I ordered a dirty dr pepper and I got a dirty coke and I ordered ranch and only got 2 for my nuggets and fries.

I made the mistake of coming to this McDonalds after past disappointments and again was disappointed with the service. We ordered using the app and chose table service and when we got into the restaurant we were prompted to enter the table number which we did. We chose table service because we're in our late 60s and it's not so easy to get around anymore. 15 minutes passed with no food so I walked up to the counter and found that our food was sitting there getting cold in a take out bag with the table number and the words DINE IN clearly printed on the receipt and the food was cold. We understand that some businesses can have bad days but the number of bad experiences at this restaurant make it a NEVER AGAIN. No more chances. read more

McDonald's - The non mini McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Mooresville, North Carolina

This location is absolute garbage. Everybody in front of me got pulled to a parking place and had to wait on their food and so did I. After waiting 10 minutes on my food they finally brought it out. I opened the bun to find no hamburger patty on any of the sandwiches I took it back in and got a refund. I will never go back here again. The customer service is horrible, the staff is rude and even if you order one thing you get pulled to wait 10 minutes. Their drive time is more important than their customers sitting in a parking spot forever waiting on them to get it together. read more

I don't know all your names, but to the Mother's Day Sunday evening whole squad: thank you for showing up and showing out when it was busiest. Y'all deserve a raise, a playlist upgrade, and a round of applause. If management sees this: please recognize your team. They're golden. Like the arches. read more

This McDonald's is so hit or miss. It's never great or exceptional, just good at best. I don't know if they're short staffed or don't know how to run the place back there, but they can be SO SLOW at night. I've waited 15-20+ minutes in the drive thru before my order was even taken. Tonight we waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru and our order wasn't even taken yet, which was to just give the code for a mobile order. We just canceled the order and left. I get if they're short staffed or someone called out, I've worked at Chick-fil-A for multiple years and we still get orders out within 15 minutes when we're down 4 people. If it's the owner not staffing enough, an extra $15 an hour will significantly increase your sales and speed of service. This is anything but fast food. read more

Number one.. This McDonalds is a nightmare to get into. The drive-thru causes you to become stuck if you use the left lane and there are too many people.. I ordered on the app and did not get all of my order. I paid three dollars for a mcflurry, so where is my mcflurry? I've been inside this mcdonald's too and there's nothing special here. It's the modern mess that they all are becoming. Bathrooms were gross. read more

Its not open 24hours, was just sitting in drive thru for 5 minutes, I called because why isnt my order being taken, for some rude woman to answer and say closed for maintenance and was she supposed to sit there with a headphone on all night and let people know they are closed..... I don't understand the stupid. read more

Best one I've found recently I had just about written off McDonald's as a dining option because it takes forever just to place an order, get served and the order to be right. The new one on the West Side of Statesville is good but when I went there, the trainers were still there. This one has been around for a number of years but for me, it's a bit out of the way. Today I was in the area and even though I was pressed for time, I gave it a shot. A lot of traffic and crowded lot but they run this location like a well oiled machine. Double drive though. traffic moves well. From time of entering the row of traffic till I picked up my lunch was less than five minutes. And to top it off, the order was correct, the food was hot and except for the fries being a bit underdone, it was delicious. The cashier at the first window could not have been nicer and friendly I wish they were all this way.. read more

McDonald's - the front of a mcdonald's restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Mooresville, North Carolina

Good location in town for a quick in and out Saturday morning. Ample parking with matching dining room space - both of which are kept tidy despite the considerable traffic. McFood is what you expect and costs are about the same; nothing real exiting but never a major disappointment. I'm starting to develop a taste for the biscuit-sandwiches lately and not sure that's a good sign. Regardless, it's about once in five weeks for coffee and an egg sandwich. Not sure what's up with the coffee, the taste seems to have improved some but I couldn't tell you how exactly or when but I am pretty sure that it is getting better. BTW: sometimes there's a wait for snacks but not too often or too long. See you next month!! read more

Yet again, worst food I've ever eaten, more mayo on my mcchicken than actual chicken, horrid service and freezing cold fries.

This place has to be the worst McDonald's on the planet. They never give the nugget sauces, even after they ask what sauce you want with you nuggets. Burger meat was burnt and the bun was hard. This was after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. I highly recommend you do not waste your time or money on this dump. Not even worth a one star. They give McDonalds a bad name. read more

Rude. Went through the drive through and they couldn't get us out of there fast enough. Messed up the order. Acted like we were holding them up when we tried asking for sauce since they didn't. Got home and noticed the order was wrong. Called to see about simply having it refunded....instead, they want me to drive all the way back, a 30min drive so they can see what adjustments need to be made..... $3 sandwich that they can't refund to my card without seeing my receipt. read more

None of the workers were wearing masks. I have been to this location several times in the last two weeks between 9p-11p to pick up orders, and the staff is rude and unprofessional. The cashiers at the drive tru doesn't have the friendly smile at McDonald's like it bothered her texting on the phone to take our order of 2 large cokes and just said pull around to the window duh which one out of 3 the. Waves like go in now we are done like disgust I know it was $2.14 but I gave you $2.25 I would like my change and decide where I put it but without making a scene I figured she may need it for her rude unsocial skills read more

