Went here on Tuesday February 17th 2026 for a much needed lunch with my dad. Got in and ordered via the machine. I ordered a mcchicken sandwich no mayo, and a shamrock shake. My dad also got a shamrock shake and some kind of sandwich. Everything was fine with the machine until we had to pay, but luckily the girl was pleasant and we were able to pay with her in the front at the register. Paid via a credit card and what service here, as they actually bring everything to the table. Tables and dining room was also clean and presentable. We picked out a table and sat down. Also used the restroom this visit, and it was small and only had 3 stalls, but was clean! Food arrived in a fast manner. Enjoyed both the shamrock shake and the chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich actually tasted fresh. Maybe they made a fresh one with no mayo. Either way it was enjoyable for fast food. Would come here again if we are near here! read more

We were in the drive through line for about 30 minutes, the lady came in and asked about rewards member two different times and didn't come back for a third one, we then removed ourselves and came inside where we have been for about 25 minutes still waiting for food. The line was wrapping around. Some other people stated that they had paid for their food almost 40 minors prior to coming up here and let them know how long it had been, they took his ticket and walked over to the table in the food preparation area, picked it up along with the cold coffee and bewitched it to he and his wife, but she had to request that they fix the drink. They have been fine now about 10 minutes and we're still waiting.. which is over 30 minutes now and we're still waiting. They don't seem to be concerned with the customers at all. Just got out and only two cups when there should have been three. We will not patron here again. The hospitality was little to none. read more

I paid $50 for an order, and it was incorrect in several ways. The staff used foul language, some items that were supposed to be available were not, and the food was poorly cooked. The fries were cold, even though we dined in. They also didn't provide us with our receipt after we asked for it, and the tea machines were not cleaned. read more

These people have put a sign on the door (see photos) limiting your stay to 30 minutes but they take half of that to get you your food. You'd think that with the volume they should do here that you'd get fresher food but the buns are always stale and the lettuce way beyond prime. In a town with 1600 places to eat and way over a few McDonald's, they have real chutzpah limiting eating time while dining on their cheap crap. Wow!! Incredibly slow, and I went twice in one day! Actually, in the morning, no one ever came on the speaker to take our order. This was at 6:30am. We sat there about five minutes. There were a couple cars in the lot, but no one appeared to be inside. No telling what was happening. Then, later in the day around 4:30pm, we came back for dinner. It did take about 3 minutes for someone to take our order, but this was after waiting about 5 minutes PER CAR in the line (I counted as they moved up). Something really needs to be done about this mess of a restaurant. read more

Absolutely horrible experience today. I had begun to return to this location after their remodel because there seemed to be a new focus on service and order accuracy with the new look. Unfortunately my last two visits have shown a return to the lackluster attitude regarding getting the orders right and friendly management promoting goodwill to the customers. I ordered two meals. Two sandwiches, two large fries and two large drinks. I received one large drink and one medium drink and I was shorted a large fry. I asked to talk to the manager and James told me I had not been rung up for one of the fries and never acknowledged the inaccuracy of the drinks. He told me to get back in line if I wanted to order another order of fries. When I asked him if he was going to let me leave angry over an order of fries he shrugged and said, "I'm not giving you free fries if that's what you want." It seems there was a lot of money wasted on a pretty building but no money has been spent on training. read more

I had a hungry 3 year old grand daughter that was starved and wanted nuggets only.We had to knock on the door where 3 employees were sitting to see a manager about a hamburger that's bun was so hard it couldn't have been ate.Whoever owns this location should check in and see what's going on.I will never ever try this place again.I would give it a zero if possible!! SLOWEST MCDONALD'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO I pulled up to the restaurant at around 12:30am and was greeted by a line that didn't appear to be very long. The drive-thru had a two lane feature. So I got in line. I waited for about 15 minutes and moved up one car length. While I looked around waiting to move in line I was entertained by retards sticking their feet out the windows of the cars and workers taking out the trash while they picked their noses. I bet those employees have never seen a boob in their lives. It's just sad. Bummer. Oh well, more for me ;). The food orders are wrong 90% of the time and when you call either the number for the store or the the number on the receipt about the fact you were charged for items and didn't receive them they don't answer and don't return calls. I have never been to a McDonalds where the employees were so kind, friendly and generally seemed like they enjoyed their job! The food was very hot and fresh, but the people were fantastic! The young lady who was working the drive through was very sweet and patient, you could hear her smile even through the speaker!!! She was also very efficient while taking orders and payment. The kind young man who handed me the food was also smiling and very pleasant and accommodating. They seemed to truly care about customer service. It's hard to come by these days, and honestly they actually made my day better with their upbeat and wonderful attitudes. If their manager happens to read this, I was at the drive through on Wednesday 2/12/20 around 4pm. I didn't catch their names, but McDonalds is lucky to have such great employees!! Thank you!!! This McDonald's makes me sick the way they operate. I sat in line for 50 minutes while cars cut in front, and received orders well before I did. When i brought it to the managers attention she rolled her eyes and said there are two lines for a reason. I was blocked in and I watched several cars try to enter the parking lot to get in line that simply couldn't because of this "second line". The manager is a disrespectful soul with the incapacity to handle her shift issues. Not only that but my order was wrong in the end too. Ok this 5 is in the fast food category. This McDonald's is much improved and remodeled from last year. All of their employees look and act professional. Kudos to the hiring manager for hiring a professional staff. We used the app to order and then went and parked. This actually worked. Amazing. Just went through the drive-thru. Ordered the new Sweet & Spicy Chicken Tenders. After paying for the food the girl at window said "ok, it will be 20 minutes. Please pull up to the next window." What? 20 minutes for chicken tenders? I thought this was supposed to be fast food not pull up and wait 20 minutes for your order. I thought maybe they just didn't know I was there so I pulled back around and they watched. I sat there waiting to order and again no answer. Drove back by and there they are just talking still.
