Pop machine was not working, ice machine was out. Three different employees I asked, seemed like they didn't care. It took longer to get our drinks than it did the meal. No one cared at all we were sitting down in the restroom. And yes, that is right. Zero stars, this place sucks. I guess I have to leave one star to get this to go through. Improve your damn customer service!!!! And if you know, the machines aren't working correctly, help people don't be rude. read more

Fastest, cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited. Food has always been correct down to never even missing a sauce packet. I travel 300 days a year for work. So, I end up eating rather a lot of McDonald's. This one deserves a review. By far the best service I've ever gotten. I wish they were all this way. Even my door dash order was perfect. I even got EXACTLY how many ketchup packets I asked for, not one more or one less. This location is EPIC! read more

Excellent Mcdonald's and quite a refreshing change from the dump in Sioux Falls from which we fled once we saw that the employees do not wear masks. The employees at the drive thru all wore their masks properly, they were courteous, and our food was hot and correct. I can't say much else. I recommend this location if you love McDonald's as much as I do, but you don't want Covid. read more

This location had a spotless dining room! ...because the customers were sitting outside on the ground eating their lunch! The dining room was closed! I don't know why- isn't SD open? All because I didn't order my food with no mustard with the number 7 she told me it was supposed to be told st the speaker. So I had to suffer with having mustard on my number 7 . The fries are not good at all. I exchanged them and still really bad. It seems like the oil needs changed or ?? The employees are nice but the French fries are a staple item at McD's and this location did not meet the standards. read more

Second year passing through Mitchell and visiting this McDonalds in the early AM. They were still friendly, fast and willing to fill our travel cups with coffee. Some don't do that without complaint. This is a permanent stop on our travels. Keep it up guys and gals. read more

Tired of paying over $3 for fries and getting old, bitter oil tasting ones. Shouldn't have to "order" hot fresh fries every time. Yes, they were willing to send gift certificate.....but tired of having to call or turn around and drive back there to get replacement. Do it right the first time folks! Service was not great. The older lady putting the food in the bags, messed up an order that made the line backed up to a point where it was not easy to catch up. The register person, Trenton, seemed to try and fix the situation of watered down coke, but he must have not known how to fix the situation. Workers need to focus on what's important, i have a busy life and was in a hurry but most of the workers did not care. read more

Twice ive gotten sick from their breakfast burritos but, lunch is ok. I have too agree though, no smiles or friendly service. Also, the owner's cheap be prepared to pay the maximum corporate cap for any extras and have no dollar any size drink. read more
