The ambiance here is pretty much what you would expect from a fast-food restaurant. It is definitely a no-frills type of place, but that is cool enough. This is mot any kind of fancy place, but again, it offers a simple fast-food meal of burgers and hot dogs. The service here was decent enough. Again, it is a fast-food restaurant, so I won't set the bar too high and I will grade it as a fast-food restaurant. Ward's has been around since the late 1970's, so they must be doing something right. This particular Ward's allowed me to get in and out in no time flat and I was back on my merry way.

Big chili dog was a little over two dollars. $2.39, I believe. It was not a bad size for the hot dog. I would guess that it was probably a hot dog that came ten to a pound. As you can see from the picture, it did look a little sloppy. Really, there's nothing wrong with a sloppy hot dog. Didn't say anything, just stuck the bags out to me like it was an inconvenience we were there. We check the order and immediately see a problem. We ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich. It was the first thing I ordered. My wife tried to go inside and the door was locked. Door said dining room closed at 10pm but it was locked and some of lights were off. They reluctantly opened the door. My wife told them we didn't get our sandwich and the girl at counter argued with her that she didn't hear us order it. Ironically, one employee, who was sitting in the dining room, heard us order it. She reluctantly asked had an employee make it (and did not key it into her terminal), but told my wife she would have to pay "cash". My wife said no because we knew she had no intent on putting that money in the drawer. These employees, with the exception of one who made the chicken sandwich, were very immature, rude and unprofessional. I truly hope some changes get made here!!! I only put one star because it made me. They don't deserve any star.
