So I pull up into a long line already and order of course they forget the chicken nuggets because there little brains can't proses more then 2 orders at a time. So my boyfriend gos to go in and get them with the Receipt!!!! And the doors were locked ???? I've gone in there late late at night and the doors are always open so we get BACK IN LINE THATS A MILE LONG. And wait about 30 min pull up and say y'all forgot our food they said okay. I go here quite often in the evenings. The food is always hot, but can be slow if too busy. Has kiosks to order from which are pretty handy. Inside is typically clean but not perfect. Workers are usually friendly. Sometimes they don't take your food out to you as they're supposed to if it's too busy. Other than that, this place isn't too bad. read more

Worst McDonalds in the state and thats saying something. Waited in line for 20 minutes for a chicken nugget meal and a coke. Gave me about half an order of medium fries and a diet coke. .1/10 drive the additional couple miles to the one in norman, trust me. read more

Used the drive thru on this visit. Once I place the order proceeded to the 1st window and paid. As I pulled up to the 2nd window and looked at my receipt I notice that there was an error in the meal that I requested. To begin they did acknowledge of making the change or correction to my meal and had me Pull up and wait for the order to be redone. As I'm driving home and get to my residence I pulled the meal from the bag and notice that they in fact did the order wrong again. I tried to call them several times as they did not answer the phone. Currently I'm stuck with a meal that I can't eat. Out of the four meals one is completely wrong and since my kids are allergic to 1 of the ingredients in that meal I'm gonna have to throw it away. Obviously I don't wanna throw it away but this location needs to pay more attention to the meals that they are preparing. Also make sure that it's right on the receipt and just follow the receipt is too easy. read more

This McDonald's has to have the WORST night crew. Whenever I come here later than 8 PM, they are always so rude, my order is messed up or cold EVERY time, and they always take so long even when their is nobody else in line. I went through tonight and had a mobile order and chose curbside pickup. I get there and put in the curbside number, and I sat there for 30 MINUTES with nothing. I thought "oh maybe there busy." Look back and not a single car in the drive thru, nobody in the lobby since it's closed and I have not gotten my food or had anybody communicate with me. So I back out and go through the drive thru because I'm tired of waiting. I get to the intercom and tell them I had a mobile order and have been sitting in the curbside for 30 mins, and a gentleman goes "oh you have a mobile order, okay pull up to the first window please". So I pull up and they ask for an order code, I tell them I didn't get one since I chose to do curbside originally. The, I'm assuming manager, is very rude and keeps demanding the code and I keep telling her I don't have it. So the gentleman (who has very polite the whole time) asks what my order is so he can get everything sorted out. I hand him my phone to show him and he asks me to go to the second window and he'll give me my food when it's done. So I go to the second window and my food HAD BEEN SITTING THERE ALREADY DONE. Looks like it had been sitting there for a minute too because the bag was folded closed, drinks were done and condiments were already in the bag. So the gentleman hands me my food and I ask him if my daughter got her sauce for her nuggets happy meal, he says yes. He notices that her toy was wrong (in the app you can pick what toy you get) so he mentions it to another lady who was at the drive thru. This woman and the manager look at him and say "we don't have any girl toys" he tells them they just got a shipment in THAT morning and he knows we have some, so the ladies again look at him and immediately complain "it's late, she can't be picky, I wanna go home, I have dogs at home that miss me" normally I wouldn't care, you know whatever, but I lost my cool. This is not how customer service works! I didn't do anything to you! It's not my fault, so don't be rude to me! Manager looked like she was either Mexican or native (I'm assuming) and the other lady (dog lady) has blonde, shaved half hair. WORST, MOST RUDE night time crew I've ever met! If y'all are planning on going to the McDonald's on 19th street in Moore, Don't. I caught the cashier lady (Shanon) in the drive thru taking a picture of my Debit card on Snapchat. And when I confronted her manager (Rebecca) about the situation, her manager denied the whole thing saying she wouldn't do that and that she didn't have a photo on her phone of my card. Even though I could see the ladies phone screen and saw my card on it. I called the police and they have been notified of the situation, and the cop who took the report was able to perfectly describe the cashier lady with no description from me, because he had suspected her of doing the same exact thing to him a few weeks prior. I've also called McDonald's corporate office and filed a complaint through them. Was called a week later and told that all they were going to do was suspend "Shanon" for three days as a punishment for having her phone out while working the cash register. So AVOID this McDonald's if you don't want to risk your debit/credit card being photographed. read more

Stopped here after a college football game on the way back home. It was around midnight. There wasn't many customers so we thought it would be quick. Ended up taking forever. The food that the rest of my party ordered was fine. But two of us ordered Mcflurries. After everyone had received their stuff I was still waiting on mine. I went to ask and they told me I didn't pay for it so I wouldn't be getting mine. After presenting my receipt showing that I had she tried to give me the incorrect kind. I got her to make another one but at this point she gave a half empty mcflurry. They are the small 8 oz cups and when I pointed it out, the response was to take what I got and leave.
