If I could give 0 stars I would! EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from the Mount Vernon location my order is wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! Even my drinks will be wrong!!!! The food is sloppily thrown together and it's never what I ordered! If I order a caramel frappe, I get a mocha with caramel and mocha drizzle! It's not hard to read a screen and get someone's order right...I've worked in fast food before and know it's possible so why can't these people get it right!!!! Worst service ever. Me and my fiancee ordered a number 7 add Mac sauce with a sweet tea (made it a large) and ordered just a large fry and a large Powerade for $15. We went up to the window paid and got no receipt back. We drove to the next window to get our stuff and they asked us what we got and I told them. The guy behind the girl said "we don't have Powerade" one they didn't tell me that at the window so I told them ok I'll get a Dr Pepper. Then we got our food a drinks I looked and the bag and I said "I'm missing another large fry" the guy in the back goes "it's in the bag" with an attitude as he rolled his eyes. I said "yeaa but we also ordered another large fry" they asked for the receipt and we told them "they didn't give us one" so they winded up giving us a large fry The fact is I wasn't pulling out my butt that we ordered a large fry cause it wasn't going to cost $15 for a number 7 and two drinks. Very rude the girl was sweet, seems like she was in training. But I wouldn't recommend going there cause we aren't going there again it was just a quick stop after dropping off my step daughter. read more

Was so excited to see the new McDonalds set up. I did a full video of the touch screens!!!! So I'm standing there waiting on my order, watching as the manager politely hands everyone their food. "Here ya go ma'am." "Here ya go sir," FOOD IN THEIR HAND!!! When my food comes up, he calls my number, throws it on the counter and walks away. IT'S SO OBVIOUS!!! People don't realize that you notice little shit like this & it's frustrating. I'm in this random city traveling alone, stopping at this Mickey D's for a power nap, toilet break and food. I didn't want nasty attitude with it. I hate to say this, but this wouldn't have bothered me nearly as much if he hadn't been Hispanic. My mother and I are traveling to a sudden funeral we stopped at this McDonald's location and wasted about 15mins when it supposed to be quick I got horrible service from the manager Delfano including a picture of this so called manager he waited to finish joking with the little blonde drive thru worker after a few mins he came over I gave my order sat down and waited 7mins went by for our 4 cheeseburgers when I asked his average time his reply was we were busy but we were the only customers and the drive thru had one car we needed the restrooms so we came inside after we got our food they forgot our coffee and had a bad attitude when we asked for the items we purchased all in all you represent this company in the worst way I will be calling corporate thanks for the dry salty burgers that were a waste needless to say burger king was the better choice! read more

Cons: Ordered four cheeseburgers, my friend ordered two mcdoubles, all of our buns were stale, someone's burger had a bun that was super hard and stale. We used the help your self stations to pay for a sundae and ice cream only to find out after waiting that they didn't have ice cream. So we had to get wait to get a refund.
