Took them 5-6 minutes to even ask me what I wanted at the drive thru and I was the only one in line. I always get the big one with chili n cheese combo. It's my go to. Fries cold, burger not much over room temp. Maybe had 2 tablespoons of temped chili if it. Hamburger Meat was overcooked, almost crunchy it was so over cooked. This was the worst of the 4-5 times of eating there and sadly will be my last. They just don't seem to care. Most people I know are like me. They love Wards but have stopped going to this location. It was the first thing I ordered. My wife tried to go inside and the door was locked. Door said dining room closed at 10pm but it was locked and some of lights were off. They reluctantly opened the door. My wife told them we didn't get our sandwich and the girl at counter argued with her that she didn't hear us order it. Ironically, one employee, who was sitting in the dining room, heard us order it. She reluctantly asked had an employee make it (and did not key it into her terminal), but told my wife she would have to pay "cash". My wife said no because we knew she had no intent on putting that money in the drawer.
