The lobby is decorated for Valentine's Day and the staff was all so friendly and helpful. We ordered and our food was brought to our table hot and fresh. The sandwiches were even wrapped up so nicely it caught my eye that whoever was preparing the food took pride in the product they are putting out. The bathrooms were clean and well cared for. The gentleman at the counter was above and beyond. He set the feel for the atmosphere of this location in my opinion and he's doing a great job. He came to the lobby and straightened chairs on his down time and checked in to make sure we were alright. I even overheard the staff at the counter verifying a door dash order together and making sure they did the correct bagging procedure. It was just an overall good experience, enough for me to say "wow, I need to take the time out of my day to leave them a good review" and you can tell that this staff takes pride in their jobs. Every little part of that machine matters an works well together. Keep up the good work!

This is regarding the Mineral Wells, TX location. Something is fishy here, and it isn't there…read morelimited time fish sandwich I strongly suggest the actual franchise owner to make a surprise visit to this location. They would encounter what the customers encounter, teenagers as sueprvisors and a bare-bones staff because most have quit. Perhaps they should ask why they quit. The inventory is low, so thst more than half the menu cannot be served, and you rarely see more than two employees at a time -not by their online fault but more that they don't want to work there, under the management of a teen, vapers, theives, intimidation tactics, and the lack of ability to perform the job as assigned (due to lack of food). No wonder the customers are going to social media to complain. Please, franchise owners, hold your business accountable. The employees and customers will thank you. Maybe then I will return, when I can actually get a sandwich.

My food was unremarkable, but he had ordered a rib eye steak (I forget the actual menu name) as MEDIUM WELL. It was served as MEDIUM RARE which was completely inedible for him. Not only that, but the server did not bring the tortillas that were part of the meal. He ate the small portions of beans and rice and the peppers and onions that were on top the steak but this was not a meal. We spent almost $40 and ended up going to Burger King after we left there! Not acceptable at all.

Upon pickup, I discovered the salad was smaller than some purchased at a fast food restaurant, like Wendy's. There wasn't any mixed lettuce greens but only romaine and no green peppers. They did include 4 packets of dressing which would've been enough dressing for 4 of these salads since they're so small. Plus two garlic breadsticks that weren't mentioned in the description, too bad I just wanted a salad. This was intended to be my dinner, instead it became a side dish. For a small salad with no significant meat, no cheese or eggs was grossly overpriced. Don't recommend and in the future we'll show our loyalty to other local eateries.
