We pull up to order, and the girl asks me to wait. After about 5 minutes, I start placing my orders. I ask for sweet tea with one of my items, and they don't have any. I ask for onion rings with another one, and they don't have any. I pull up and pay. As I'm waiting for my card back, the girl at the window and another employee are arguing about something. I get my drinks and she asks me to pull up and they will bring my orders out to me. We wait for about 10 minutes and someone brings my order to us. Didn't say anything, just stuck the bags out to me like it was an inconvenience we were there. We check the order and immediately see a problem. We ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich. It was the first thing I ordered. My wife tried to go inside and the door was locked. Door said dining room closed at 10pm but it was locked and some of lights were off. They reluctantly opened the door. My wife told them we didn't get our sandwich and the girl at counter argued with her that she didn't hear us order it. Ironically, one employee, who was sitting in the dining room, heard us order it. She reluctantly asked had an employee make it (and did not key it into her terminal), but told my wife she would have to pay "cash". My wife said no because we knew she had no intent on putting that money in the drawer. These employees, with the exception of one who made the chicken sandwich, were very immature, rude and unprofessional. I truly hope some changes get made here!!! I only put one star because it made me. They don't deserve any star.

The manager in the evening, Janice Lofton, should not be any where around any customers. The level of disdain in her eyes and mannerisms will make your skin crawl. Not once did she look me in the eyes or try to address any issues, just pure hatred and utter contempt for the guest. My wife has had the same issues with her numerous times in the evenings as well. We like to order food for our employees and run by and pick it up but not any more. Till Ms Lofton is dealt with I will never step back in this location.
