The food was fine. The service was the thing that made this experience so negative, unfortunately. When we got our food, the guy forgot to give us our sodas so we had to go back and get them (that could he considered both of our faults so it's not so bad). However, when we get to our hotel to eat, our quarter pounder had all of the toppings when we asked for it to be plain. We had also ordered a chicken big mac and when we reached for it, there were two filet o fish (I am allergic to fish!) so I ended up having to buy from someplace else to be able to have dinner. As for the ambience, we went through the drive through so I cannot comment on that. Overall, sucky experience, I left disappointed and hope that they fix their customer service!!! read more

I was trying to order at the drive thru and this black guy taking my order didn't even have the mental capacity to do that. I try ordering and using my app and I give him the code and he just doesn't say anything and I go did you need me to repeat the code? And then he goes "I got the code" rudely. Then I tell him what Item I wanted for the code I just gave him and more silence. I asked hello several more times before just driving off. McDonalds is consistently bad at every location. And to the managers at this location whoever that black guy is taking orders should not be you're losing business because of his incompetence. read more

They didn't get our order right and kept rejecting to give us the correct things we ordered until they finally found the ticket , the whole time a black lady I think her name was Felicia , was screaming every second at the employees we could literally hear her through the windows , highly inappropriate to be acting like that . I went into the location to make my order at the counter. It was a simple order of two baskets in a small cheeseburger. After 25 minutes, they turned to me and asked me what my order. I told them it was on the board and I was the next one up. They said they didn't even know what it was or what should be in it. I am a disabled veteran with severe health problems. When I wanted to voice my complaint, the male manager offered me a refund. I told him I had my grandchildren and they needed to eat. They asked for my receipt so they could get my order ready. They shouted my order to the people in the kitchen. Within three minutes, it was ready. I asked for the district manager's contact number. The male manager said the female manager wrote it on my receipt. When she gave me my order, she claimed she did not have my receipt. They found it on their workstation. The female manager told me she would not give me her district manager's contact number. She said I could call the number and complain at the store later on or I could use a complaint number at the bottom of the receipt. read more

The lady with the neck tattoos needs to go. Ordered 5 McChickens and two iced coffees this morning and only received one. When we told them They told us it was only one when we knew for a fact it was two. She was incredibly rude screaming at us that WE DIDNT ORDER TWO and that they have no register and we are holding up the line mind you we were literally the only ones there lmao and then screamed at us to have a nice day when we pulled off. Pulled back through got our receipt from the first time that showed we clearly paid for two and when we pulled up to pickup of course it was her again. I guess she was incredibly embarrassed because all she had to scream at us that time was "what's up" almost like she wanted to fight us over a fucking coffee. I stopped in at this location yesterday 3-27-24 for breakfast. Ordered through the drive through and was told to pay at first window. The guy who reached his paw out from the window and took my card had some of the dirtiest finger nails I have ever seen. If I had any notion he was the one preparing my food, I would have refused the food and left. Dirty hands and filthy nails are just not OK in food service. Disgusting. This location used to be better, now new manager was very rude this morning. Also their pricing is gone up tremendously and service went down. I did not eat here because of the rude manager. I went to the one on Loop 336 and HWY 105 in the HEB parking lot and better management and the prices were 25 percent less expensive. read more

As a 2 decade lover of McGriddle breakfast sandwiches, my usual order of 2 resulted in me "doubling" over and a voracious "number 2". I'm guessing somebody left the pork patties un-refrigerated for a few days. I can tell the difference between food poisoning effects of bad beef, chicken and pork. If you'd like some rancid McGriddles from Conroe McDonalds, they're only 6.50 a pair for the best abdominal cramps this side of bad oysters....which best describes what comes out the back end directly after the painful cramps. Maybe Lake Conroe McDonald's will start serving mad cow, listeria, E. coli or salmonella. Just remember to ask for ketchup....or just use your own bloody discharge. Golden Ouches? Crappy Meal? This was the first time in many years that I had been to a Mc Donalds. The grandkids were over and I told them Id treat them to McDonalds in Montgomery Texas . We all went granny and 3 kids . The order was wrong . I had ordered a bacon something with beef ..my wife opted to not order anything as we had a big dinner coming up later. They gave me 2 of those burgers with chicken on them ..and an extra order of fries . The kids orders were right. After going back to the counter and waiting in line again they finally made it right ..and gave money back for 2nd one that they charged us for. This is the worst McDonald's EVER and the manager Kyle refused to give me my money back when asked amd refused to give me the name of the drivethru.female as well. I borrowed his pen and took a piece of paper to write down his name so I could file a complaint and I asked him again for my money back and his response was I will give you your money back when you give me my pin that you stole. I stated I did not steal your PIN I borrow your pen to write down some information and I would like to have my money back now. He again refused to give my money back until he got the pin back that I apparently stole I asked for my money again and his response was good luck. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but after going to this location many times and 4/5 times, something is wrong with my order. I get the same thing. 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with double fries, no apples, Dr Pepper and sweet n' sour sauce. They always forget the sauce. Sometimes they forget the extra fries. Sometimes no napkins. This time the sauce, extra fries and napkins were missing. Is it so wrong to expect to get everything you order and paid for? No. Please guys.. Pulled up to the drive through around 9:20-9:25PM. Waited. Said hello. Waited. Said hello. A couple cars behind me now waiting too. At about 9:30 went to pull around to a window. I hear a voice say "welcome to McDonalds". I was already driving off and the car behind me pulled up so I couldn't back up. I get to the window and stop. The girl working the drive through looks at me. Smiles then Proceeds to take the order of the car that was behind me. I wait a few seconds. She never looks back and continues to enter in the order.
