I told them I wanted Ham, Bacon, and Pepper Jack cheese ( I didn't even taste the cheese) not once did I ask for an egg, when I told them what I wanted I looked at my phone for a minute waiting for it to be done and toasted. The egg just tasted bad. Then on top of that I wanted some lemonade so I got some then I drove back home, then when I was ready to eat I ate then got to the last half then I tasted the egg, so I wanted to wash it out, the lemonade was plan water and I didn't push down the water tab, it was plan water, my sandwiches have never been like this or did the person working put something I didn't ask for on my sandwich, by far the worst service I had. And I looked away for 5 seconds cause I got a notification then they put the egg on, and I can't eat eggs from restaurants or from fast food restaurants because they will make me sick. I never asked for the egg I never wanted the egg, I wanted lemonade and I didn't get lemonade, and the entire sandwich just tasted watery, it was just terrible, but I ate it cause I haven't had anything to eat excepto the part with the egg, and I couldn't even take the egg out it was put right in the middle of the sandwich.

The ambiance here is pretty much what you would expect from a fast-food restaurant. It is definitely a no-frills type of place, but that is cool enough. This is mot any kind of fancy place, but again, it offers a simple fast-food meal of burgers and hot dogs. The service here was decent enough. Again, it is a fast-food restaurant, so I won't set the bar too high and I will grade it as a fast-food restaurant. Ward's has been around since the late 1970's, so they must be doing something right. This particular Ward's allowed me to get in and out in no time flat and I was back on my merry way.

Took them 5-6 minutes to even ask me what I wanted at the drive thru and I was the only one in line. I always get the big one with chili n cheese combo. It's my go to. Fries cold, burger not much over room temp. Maybe had 2 tablespoons of temped chili if it. Hamburger Meat was overcooked, almost crunchy it was so over cooked. This was the worst of the 4-5 times of eating there and sadly will be my last. They just don't seem to care. Most people I know are like me. They love Wards but have stopped going to this location. It could be booming with business but there's hardly ever a real one in the drive thru thanks to all I mentioned above. You want a good awards burger? Go to Carthage or to either of the ones on Highway 49 between Florence and Hattiesburg. The one just as you get into Hattiesburg never lets me down.
