Well for one no grinds in my coffee everytime I get a coffee I get a mouth full of grinds.

I have completely lost faith in this location. I went through the drive-thru, asking for two apple pies and a medium 2 cream coffee. Between the time I got from the PA to the window, my order was changed to mcnuggets. I have a very good command of the English language, and was very audible when giving my order, so I have no idea how they didn't understand. When I received my order, the pies were COLD . I ordered a hot cup of coffee but when I drove away I realized after one sip it was stone cold. I went back with my receipt thinking they would replace it no problem, and to my surprise they wouldn't. Talk about employees who lack basic courtesy and I place rhe blame on McDonald's for hiring these below standard employees in the first place. I'II never go back to this place ever again! read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! McDonalds people are so stupid, at 11:30am I went to McDonalds to order a Big Mac combo and when I pulled up to the pay window, they said I arrived just on time because they had to kick 20 cars out of the drive thru and after I paid, they were just standing around and doing nothing and after 5 minutes of waiting, I went to eat my food and the server's didn't put fries in my bag, They are lucky that I didn't go in there and screamed at them. I've been coming to this drive through for a while now, but I'm about to stop. I roll up to the drive through and am immediately asked if I'm using the app, then I try to order and I'm interrupted by someone who likes the sound of their own voice, the one who speaks in BROKEN English. This McDonald's is terrible. They make you park while they prepare you drive-thru food so they can cheat the timers and skew their numbers for corporate. Today we waited in the parking lot for 20min until we finally gave up, walked in and asked if they were planning on giving us our food. They finally did, impressively they still got the order wrong. If they ask you to pull to the side when you are in the drive-thru just say NO. Otherwise they will forget you. read more

Not a good place to eat. The same annoying obnoxious customers stay here all day and night. They practically live in this restarant. They watch the hockey game at a high volume. They hoot, holler and cuss. Very unpleasent. This is the worst McDonalds in Moncton by far. Wont be back. The Burger King right next door is far superior. read more

This location had amazing night manager tonight! Phoned MacDonalds at 3:30AM to make sure their milkshake machine was still working. Went to MacDonalds and showed up right at 4am when they were switching over to breakfast menu. Nice lady working the drive thru kindly told me that they could not serve milkshakes until after breakfast. I asked to speak to manager, and manager kindly mentioned that she was the one who answered the phone. Night manager said that she should have told me of looming 4am deadline. She offered to make up for the inconvenience by giving my friend and I FREE milkshakes on the spot. Customer service done right and best milkshakes ever. read more

Slowest fast food I've ever went to. Not only did I wait 22 minutes for my meal, I watched people who did the self serve machines get their meals before me. I don't support self serve machines as they put actual people out of jobs. read more

Bought 3 of the New Pesto Chicken Burger combo's. Was missing 1 of the Burgers. I was in Drive thru so I had to turn around go back and ask for the Burger...They asked to see my Receipt, So I go back to my car and look in the bag...No receipt. I have to tell tthen to look into the history of there computer to prove my case. They fucked up and I had to prove myself....This is every time I go here. always an issue with my order... Burger King next door will keep getting my support from now on. Rule #1 in the restaurant business (Customer Service). read more

First of all I only put one star because you have to to rate it.... I want to give it -1000 stars but I guess I'm dreaming, anyway, this location is bad. First thing the workers at night look gross. And by gross I mean as greasy as their fries. My brother got a hamburger with just lettuce bacon and cheese and he got everything on it except for sauce then he went back in the store and told them the mistake and they literally gave him the exact same burger twice now he is too nervous to go back in to get a new one because he thinks that the greasy pile shits that work there will do something greasy and give him some special sauce on his burger. read more

So me and my sister ordered 2 Junior Chickens, when we got our food the burgers wasn't even wrap in the paper, it was just thrown in the bag without a care. Then fries were all though the bag too, and it's just a disappointment. read more
