I ordered a couple of the $5 meal deals which were a very good value and I highly recommend. The machine didn't print a receipt so you need to remember your order number. We did wait for a long time for the food, multiple people around us were upset about the wait time and one person even left after ordering. The vibe around the place was very hectic and stressful. When they gave us our order they had left out the drinks. Then once we got out to the car we noticed they also hadn't given us any of the sauces we had ordered and also put the wrong ingredients on two of our burgers. We then went through the drive thru when we got to the 2nd window, Samuel helped make it right. He gave us the sauces and extra and then remade the burger. read more

He stopped making breakfast, but he made breakfast new fresh for us. We called because we didn't know if they were still serving. They weren't but James (a cook) made us our food Anways. The managers are rude tell you they don't care if your complaining not like they will lose their job or even be held accountable for such Horrible service. The workers there tell you they are sorry and that the manager lies and is always rude. This is what I got when I ordered a large fry. Not a meal, a large fry. This happens every time. They charge you for a large and then give you a small in a large box. I was trying to give them a chance, because I just want some McDonald's French fries ( I don't get them often), and I know mess ups happen. But the few times I've been here, they fill the box halfway or less. I can see if it was one time, but not every time I have come through here. I've come to the conclusion that this store just likes to make people wait forever to get their food and refuse to give them what they pay for. Cant see the pic? Neither can I. Comment: I ordered my food at 1:14am it was an Artisan Chicken Sandwhich by itself. I got to the window at 1:15 and paid for my food. Some lady told me it would be a 8 minute wait. At 1:28am they told me my sandwich was still cooking and to pull forward. I watched 3 other cars behind me get their food and drive away. Mind you it is now 1:35am and I have had no one come and talk to me about my food. I start honking my horn because their is no way it takes 20 minutes to make my sandwich. Finally some lady bring me my food at 1:43am and i ask her why it took 23 minutes to make my sandwhich. She look at me and told me “what it is what it is” at this point I asked for the manager. She came to the window and I asked her why it took 23 minutes to cook my sandwich and she told me and I quote “I had to get other orders out first. Mind you I was the second person in line and their were 3 or 4 cars that pulled in while I was waiting and they left before I did. I told her this was unacceptable and she had that basic “deal with it attitude “ she finally offered to refund my order at 1:47am in the morning. I asked for her name and she REFUSED to give me her name Update on this: I went back in tonight to get my "coupons" that the manager Josh promised me. Terribly slow and painful customer service. Every single time, without fail, that I have been to the McDonald's in Neosho they have messed up my order. They rarely mess up orders and there drive thru is very quick considering they are always busy. Most workers have a very positive attitude and are pretty polite. read more