I keep going there but this is the last time. They never get the order right. Nothing but a bunch of really stupid people working at this McDonalds or there screwing up on purpose. Hard to believe that many idiots could work in the same place. We made two orders and the only thing right was the fries. They did the same thing to us last week. Try Burger King down the street a lot better. Poor service, poor quality. NEVER AGAIN read more

Don't bother. "Fast" is simply not in this Fast Food Restaurant's bio. They have changed everything to automated self service kiosks inside and the drive through was down to 1 lane wrapped around the building. Maybe they are just going through transition pains. But avoid at all costs if you need to grab a quick meal. Ugh! read more

Love this McDonald's because their ice cream machine is always working! Not like the other store down the road across from Lowe's. The ONLY reason I even try that one is it is closer to my house! Love you guys on Limerick, but could you teach the other store how to not jack up their shake maker so I don't have to drive so far when I am in a hurry? Otherwise I'll see ya again soon! read more

McDonald's - Drive Thru. - Burgers Near Me - Mooresville, North Carolina

Went to McDonald's today between 5:30-6:00 pm. A employee behind the drive through window person blurted out a curse word; particularly the F' word. It was random and scared not only my mom, but my eight year old niece. Also no napkins and they asked what sauce we would like for nuggets, but we didn't get those either. So me, my mom and my niece heard someone burst out yelling "WTF", we didn't get napkins and any sauce. The food was there at least one greasy and was warm. I would say take the ten minutes and drive to the McDonald's that's closer to the highway. read more

Only take cash after a certain time. Have been here multiple times before and it's been that way also rude. The wait for food is ridiculous

Absolutely pathetic excuse of a restaurant. Food takes forever and is usually wrong, customer service is a complete joke (the manager actually had the audacity to ROLL HER EYES) at me, they take mobile orders and just magically "lose" them, then charge you to replace the order they "lost". Terrible place that I would rather eat my foot to avoid going to again. read more

This place sucks. The past 3 times I've been there I've have to pull up through the drive thru Bc my order wasn't ready, and they've either forgot my order or they get it wrong as I sit in curbside spot and wait 10-15 mins for my food. Get your shit together read more

This a copy of complaint I recently filed with McDonald's. I am not sure exactly what happened that contaminated The burger. I would hate to think it was deliberate! No one could know what happened or the conditions that led to this incident. Complaint: "Easter Sunday I drove through drive thru. I ordered a double quarter cheese meal and mcdouble plain. They then prompted me to pull forward to wait for fries. There was no one else in line at time so I refused. Once getting home I took two bites of Double Quarter pounder then opened to take onions off. I noticed as it had pile of onions. About 4 times normal amount. When I removed Onions I noticed dirt lint and other debris. This had been covered up by the onions. If I had not removed the onions I would have never seen the debris that the onions were covering. I called the local McDonald's and was furious. She tried to explain it away. In reality there are only 2 reasons for this. It was either purposely sabotaged, or the McDonalds is filthy. I will be checking with health dept and whoever else needs to be involved to make sure this never happens again to other innocent customers." read more

My wife and I placed an online order and waited in the parking lot for more than 20 minutes for our food. I think it's a little ridiculous to have to wait that long on food. The quality of the food is what you pay for but service through the drive-thru is horribly slow. I got there this morning at 4:30 and nobody was in the drive-thru so I thought that this would be a quick stop. Nope, it was about 15 minutes later and I was on my way. read more

Good food but not great, friendly and extremely efficient customer service, during rushes!

This is the third time we have been at this McDonalds and they couldn't get it right. Tonight they had us pull forward to wait for our food. Sometime later we saw a girl in the store going through a bag that was probably ours. The girl came out and gave the bag to the wrong car. The recipient took the bag back inside, so the same girl took the bag to a second car (not ours). They refused it after going through the bag. Finally, the bag was brought to us. We told them we didn't want a bag that had been gone through by three different people. She went back inside. After waiting a bit we drove off. It wasn't worth it. Who know. Maybe the next order we would receive would have someone's spit on it. read more

I have no complaints when I go early in the morning or for lunch. I love the crew that works during that time frame. Plus they're super efficient. However, going anytime after 4 is a freaking nightmare! Night shift clearly doesn't care about their work ethics or customers. I took my aunt there for dinner and we sat and waited for 40 mins for food. I went up a couple of different times to ask how much longer. All the employees were either goofing off or casually "chillin" in the drive thru. Not one employee who looked at me asked if I needed help. When my food was brought out they didn't give us our fries. I then went up again for the third time and the young lady nearest to the counter turned toward me, rolled her eyes, then turned her back to me. The manager noticed and asked if they could help me. I explained I was missing two large fries. She apologized and said she would bring out fresh ones when they were done. About 15 mins later I went back up and retrieved the fries because I was forgotten about. Absolutely horrendous night shift. But morning shift is where it's at! read more
