Not all Mac's are created the same. This one I avoid unless I am dying for a quick smoothie after a long shopping spree at Walmart (next door). Bluntly: service consistently sucks. Last time, I waited for 30 minutes (no joke) on a smoothie and sundae, then the guy forgets (with me standing in front of him) and I have to remind him? They were not even busy! This mcdonalds is next to my house so its considered the "spot" for a quick meal and fatboy craving. Had the double cheeseburger, 6 piece nuggets, fries, and coke. This is a nice location and updated inside (their indoor tables are interactive "electronically"). The service is average and never had any problems here. Tip: order your fries with NO salt, and you'll always get hot/fresh fries. Typically, I order this and add a smidge of salt after the fact. read more

I ordered two meals with a soda each. I asked for medium and they made the meals large. The sodas we received were flat so we drove back just to get 2 more flat sodas. I go inside to fill them up from the other soda machine, I get cut off by an employee filling up 4 large drinks before me. I go to the other side of the machine to use the coke and he says it doesn't work. So I had to continue to wait for him to get out of the way. All the sodas were not carbonated. The employee mentioned that it's been like that since yesterday. Why would they not mention, before buying, that all their carbonated drinks were not carbonated. The fries were not salted, and my sandwich had no condiments on it, just two pickles. Pathetic excuse for a McDonald's. Just go to a different one! read more

This place is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have been going there 3-4 times per week for the last 2 months. I always go through the drive thru. Lately - 4 times in 3 weeks they gave me the wrong item. Then another time they tell me to wait in stall 3, wait is 4 minutes and I go only to find out dries are cold. Seriously? Perfectly awful - shame on you, staff at McDonalds. The cinnamon melt was overheated in microwave and came out dry on top , rubbery on bottom and terrible. Got a Big Mac that must of been out for hours...the bun was rock hard. Staff usually a bit rude even when being overly nice especially using drive through. They could really care less about your order and have had to go back twice for the wrong order. Some staff have been really pleasant...it's hit or miss. I don't go to this location any longer. There is NO ordering from a live person anymore. McDonald's in Naples now has giant computers in which one must place their order inside! After scrolling and scrolling adding and subtracting condiments, we finally finished and received our total. Since our gift card did not cover the amount of our purchase, we had to wait until the only person at a register came around to re-do our payment at the register. This took approx 10 minutes to order. Our fries were cold, the Coke was flat and the McFlurry was incorrect. Terrible with NO customer service! What was wrong with quick, efficient customer service?
