I don't eat the sandwich but I wrap it up and drive back to subway because that is not the way I asked for my sandwich, so when I arrive, this older lady gives me a dirty look and then goes what did they mess up on your sandwich and I say they didn't put any onions at all and I asked for more jalapeños on there. She goes, you can only put 6 jalapeños on a footlong and I ask her why? And she says that is just the recommendation, you have to ask for more and I say well I asked for more on my order and I put it in the instructions box so can you remake my sandwich? She takes it to the back and this guy brings it out and goes more jalapeños in a rude tone. And I try to ask him if there is onions and he just keeps walking away from me as if he doesn't hear me so I check it before I leave and I say there's still no onions so the older lady kind of snatches it back and puts some. I was not trying to cause a scene but if I ask for my sandwich or any type of food to be made a certain way, I expect it to be made that way because I am paying for it and if you mess up on a persons sandwich, DO NOT have an attitude and just fix it because it was your mistake. I just didn't expect the staff to be so rude like that especially on something they messed up.
