Manage the drive thru better. We are stuck like Chuck at 10 pm trying to get a snack before bed. Nothing complicated. Just a double cheeseburger meal and we have been in this line for ages. Not sure who is manning the drive thru but it's not functional. No movement for 10-15 minutes, maybe more. I usually can get in and out in 5 in Española. What's the problem? Not happy about the wait. I've never in my life have ever went through a McDonald's so many times to get damn silverware & syrup when I order my food. You should be an ashamed to consider yourself a business!!!! Best McDonalds Visit Hands Down Fixed an issue with my mobile order when a certain item couldn't be provided by substituting it for another item The manager April was very kind and helpful with the issue. Me and my friend, order two cheeseburgers, and and instead of a burger, they gave us sausage on them, and they also gave us four and we asked for two. Not to mention the Lady was all so rude. Go to Dunkin' Donuts instead they have better breakfast and better service. read more

I went inside for a quick cheeseburger, skipping the long drive thru. There were five people ahead of me waiting for food. My order went in at 1:08. At 1:25, none of us had our food. I finally got my money back and left, as did a woman who had ordered several minutes before I did. The restaurant appeared fully staffed, but it seemed as though they were solely focused on the drive thru. I've never seen a McDonalds that slow. read more

Orderd a big Mac fries and 2 pies and they make you pull up to the flag pole to clear their window times and try to make them look shorter. It Took 10 minuites to get us a cold big Mac, fries that were not even cooked all the way through and 2 pies that were so old that the staff removed the the experation and time stamp on the pies, unacceptable. I came into this store and was alarmed by what I saw. First, they had a Health Rating of 85% proudly posted on the front door. Second, the customer area floors were completely saturated with grease. Third, the staff seemed more interested in sitting in a booth and chatting. Fourth, the Shift Manager was more interested in talking on her cell to her spouse about "Johnny", her child at a guess. While sitting with my coffee I saw several people nearly fall as they stepped up to place their orders or on the way to the rest room. I talked with several staff members trying to understand why it was a mess. As a former corporate staff member, I found it to be quite disheartening to see. The Owner Operator really needs to step up and deal with this mess of a store. read more

Fries are always cold and when asking for fresh fries, they are anything but. They squish the boxes of fries together and poor fries in making it look full and then drop them in holding "the squish". Then when u open the bag the pictures I have attached is what u get. Looks like Burger King, Little Caesars, Subway, Arby's and Taco Bell are next on the quick meal menu for now. read more

I go to McDonalds every morning on my way to school and Laurie/Lori is always positive and happy. She makes me want to go to McDonalds. She is amazing. She sometimes takes my order then goes to the next window to hand me my food. She never complains. Also, Ethan (works drive thru at night) was also upbeat and positive. He appears to be in his teens and I have never had such great service( with people skills to match ) from a teen employee. My food order is always correct. Just came from the worst McDonald's ever! Ordered a daily double burger and a bacon McDouble! Waited 20 minutes for them and when the person brought them my wife asked what happened and her response was it takes time to make it, well too bad they couldn't make it right by at least getting it Hot instead of being COLD like they were!! I can't even give them one star service in the drive though horrible . When you are trying to place your order you are rushed. " is that All " as you are trying to place your order. Half the time the shake or coffee machine is not working. The person at the window taking your money is unprofessional looking. And talking to another worker about personal problems . If I could give this restaurant negative reviews I would!!!! Horrible horrible horrible service!!! My boyfriend has to walk inside to order because the drive through line is wrapped around the building, I'm waiting in the car with our dog, we only ordered 2 fries, 4 nuggets and a mc. Chicken. 45 MINUTES LATER, I walk in the restaurant to see what's going on, there's 13 people waiting for their food, including my boyfriend. There's a 15 year old girl at the register who's is incredibly rude to all customers, eye rolling, sighing, and an attitude. Two other young girls are working at the front with her and weren't doing a damn thing. Just talking to eachother. There were plenty of employees working so there was no excuse to be that slow. A woman asked for her money back and the 15 year old girl screams, and I mean SCREAMS, for a manager. NEVER go here. This place is horrible. read more

I am being very generous giving them two stars. Their food, for the most part is not hot, nor fresh. If you get a late night snack attack, forget this McDonalds, you will be waiting in a long line and it will take forever at the drive-thru, also you'd better check your bag to make sure everything you ordered is in there because they are notorious for leaving something out. Mt. Washington McDonalds is the closest one to us, but sometimes we go to the McDonalds in Taylorsville because it is so much better (although farther away from my house off Hwy.44). This is the worse McDonalds ever! The drive-thru never goes in order which makes me angry. They are quite often not able to serve sodas, milk shakes, and ice cream. And 9 out of 10 times the order is not correct. I've decided not to go here after living in town for 20+ years. I wish others would do the same so that they would change. Placed my order at the kiosk. Guy Who brought my food was really nice. He told me that they were making my cherry pies and that he would bring them to me when they were ready. I ate my food and waited for the pies. Finally had to go up to the counter and tell them that I have not gotten my cherry pies . We ordered door dash for McDonald's and the order was incorrect. The 6 piece buttermilk chicken tender meal came with 4 pieces and the bacon ranch grilled chicken salad was not in the order. In it's place was a grilled chicken sandwich with only bacon and ranch. Guess proofreading what was ordered and not making sure the order was correct was too stressful for the person who filled our order. Not surprised with this McDonald's though unfortunately. The girl at the counter flat out ignored my elderly grandmother as she tried to correct the order she put in wrong. She blatantly ignored her talking with her friends who were not buying anything. We eventually got our order fixed and come to find out a corporate head was there weeding out the ones dragging down the restaurant. Needless to say both my order and her pink slip were sorted out. read more
