We then had to sit for 5 minutes to receive menus, after another 10 minutes no one even came to the table to take orders. We all left without any service and went to Milano's where they were brilliant. They cannot use the excuse that they were busy as they were not. She does not belong in customer service with her kind of attitude. I genuinely hope she loses her job. I now doubt that I will continue to be a valued customer after so many years because of this one woman.
