expecting too blurry it yourself! I have been here twice, and both times I just received ice cream with toppings on top. When I asked the guy at the drive-thru if they mixed their McFlurries, he just stared at me and looked at me like I was dumb. Manager didn't care because he was flirting with a girl on the other side of the counter inside. Won't be back! read more
