The employee at the first window around 12:50 pm today had a noticeably unpleasant attitude, making me feel as though my presence was an inconvenience. After placing my order and paying, I was asked to park and wait nearly 20 minutes for my quarter pounder. When it finally arrived, the burger patty was extremely dry, there was just one shriveled pickle, a small glob of ketchup off to the side, and the buns were chewy. The current state of most fast food establishments in Nat is truly disappointing. It's clear that standards have declined noticeably, and as a result, many of these places appear to be closing their doors one after another. read more

Honestly, service is trash. The young woman working the window rolled her eyes several times as she talked to us. Got a McFlurry and meal. This is the mcflurry... ice cream topped with Oreos. Mentioned it to staff in which we were told we could not be assisted. They proceeded to make us park for another 30 minutes waiting for the meal to be ready. This is crazy read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The wait for service is ridiculous. Some young, female manager named diamond(Name Tag), Walks off for 10 minutes while theres costumers are still in line. The only problem its only 3 people inside in line. I think I'll spend my money on something more professional next time. Defeats the purpose of fast food. This place does not value your money. My daughter and I took our grandkids to eat at the McDonald's on Keyser Avenue, Wednesday, August 24, at 5 p.m. We got all the kids out of the car and into the building and stood at the counter for several minutes. We could see people in the back. Finally one person, not so nicely, yelled at us that they did not have enough workers to take orders and we would have to go thru the drive thru. I asked why the doors were open and there is no sign on the door stating this. But I got no answer. We then had to load all the kids back into the car and find another place to eat. We will not go to this McDonald's again. My husband and I played bingo with the Natchitoches Parish Council on Aging at this McDonald's on August 22 at 9 a.m. and we had great service. I guess only the nice people work the early shifts. read more

Thinking that because it was late, the workers might be tired or annoyed etc... however after going to this establishment again and trying it out, I've noticed the same, lack of detail, care, and respect. We stopped at the location in Natchitoches La today on our way back to Texas from New Orleans. First, let me say that the store was very clean and well-maintained. But the customer service - sheesh! When we walked in there was no one at the counter so after a couple minutes we decided to order on the kiosk. We then took the table number and went to a table (no cups yet for our drinks). After awhile, we realized we had been waiting for a long time and not received our food. At this point it has been 23 minutes (verifiable). So I went to the counter to ask. The cashier was taking the order of another employee and then proceeded to take the order of yet another employee while I stood to the side completely ignored and not even acknowledged. When the employees had finished ordering and moved aside I stepped up to the counter and had to initiate the conversation - where is my food? I had to tell her what we had and ask for cups. Those employees began receiving their orders before I even walked away. When I did get my order, about 5 min later, one burger was incorrect so I had to take it back and have it remade (still came back wrong but I ate it anyway). The cashier said a total of maybe 5 semi-unintelligible words throughout my entire interaction with her. No apology, no nothing. I was seething when I left! I'm usually not one to complain because I work in a restaurant and KNOW how customers can be. & I know how it feels to be busy working and accidentally forget something! But yesterday I came through the drive through and PAID for two sweet and sour sauces. Got up to the window and asked for two extra, (Because they always forget it). she said "it's in the bottom of the bag". I said okay and drove away. Got to my house, NO SAUCE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG. EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR IT. went back tonight, PAID FOR FOUR....FOUR SWEET AND SOUR SAUCES....got all the way home and yep you guessed it. Wasn't in the bag.. It would be one thing if I wouldn't have PAID FOR IT. but they literally CHARGE me for sauce and didn't give it to me. TWO DAYS IN A ROW. I'm tired of eating dry French fries.... why is McDonald's employees so stingey with their sauce???? Just moved to town and ordered the most simple item on the menu: a double cheeseburger. But they somehow messed up my order, not sure how. I enjoy it with everything on it yet no pickles or onions on it. I went back tonight and they got it wrong again? I'm not sure how!! Not to mention I waited at the window for 10 mins to get my food. this mcdonald's SLAPS. fries are crispy. nuggets are juicy. burger was BIG sMACking. dr pepper was refreshing. and the environment was clean and chic. not to mention, i got to watch maury while i enjoyed my meal. 10/10 would recommend. read more
